Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Resivation Hotel Al Furjan

Say you send one bag from Resivation Hotel after a week of work trips: shirts, tees, jeans, gym kit and socks. Here is what happens to it from the moment the driver leaves.

1. Emptied out. We check pockets for receipts, cards and chargers so nothing goes through the wash by mistake.
2. Labels read. Anything that says cool wash goes into a cool load, and anything that says warm goes into a warm one.
3. Colours apart. Whites with whites, dark jeans with darks, and bright gym kit by itself.
4. Marks treated. Sweat at the collar and coffee on a cuff are treated before the wash, while they can still shift.
5. Washed gently. A biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, in a machine used by one customer at a time.
6. Dried on low. Stretchy fabrics keep their shape and cotton does not shrink.
7. Folded flat. Packed so it fits straight back into your case.

Wash and fold is not pressed, so a folded crease is normal.

The bag is for everyday clothes, and the 6kg limit is easy to judge: it is about a week of clothes for one person. Here is how to pack it.

• Good for the bag: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, polo shirts, underwear, socks, gym kit and swimwear.
• Send as clean and press instead: suits, dresses, silk, ties and good shirts that you want back on hangers.
• Leave in the room: hotel towels and robes belong to the hotel, so please do not pack them.
• Tell us about: anything very delicate, anything with a strong stain, or anything that should be washed on its own.

Every bag is washed with a commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It lifts sweat and dust without leaving a strong perfume on your clothes, which matters when you wear them close to your skin all day.

Machines are sanitised after every cycle, and one customer uses a machine at a time. Your clothes are never washed with another guest's. Drying is on a low setting, so cotton keeps its shape and stretch fabric keeps its spring. If you have sensitive skin or a baby, tell us in the chat and we note it on your order.

Most guests need one 6kg bag. It holds a week of everyday clothes for one person, or a few days of clothes for two.

If you are staying longer, travelling with family or carrying a lot of gym kit, the 12kg bag is the better fit, and it works out cheaper than two small bags. Both have a flat price, so the amount does not change on the day. Not sure how heavy yours is? Send a photo in the chat and we tell you which bag fits. If one bag ends up too small, a second bag in the same pickup is fine.

If you need clothes back fast, ask for express. Book before 2 PM and your order can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Express is for urgent pieces, not for everything, so it helps to say which items you need first.

1. Message us before 2 PM with Resivation Hotel Al Furjan as the pickup point, and say which pieces are urgent.
2. Hand over the bag at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, and the driver checks the items with you.
3. Pay the link we text after that check, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
4. Receive your order back at the hotel, with free delivery and no extra charge for express.

This is our same-day laundry service for people on a tight schedule. A normal order is the next-day laundry service and comes back within 24 hours across most of Dubai. Ask in the chat if you are unsure which one you need.

The driver collects from Resivation Hotel Al Furjan, at the lobby or concierge if the hotel allows it. If it does not, we agree another meeting point with you in the chat, so you are never left waiting.

Close the bag before the driver arrives, and keep any shirts or suits in a separate bag if you want them pressed. The driver looks through your items with you before leaving, so we both know what went in.

After that check, we text you a secure payment link. You do not pay in the lobby, and the driver does not take cash or cards. Your clothes go out for cleaning as soon as the payment is done, and we message you when the bag is on its way back.

We handle every piece carefully, and the driver checks your items at pickup so we both know what went in the bag.

If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk, so we tell you before we start if a piece looks risky.

We do not mend or alter clothes. We wash, dry and fold, or clean and press, and that is all. If you want an item left out, say so in the chat before pickup and we make a note on your order.

Each piece is looked at on its own, so the work depends on the fabric and the marks. Here is the route a shirt or suit takes after pickup.

1. Checked at pickup. The driver looks at the items with you.
2. Checked again. Labels are read, and marks are noted.
3. Marks treated. Collars, cuffs and food spots come first.
4. Cleaned. With a process that suits the fabric, from cotton to wool.
5. Pressed by hand. With steam, so shirts have sharp collars and suits keep their shape.
6. Returned on a hanger. In a cover, so nothing creases on the way back to the hotel.

If you have a meeting at 9 AM, send the shirt the afternoon before. Standard work is back in 24 hours across most of Dubai, and the driver brings it to the hotel.

For something urgent, book before 2 PM and ask for express. Express suit pressing and shirt pressing can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Tell us the time of your meeting, and we say if it is possible.

A suit that has spent hours in a case needs more than a quick shake. Creases set deep in the jacket shoulders and the trouser knees, and they do not hang out in a hotel wardrobe.

Send the suit, the jacket alone or just the trousers. Each is priced separately, so you only pay for the piece you need. Tell us about any mark and what caused it, so we treat the right spot.

Everything comes back on a hanger, in a cover, ready to wear. A tie can go in the same pickup, and so can a second shirt.

Clean and press is for pieces that need a proper clean and a finish. If your clothes are already clean but creased, ask for pressing only. If you have shoes or a bag that need a refresh, we also do shoe care and bag care. Everyday clothes belong in a wash and fold bag, which costs less, and we are happy to tell you which service fits each piece.

Traditional wear has its own prices, and each piece is cleaned and pressed on its own. A kandura is AED 15, a plain abaya is AED 18, and a ghutra, jalabiya or men's kurta each have a price in the table above.

If you are in Dubai for a family event, a wedding or Eid, plan the pickup a day early. Tell us if a piece has embroidery or beads, and we handle it by hand and say what to expect.

Everything is returned on a hanger. White kanduras are checked for marks around the collar and cuffs before cleaning, and a ghutra is pressed flat so the cloth keeps its shape.

Evening dresses are cleaned and pressed one at a time. Tell us about the fabric, any beads and any marks, and we decide the safest way to clean it.

Send it a day or two before the event if you can. It comes back on a hanger, in a cover, ready to wear. Blouses and everyday dresses go the same way, each with its own price, and can share the pickup.

A winter coat is cleaned and pressed as one piece and returned on a hanger. If you are heading somewhere cold after your stay, send it a couple of days before you leave, so it is packed fresh and ready for the flight.
