Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Furjan

Your price covers the whole process, from the bag leaving your door to the folded clothes coming back. A small bag and a full one get the same steps, and nothing is added on top.

• Sorting: whites and pale colours are washed apart from darks and new jeans, and delicate or stretchy pieces get a gentler cycle.
• A look at the marks: collars, cuffs and underarms are checked first, because a sweat line is much harder to shift once it has been dried.
• A mild wash: we use biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent that leaves no heavy scent in the cotton.
• Low heat drying: gentle heat means polos keep their size and gym leggings keep their stretch.
• Folded and checked: each piece is folded flat, looked over once more and packed to go back to Al Furjan.

Pressing is a separate service. Folded cotton keeps a few soft creases, which is normal for a drawer. A shirt that must look sharp is better on the Clean & Press list.

Booking takes a minute, and it all happens in one WhatsApp chat.

• Send a message: share your pin, your village and your villa or flat number, and say when the driver can come. There is no app and no account.
• Fill the bag: everyday clothes only, with the pockets emptied. A name tag on the bag helps us match it at the door.
• Hand it over: the driver collects at your door, or from the front desk if your building has one. The trip is free.
• We do the washing: sorted, washed, dried and folded, then checked piece by piece.
• It comes back: delivery is free as well, and updates in the chat tell you when it is close.

If the care label shows a washtub, the piece is a good candidate. The dots in the tub show the hottest wash it can take: one dot is 30°C, two is 40°C and three is 50°C.

• Cotton basics: T-shirts, vests, polos and the loose linen shirts that get you through the summer.
• Jeans and casual trousers: zip them up and turn dark pairs inside out to protect the colour.
• Sports kit: running tops, leggings, football shirts and socks.
• Nightwear and underwear: pyjamas, briefs and socks. A small mesh bag keeps them together.
• Children's clothes: school polos, play clothes and cotton sleepsuits with the poppers done up.

Everything goes back to you folded and in one bag.

A few things need a different service or a different place altogether. They can still travel on the same pickup.

• Shirts, kanduras and abayas for hangers: send these on the Clean & Press list, which is priced per piece.
• Silk, beaded and sequinned pieces: these are for dry cleaning, not water. Send a photo of the label and we will tell you where it goes.
• Lace lingerie and hand-wash knits: better kept at home, or ask us first.
• Anything still damp: wet swimwear or a pool towel will sour the whole bag in the heat, so dry it first.

A good wash is mostly decided before the machine starts. The few minutes spent sorting make the biggest difference to how your clothes look afterwards.

• By colour: one new navy hoodie can turn a load of white school shirts grey, so lights and darks never share a drum.
• By weight: heavy denim is kept apart from fine jersey, which stops jeans from pilling soft T-shirts.
• A machine of its own: your clothes are washed in a machine used only for your order, never combined with anyone else's.
• Sanitised between loads: every machine is sanitised after each cycle, before the next customer's order goes in.
• Strong but kind detergent: it is commercial-grade, so it copes with sweat and dirt, yet it is biodegradable and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.
• Low heat in the dryer: heat causes shrinking and stiff waistbands, so we keep it down and feel the thick seams before folding.
• A last check: a missed mark or a loose button tends to show up when each piece is folded by hand.

Al Furjan has East, South, North and West villages, and the driver reaches all of them. Pickup and delivery are free in each.

• Villas and townhouses: the driver comes to your front door. If your community asks for a gate pass, arrange it before the time you choose.
• Low-rise blocks and Azizi buildings: hand the bag over at your own door, or leave it with the front desk if your building has one.
• Your village: include it in the message with your house or flat number, so the driver finds you quickly.
• Homes near a landmark: if you live next to the Pavilion or the metro station, mention it, because a landmark helps the driver more than a long street name.

A plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold option for homes that send about the same amount every week. You never rebook, and each bag costs less than a single one.

• Essential: four bags a month, one collected each week, for AED 250. Right for one or two people.
• Family: eight bags a month, two a week, for AED 450. Good when school uniforms, sports kit and towels never stop.
• No plan: a single bag whenever you need one, at AED 65.

Plan bags are picked up on a set day of the week, so you always know when to have yours ready. To start a plan, just ask in the chat.

Most Dubai orders come back within 24 hours of pickup. If your address has a different timing, we tell you when you book.

• Express: book before 2 PM and the bag can be home in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Check on WhatsApp first, because it depends on the exact address.
• Stains: tell us what made the mark and where it is, for example sunscreen on a strap or ketchup on a school shirt.
• Home treatments: if you have already tried a spray or a bleach pen, say so, because it changes how we deal with the mark.
• Damp kit: swimwear and gym wear zipped into a bag go sour within hours. Let them dry first.
• Summer: July and August highs in Dubai average above 43°C, so give towels a few minutes to air before bagging.

One price per garment pays for every step below. There is nothing extra for stain work and nothing for the hanger.

• Inspection: the label is read, and the pockets, buttons and seams are checked.
• Spot treatment: we tackle any stain by hand first, then clean the whole piece.
• Cleaned to the label: washable cottons and blends get a cool wash that will not shrink them.
• Filtered-air drying: no tumble dryer, so collars stay flat and the fit does not change.
• Steamed by hand: collars, cuffs, plackets and pleats are done one at a time.
• Three checks and a hanger: each piece is checked three times, then hung in a breathable cover.

The route is simple, and you can add clean and press to any Al Furjan pickup.

• Send your list: for example, six work shirts and two kanduras. Say how you like the pressing.
• Keep it separate: pack pressing items in a bag apart from your everyday washing.
• Pickup: the driver collects at your door, or at the front desk of buildings that have one, and it costs nothing.
• Back on hangers: within 24 hours across most of Dubai, covered and ready for the wardrobe.

• Work shirts: poplin, oxford cloth and easy-care blends, with extra time spent on the collar and cuffs.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose, crepe and voile, the fabrics that crease the moment you sit down.
• Trousers and suits: office trousers, chinos and wool-blend suits. We shape a jacket with steam, so it is not flattened.
• Kanduras and thobes: white cotton or poly-cotton, steamed long and straight down the front.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: plain crepe and georgette are steamed, not pressed hard, so black stays matt.
• Ghutras and kurtas: pressed flat with square edges, and sets stay together on one order.
• School and event shirts: for photo days and family events, when the collar must look right.

• Clean already, just creased? use our pressing service. It steams the clothes without another wash.
• Silk, beading or heavy wool? those go to dry cleaning.
• T-shirts, pyjamas and gym kit? they do not need a hanger, so use Wash & Fold by the bag.

Unsure about one piece? Send a photo of its label on WhatsApp, and we will say which list it belongs on before the driver arrives.

Care labels use dots on an iron icon. One dot means a cool iron, about 110°C, for acrylics and some synthetics. Two dots mean a medium iron, about 150°C, for wool, silk and polyester blends. Three dots mean a hot iron, about 200°C, for cotton and linen. A cross means steam only, or no pressing.

• Steam first: a hot plate pressed hard on dark crepe leaves a shine, so abayas and suit trousers are steamed instead.
• Collars and cuffs: these are finished by hand, one at a time, rather than run through in a batch.
• Creases: a sharp line down the front of trousers, or none at all? Shirts folded for a suitcase? Tell us and it goes on the order.
• Covers: plastic traps humidity against the cloth, so everything goes back in a breathable cover.

None of this costs extra. The care label sets the process, and your own notes in the chat are added on top.

Clean and press is collected like any other order, for free. The difference is that it comes back hanging, so think about where it can wait.

• Villas and townhouses: the driver comes to your front door. Sort a gate pass first if your community asks for one.
• Flats and low-rise blocks: if your building has a front desk that takes deliveries, hung clothes can wait there. Otherwise we hand them over at your door.

Standard clean and press is back within 24 hours across most of Dubai. Some very delicate pieces need longer, and how long depends on the piece. If one of yours does, we tell you the time at pickup.

• A shirt needed this evening? book express before 2 PM, and it can be hanging at home in 5 hours if your address is covered.

It depends on the exact address, so ask on WhatsApp first.

Tell us anything we should know, and it goes on your order.

• Yellow collars: in summer, sweat and skin oil build up on white kanduras and shirts. The sooner they reach us, the better the result.
• Perfume and oud: both can leave a dark ring on pale cotton. Show us where it is and say what caused it.
• Curry and turmeric: bright and stubborn. Please do not scrub hot water into it, and tell us what it was.
• Extra instructions: no crease, a certain fold, or a button you noticed coming loose. Write it all in the chat.

Each line in the table pays for the complete treatment of that item. A pillowcase gets the same care as a king-size quilt, with less time in the dryer. Sheets and pillowcases get a bed linen wash and fold, but they are charged piece by piece, never by the bag.

• Checked by hand: we look over seams, corners and any marks you mentioned before loading.
• Plenty of room: large pieces go into big drums so the filling can fall open and the water reaches the middle.
• Mild detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which matters for the pillow your cheek rests on all night.
• Dried through: a quilt keeps tumbling until its centre is as dry as its shell. A balcony rail cannot do that, and Dubai's balcony rules do not allow it anyway.
• Folded last: we only pack a piece once it is fully dry, so nothing smells musty in the cupboard.

A cover is counted on its own at AED 31, because it is washed off the quilt, not on it.

You only need one message.

• List what is going: for example two duvets, four pillows, sheets from both bedrooms and a stack of towels. Add your pin.
• Get a confirmation: the team replies with a pickup time and your return day.
• Bag it up: roll and tie quilts, and pack lighter linen in another bag.
• Handover: the driver comes to your door, or to the front desk if your building has one. It costs nothing.
• Follow the order: live updates arrive on WhatsApp until it is handed back.

Our team is on WhatsApp day and night, which helps when the beds are stripped late.

A duvet and a comforter share one price, AED 56 each from single to king. How we check them is different.

• Duvets: loose filling inside a plain shell, normally slept under with a cover. The cover is taken off and washed on its own.
• Comforters: quilted in squares and used without a cover. Quilted squares dry unevenly, so we check each row by hand before it goes back.
• Blankets: a standard blanket is AED 26, and bigger blankets have a line of their own.
• Bedspreads: AED 29 for the top layer of the bed. Tell us about any beading or fringe.

Every piece here is dried until the centre is completely dry, which is why they take longer than clothes. If a seam has split and filling is escaping, send a photo before pickup so we can decide how to handle it.

These are the pieces changed most often in the hot months, and the first to show wear.

• Pillows: AED 19 each. A wash and a slow tumble plumps most of them back up. Memory foam is never washed.
• Sheets: AED 25 for fitted or flat. Give the elastic corners a shake first, as hairpins like to hide there.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Hair oil and night cream mark them early, so tell us about a smudge.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Check the label, as some waterproof backings do not like heat.

Everything here is priced per piece, so you can build the order that matches your beds. A full change of linen for a double bed, for example, is a sheet, two pillowcases and a cover.

Towels go rough when detergent stays caught in the loops. That is why our towel laundry service gives every towel a long rinse and a full tumble. A towel is AED 7 and a robe is AED 19.

• Robes: the shawl collar holds water longest, so we check it before folding. Pack the belt too.
• Bath mats: cotton mats are fine. A mat with flaking rubber underneath should stay at home.
• Sofa covers: a regular zip-off cover is AED 46. Photograph the cushions before unzipping, so each cover goes back on the right one.
• Tablecloths: AED 19 each. Air it before bagging and tell us what the stains are.

A wet towel should never be zipped into the quilt bag, because in Dubai heat the damp spreads into the filling.

Some items are unsafe in any washing machine, ours included, so please keep them out of the bag:

• Electric and heated blankets, because of the wiring.
• Memory foam pillows and mattress toppers.
• Weighted blankets filled with beads.
• Items with a crossed-out washtub on the label. Send a photo if you are unsure, and we will confirm.

Clothes go separately: T-shirts and gym kit by the bag under Wash & Fold, and shirts or kanduras for a hanger under Clean & Press. Ask before the pickup if you doubt whether something can be washed.

Washing is the quick part of duvet and comforter laundering. Filling keeps moisture deep inside long after the surface feels dry, and a damp quilt in an air-conditioned wardrobe soon smells sour.

• Usual time: big pieces need 48 to 72 hours from the moment they are collected.
• Your return day: the same chat that books the pickup also fixes the day it comes back.
