Wash and fold is the simple way to deal with a pile of clothes while you travel. You fill the bag, we do the rest, and you get everything back clean and folded.

• Pack: put your clothes in one bag. The limit is 6kg for the standard bag or 12kg for the big one.
• Hand over: the driver meets you in the lobby if the hotel allows it, and weighs and checks the bag with you.
• Pay: you get a secure payment link by text after that check.
• Receive: your clean bag returns to the hotel, usually within 24 hours.

A single 6kg bag is AED 65.

The bag takes the clothes you wear every day. T-shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit, pyjamas and underwear all go in together, and swimwear can go too.

• Fine for the bag: cotton tops, casual trousers, sportswear, socks and lounge clothes.
• Better on a hanger: work shirts, suits, blouses and traditional wear. Put these on the Clean & Press list.

If you are unsure about one piece, ask us on WhatsApp before pickup. Send a photo of the label, and we will say which service suits it.

Colour runs happen when a dark shirt meets white socks, so we sort first. Whites go in one wash and darks in another, and your bag is never mixed with anyone else's.

This matters on a trip, when your best white shirt sits next to dark jeans and a sports top in the same bag. Tell us about any piece that bleeds colour, and we wash it on its own.

After the wash, your clothes are dried on a low heat, which is kind to cotton and helps keep the shape of the fabric. We then fold each piece by hand.

The bag comes back flat and tidy, so you can put it straight into your suitcase. Nothing is screwed into a ball.

Standard orders are back within 24 hours. That makes this a next-day laundry service for most guests, so give us your bag in the evening and expect it the next day.

If you need something sooner, ask for express laundry delivery. A bag booked before 2 PM can be back in about 5 hours, if your address is covered. We confirm that when you book. There is no extra fee for express.

• Before 2 PM: express can return the same evening.
• After 2 PM: ask us on WhatsApp what is possible for your address.
• Check-out day: tell us your flight or meeting time when you book.

Wash and fold suits guests on a stay of three nights or more, when the clean clothes you packed start to run out. It is also a good fit for families, since kids' clothes are cheap to wash by the bag.

It is less suited to a single suit or a single dress. For one or two good pieces, use Clean & Press, because each is priced separately and returns on a hanger.

Many guests use both on one pickup, a bag for the daily wash and a few hangers for the meeting.

If you stay a month or work near the hotel for weeks, a plan can cost less per bag.

• Essential: four bags a month, one every week, for AED 250.
• Family: eight bags a month, two a week, for AED 450.
• No plan: a single bag whenever you want one, at AED 65.

Pickup and delivery are free, and there are no hidden fees. The minimum order is AED 50.

You pay only after the driver checks your items. We send a secure payment link by text, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby.

Items already damaged, or without a care label, are cleaned at your own risk. If a piece is lost or damaged, we cover up to ten times the cleaning price of that item.

Each piece is looked at on its own. We check it for marks, clean it in a way that suits the fabric, and then press it by hand with steam.

• Check: we look for stains and read the care label.
• Clean: a gentle wash in cool water or the right cleaning process for the fabric.
• Press: steamed by hand and put on a hanger.

Your pieces come back in breathable bags, so they stay fresh until you open them in your room.

Shirts, suits and dresses come back on hangers in breathable covers. Nothing is folded into a box.

That means you can hang them in the wardrobe the moment you are in your room, without re-pressing them first.

Before cleaning, every piece goes through three checks: one for stains, one for fabric and label, and one for anything fragile such as beading or trims.

If you know how a mark got there, tell us. A coffee spill, a make-up smudge or a splash of sauce each need a different treatment, and a short note helps us pick the right one.

After cleaning, we look at the piece once more under good light. If a mark is still there, we treat it again before we press the piece.

Some things belong on a different list. If a piece is already clean and only creased, use our pressing service and skip the wash. Heavy wool, silk or beaded pieces are best sent for dry cleaning.

T-shirts, pyjamas and gym kit do not need a hanger, so send them as Wash & Fold instead.

Meetings and dinners do not always give you time. For urgent pieces, ask for express suit pressing.

• Book before 2 PM and we confirm whether your address is covered.
• If it is, your suit, shirt or dress can be back in about 5 hours.
• No express fee. You pay the same price per item.

Tell us your event time on WhatsApp when you book, and we plan around it.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with the same care. A kandura is AED 15, and a plain abaya is AED 18. A ghutra, jalabiya and kurta are each priced on the list above.

Each comes back on its own hanger, so the cloth stays smooth for the occasion.

You pay by a secure link texted to you after the driver checks your items. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and nobody asks for cash or a card in the lobby.

If a piece is lost or damaged in our care, we cover up to ten times its cleaning price. Pieces already damaged, or without a care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
