Drying is on low heat. That is kinder to fabric and helps your clothes keep their size. Everything is folded by hand, so your bag returns tidy rather than rolled up in a heap.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, so wet swimwear and sweaty kit are common in a guest's bag. Rinse swimwear if you can, then put it in the bag with everything else.

We wash sports clothes with the same biodegradable detergent and dry them on low heat. They return folded, fresh and ready for the next session. It does not cost extra to wash gym kit with the rest of your clothes. Trainers are a different job, and shoe care can be added to the same pickup.

The standard bag holds up to 6kg and costs AED 65. Many guests find these flat-rate laundry bags the most affordable laundry service for a few days away, because the price does not change with the weight. A larger 12kg bag is also available.

If an item is lost or damaged, our cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. A formal dress for a wedding, a gala or a dinner needs more care than everyday clothes. Tell us about the fabric, any beading or trims, and any mark you have noticed. We check it by hand, clean it the way the label asks and press it.

It comes back on a hanger, not folded, so there is no new crease from a bag. A basic dress and a formal evening dress are priced differently, and the table shows both before you book.

If the event is soon, say so when you book. Express may be possible for urgent pieces when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We confirm the timing first.

A kandura is AED 15 and a basic abaya is AED 18. Both are cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers. Ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are priced in the table too. Tell us which piece it is when you book, so the right price applies. If you are in Dubai for a wedding or a family occasion, send them a day ahead.

Some days you only find out at lunchtime that you need a pressed suit by evening. For that, ask about express suit pressing. If you book before 2 PM and your address is covered, urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours.

Message us on WhatsApp with the items and the time you need them. We check that your address is covered and confirm the time before the driver is sent. The same goes for shirts, ties, dresses and kanduras.

Because express is for urgent pieces, send the few that truly matter this way, and put the rest in your normal pickup. The rest still comes back within 24 hours.
