Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Radisson DAMAC Hills

Whether the bag leaves from a room or the lobby desk at Radisson DAMAC Hills, it follows the same steps. Nothing is skipped because the bag is small, and nothing is rushed because it is large.

1. Counted and checked. Pockets are emptied and care labels read before anything gets wet.
2. Sorted. Lights and darks apart, and stretchy sports kit kept for a gentler cycle.
3. Marks treated. Sun cream, sweat and food marks get hand attention first, before heat can set them.
4. Washed. A mild, biodegradable detergent, rinsed out well so nothing scratchy stays in the cotton.
5. Dried low. Cotton keeps its size, and thick seams are checked by hand for damp.
6. Folded by type. Tops together, trousers together, everything bagged for the suitcase.

This service returns clothes folded, not pressed, so they are ready for a drawer or a case. If you want a crisp collar, choose Clean & Press for that shirt.

Seven days in one hotel usually means the same pile: shirts, T-shirts, gym kit, a couple of dresses and a swimsuit.

• Day one: pack what you have worn so far and message us the hotel name and a time.
• Pickup: the driver collects it from the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, at the time you chose.
• Next day: the bag is back within 24 hours, so you can wear the same clothes again without buying more.

A single 6kg bag costs AED 65 however you fill it, so adding more small things costs nothing extra. That makes it a budget-friendly wash and fold for a long trip. Wear your gym kit twice, then send it.

Most of what you wear day to day belongs in the bag, and it all gets the same mild wash.

• T-shirts: washed with the colours and folded flat.
• Jeans and shorts: heavy, so they go in with the darks and are folded flat.
• Gym kit and swimwear: a gentle wash and low heat, so stretch and colour last.
• Children's clothes: washed with the same mild detergent, kept apart from the adults' pile.

Pieces you want crisp, like a work shirt, are better in the Clean & Press tab, where each one is priced and returned on a hanger. If you are unsure where something belongs, ask in the chat before the driver arrives. We would rather answer a quick question than guess.

A few things should not go in with an everyday wash, and a little planning keeps them safe.

• Suits, jackets and evening dresses: send them to Clean & Press so they come back on hangers, not folded in a bag.
• Silk and very fine fabrics: mention them in the chat and we choose the right service for the fabric.
• Anything very wet or dirty: bag it separately and tell us what it is.

Check the pockets for passport copies, cards and room keys before you hand the bag over. Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so please do not pack them.

The hotel sits in a golf community, close to the Trump International Golf Club, and many guests spend the day outdoors. Dubai's summer highs average above 43 C in July and August, so clothes pick up sweat quickly.

• Golf and gym kit: sun cream and sweat mark the collar fast. Send it within a day or two, before the marks set.
• Swimwear: the hotel has an outdoor pool, so rinse your swimwear in fresh water and bag it. Hotel towels and robes stay in the room.
• Shirts after a day out at Global Village or IMG Worlds: bag them as they are and mention any marks, so we can treat them first.

Low heat drying means your cotton keeps its size, even after a hot week. Humid weather also makes clothes feel damp in a suitcase, so send damp pieces separately and say so in the chat.

Some guests are here for a night between flights, and others for a month while a home is being sorted out. The service fits both, and the price is the same either way.

• One night or a layover: use express if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. It takes 5 hours, with no express fee.
• A few weeks: send a bag every few days, so you never carry a full week of washing.
• A month or more: a plan gives you a regular pickup, and the next panel shows how it works.

Each bag is washed on its own, so nothing is mixed with another guest's clothes. Pickup and delivery stay free every time, and there are no hidden fees if your plans change.

If you are staying a month or more, a plan gives you a regular pickup instead of ordering each time. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.

• Single bag: AED 65 each, with no sign-up needed.
• Pickup day: you choose a time that suits your plans, and we collect from the hotel.
• Bag size: each plan bag is up to 6kg of everyday clothes, washed on its own.

Ask us in the chat which one fits your dates, and we will tell you plainly. We would rather you pick the smaller plan than pay for bags you will not fill.

Standard return is within 24 hours. Express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We confirm this when you message us, before the driver sets off.

• Booking: WhatsApp or the online form, with the hotel name and a time.
• Handover: the driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
• Checking: the driver checks the items with you, so both sides agree what is in the bag.
• Payment: a secure link is texted to you afterwards. You pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and then your clothes go out for delivery.

There is no cash and no card payment in the lobby, ever.

The price you see for each piece is the whole price. There is no extra charge for the driver, for the hanger or for the cover.

3. Cleaned. A cool-water wash that suits the fabric.
4. Dried. In filtered air, not a hot tumble.

6. Hung and covered. In a breathable bag, so it travels well to the hotel.

Pickup and delivery are free, and express has no extra fee.

Business travellers at Radisson DAMAC Hills often need one or two shirts for the next morning. Message us before 2 PM and ask for express, if your address is covered, and the shirts come back in 5 hours. Otherwise they return within 24 hours.

• Shirt: AED 18, collar and cuffs done by hand, returned on a hanger.

Traditional wear is handled with care at every step. For a wedding, a family dinner or Friday prayers, the pieces come back looking sharp and still in their covers.

• Kandura: AED 15, cleaned and steamed top to bottom, with the collar kept firm.
• Ghutra: AED 10, cleaned on its own and returned flat.
• Abaya: AED 18 for a basic one, with a separate price for a delicate one.
• Jalabiya: AED 26, checked for embroidery before it is washed.
• Kurta: AED 15 for a men's kurta, with a women's price on the full list.

A shayla has no fixed price here, so ask us in the chat and we will answer before you send it. Tell us the event date and we plan the return around it.

A two-piece suit is AED 75, cleaned and pressed together so the jacket and trousers match in colour and finish.

Send it early and say when you need it. For a same-day dinner or event, ask for express suit pressing before 2 PM, as long as your address is covered. The suit comes back on a hanger in a breathable cover, ready to wear.

Every piece has a label, and we read it before anything is wet. That tells us how warm the water can be and whether a piece should be washed at all.

• Cool wash symbol: we wash it cool, as the label asks.
• Do not tumble dry: it is dried in filtered air.
• Dry clean only: we tell you and suggest dry cleaning instead.
• Pressing marks: we follow the temperature shown for that fabric.
• No label at all: we can still clean it, but at your own risk, because we cannot be sure how the fabric will react.

Items that are already damaged are also cleaned at your own risk. If we spot a problem, we tell you before we start.

Some fabrics are too delicate for a water wash. Heavy beadwork, structured evening dresses and certain wool jackets are examples, and the care label usually says so.

• The label says dry clean only: we follow it and tell you.
• You are not sure: send a photo of the label in the chat and we will say which service fits.
• The piece is precious: tell us, and we suggest the safest option before we start.

Pieces return on hangers in breathable covers. Hang them in the hotel wardrobe as soon as you reach the room, so any fold from the cover drops out. For a flight, fold a jacket in half with the lining out and keep shirts on top of the case.
