Think of the bag as one ordinary week at home. School shirts, shorts, jeans, pyjamas, socks, underwear, sports kit and everyday dresses can all go in together. Cotton, polyester or a blend makes no difference, since the whole bag gets the same careful wash and the same gentle dry.

A villa in Arabian Ranches means no front desk to leave it with, so just fill the bag, add a note with your house number and road, and put it outside your front door. Nobody weighs it in front of you and nobody counts the items. A full bag costs exactly what a half-full one does.

Once the bag arrives we split it by colour and by fabric type. Light things stay with light things, dark with dark, and any colour that runs is washed separately. Pockets are emptied first, since a stray pen or tissue can ruin a whole machine of clothes.

Your wash goes into a drum that no other customer is using, and that drum has been sanitised since its last cycle. The detergent is commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It lifts dirt properly but leaves no heavy scent behind, which helps if your children have sensitive skin.

Marks are treated by hand before the wash starts. If you know what made one, mention it in the chat and we will pick the right treatment.

Too much heat is what shrinks cotton and wrecks the stretch in leggings and fitted tops, so we dry everything gently. It takes a little longer, and your clothes stay the size you bought them. We stop before anything turns stiff, and nothing is left lying damp.

After drying, each item is folded by hand and stacked in your bag. You can carry the stack straight to the wardrobe. T-shirts are laid flat, jeans folded once, and socks matched up wherever we can find the pair. It is how you would fold them yourself if you had an hour spare.

A normal order is back inside 24 hours in most of Dubai, and that covers all three Arabian Ranches communities. The bag arrives at the door it left from.

Dubai summers are hard on a clothes rack. July and August highs average over 43 C and humidity averages above 90%, so damp washing indoors dries slowly and can start to smell. A house has more bedrooms and more washing, so the problem only gets bigger.

Dubai's balcony rules also limit what you can hang outside. Sending the bag out solves both problems at once. You skip the trip to a launderette with a heavy basket, and the clothes come back folded within a day, ready to go straight into the drawers.

Send a WhatsApp message with your house number, your road and which part of Arabian Ranches you live in, and choose a time. Contactless pickup and delivery works well: put the bag outside your own front door and say so in the chat. You do not have to be in when the driver arrives.

The driver takes the bag from your doorstep. Messages follow as it goes through the wash, and another tells you when it is on the way back to the same door, clean and folded. The driver does not come into your home.

Collection costs nothing anywhere in Arabian Ranches, so the van adds nothing to your bill.

The bag suits washing you would normally put in your own machine. Silk, wool, suits, formal dresses and traditional wear such as kanduras and abayas are safer in clean and press, where every piece is priced and handled alone. That is the better route for anything expensive.

Different services can share one pickup, so send them all together and book once.

A standard bag holds up to 6kg and costs AED 65. If you wash weekly, the Essential plan gives you four bags a month, one each week, for AED 250, paid in one monthly payment.

The Family plan costs AED 450 a month and covers two bags every week, eight in all. Change plan on WhatsApp whenever your routine shifts. Flat-rate laundry bags make the monthly cost easy to predict.

Add up what AED 65 a bag comes to over a month and set it beside a plan. If you only wash now and then, one bag at a time is perfectly fine.

A few small habits make each pickup smoother. Empty every pocket, close the zips, and drop tiny things like baby socks into a pillowcase first. If there is a stain, tell us what caused it, because the cause decides the treatment.

Muddy sports kit can go in as it is, though it comes out better if it is sent soon after the game. Rinse wet swimwear first, then add it to the bag. If one item matters a lot to you, say so and it gets extra care.

When the bag comes home, the next booking is a single message.

Clean and press is for clothes that must look sharp. Each garment goes through a cool-water wash, then dries in filtered air and is steam pressed by hand. A shirt returns crisp, never shiny. It is the reverse of tumbling a pile together in one bag.

Each garment is priced separately, so one shirt costs the same on its own or in a big order. Pieces leave from your Arabian Ranches door and return there, and the trips cost nothing.

Each garment is inspected three times: when it arrives, after washing, and once more after pressing. The first look finds stains, loose buttons and open seams. The final look confirms the piece is dry, flat and ready to hang.

If we spot a torn lining or a missing button, we say so in the chat before the order is sent back. You hear about it first, not at the door. It is a small habit, and it saves a lot of annoyance.

Work shirts, smart trousers and two-piece suits can share an order. Every item comes back on its own hanger, with the collar and cuffs flat and creases only where they belong. The whole set arrives together, with no board to set up on a Sunday night.

Before cleaning, a dress is checked for beads, zips and delicate fabric. If its label reads dry clean only, say so when you book. Bulkier pieces such as a winter coat have their own price in the table above.

A piece that is only creased, and does not need washing, belongs on our pressing page, where there is no wash at all. Unsure which suits it? Just ask us.

Clean and press suits garments that need care. For a whole week of everyday washing, use the wash and fold bag instead. For something that is clean but creased, the pressing page does only the pressing.

If a piece is heavily embroidered, beaded or made of a fabric you are unsure about, ask first. We will say which service suits it.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas are treated one by one. A kandura is AED 15 and a plain abaya AED 18. Delicate abayas and similar pieces follow the slower, gentler process, so they can take longer. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

White garments are never washed with coloured ones, so they stay white. Each piece returns on a hanger inside a breathable bag, ready to wear. Tell us about embroidery, trim or starch before pickup, and it goes on the order so the right finish is used.

Men's and women's kurtas get the same treatment: label read, wash chosen for the fabric, steam press, hanger. For a family event, book a couple of days ahead and give us the date you need everything back.

Clean and press pieces return on hangers under a breathable cover. The creases stay out on the drive, and the cloth does not go stale. Put the order straight into the wardrobe and it will look sharp on the day you wear it.

Prefer something folded? Say so in the chat and we will fold it.

Most garments are ready within a day. Fragile things, like fine silk, beaded dresses and some traditional wear, can take longer because the process is slower and softer. We give you the time for each one when we collect. We would rather hold a dress back than hurry it.

Anything out of the ordinary can go in the chat: a stain you already know about, a fragile trim, or the day you need a piece back. We write it on the order and follow it as closely as we can. The more we know before cleaning, the better the result.

You can also send a photo of the care label before booking. That costs nothing and lets us give a clear price and timing.

If a piece is missing from the price table, ask on WhatsApp and we will quote it before the pickup, so nothing surprises you later.

Most people book this tab for bed linen wash and fold. Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers go through on their own, so they return crisp rather than twisted around a bag of clothes. A duvet cover is AED 31, washed separately from the duvet.

Give us your house number and road, hand over the bundle, and it comes back folded, so the beds can be made that same evening. Large dryers leave sheets flat and smooth, not creased from an airer in the spare room. With four or five bedrooms to keep fresh, one big sheet wash saves a lot of effort.

Take the cover off the duvet before sending, or ask us to. Add pillowcases and spare sets and every bed in the house is done in a single pickup.

One duvet or thick comforter can fill a home washer completely. It then spins badly, and the filling stays wet in the centre for days, and that damp is what makes bedding smell musty even after washing.

Our drums are far bigger and the drying goes on until the filling is properly dry, so it returns light rather than lumpy. You skip an afternoon fighting a wet duvet, and it is not hanging over every chair. Blankets and bedspreads get the same treatment.

Duvets, comforters, blankets and bedcovers go into large drums and are finished in a long, slow dry until no damp remains. A duvet is AED 56, a standard blanket AED 26 and a bedcover AED 29. Each counts as one piece at one price, whatever it weighs.

Duvet and comforter laundering takes longer than a bag of clothes, so allow 48 to 72 hours. If a bed must be ready by a certain day, tell us so we can fit the pickup around it. Thick quilted comforters dry slowest, so book those early. Lighter blankets are quicker but still need a full dry.

A bedsheet is AED 25 and a pillowcase AED 9, while a pillow is AED 19 and a mattress protector AED 35. Every piece has its own price, so you pay only for what you send. The whole list sits in the table above.

A tired, flat pillow feels plumper after a thorough wash and a long dry. People often forget the mattress protector, yet it is used as much as the sheets over it. Put it in the same order and the entire bed is finished together. A second set of sheets sent along means a fresh one is waiting for the next change.

Keep pillowcases together in one bag, because small items vanish in a big pile.

A towel laundry service is a relief when bath towels, pool towels and robes mount up, as they do in a house with several bathrooms. A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe AED 19. We wash them thoroughly and dry them until they feel soft, not stiff, which an indoor rack rarely manages.

A regular sofa cover is AED 46 and a table cloth AED 19. These are washed in large drums and returned folded, so the cupboard fills neatly. Bigger sofa covers cost more, and the table above shows how much. Only covers that unzip can be sent.

Put towels in the same order as your sheets and you pay per piece, with the trips free. One message books it all.

Bulky item washing is slow because drying is slow. Thick filling holds a lot of water, so duvets and comforters stay in until the middle is dry. That is why they need 48 to 72 hours rather than one day, and why a rushed one would end up smelling.

Doing it at home is harder. Dubai's balcony rules limit what you can hang outside, and in summer, with humidity averaging above 90%, a wet duvet indoors can take days. Sending it out is easier and the result is better.

Roll the bedding up, or push it into a large bag, and leave it by your door. The driver collects it from your villa in Arabian Ranches. Say how many pieces there are when you book, so there is space in the van.

The order returns to the same spot once it is clean and dry, and the trip costs nothing. A message tells you when it is on the way. If you would rather not meet the driver, ask for a contactless drop.

Bed and bath and wash and fold can share a pickup. Put the clothes in your usual wash bag, the bedding in a second bag, and mention the two bags in the chat. One visit takes both.
