Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Al Habtoor Polo Resort

Your bag from Al Habtoor Polo Resort goes through the same careful steps as every other bag, whether it is half full or packed to the top.

1. Pockets emptied. A pen or a room card left in a pocket can mark a whole load.
2. Labels read. The care label decides the cycle, not the colour of the bag.
3. Sorted. Whites go on their own, darks and denim together, and stretchy fabrics get a gentle wash.
4. Stains treated. Sun cream and food marks get hand treatment before the main wash, while they can still lift.
5. Washed mild. We use a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and rinse it out well.
6. Dried low. Low heat keeps cotton from shrinking.
7. Folded. Pieces are stacked by type, ready for the suitcase.

Almost anything washable from a resort stay can go in the bag, at one price.

• T-shirts, polo shirts and shorts from the day, including riding wear and whites.
• Gym kit and swimwear, washed gently and dried on low heat so the stretch stays.
• Jeans and casual trousers for the evenings.
• Socks, underwear and nightwear. Your bag stays separate from other customers' bags.
• Children's clothes. The detergent is soft on young skin, and you can tell us about allergies.

Suits, silk and anything labelled dry clean only should not go in the bag. Book those under Clean & Press, and we collect everything on one visit.

A few minutes of preparation before the driver comes saves trouble later.

• Check the pockets. Take out keys, room cards, coins and tissues.
• Keep damp swimwear separate. Rinse it first and bag it apart from the dry clothes.
• Tell us about stains. Say what caused them, such as sun cream, grass or a food spill, because the cause decides the treatment.
• Mention riding whites. We wash them apart from dark clothes so they stay clean.
• Add your room number on the bag or in the chat, so it cannot be mixed up with another guest's.

Standard bags come back within 24 hours. If you check out in the morning, send the bag the day before, so it is back with time to spare. Tell us your departure time and we plan around it.

Urgent pieces booked before 2 PM can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Message us the deadline and we confirm whether it works for the resort.

Our flat-rate laundry bags give you one number before the driver arrives. Nothing is added when the bag comes back.

• Up to 6kg. AED 65 for a week of casual clothes, full bag or half.
• Up to 12kg. The bigger bag suits families on a longer stay, still at one price.
• Pickup and return. Free from your villa or room once the order reaches AED 50. Below that, we still come for a small fee.

Wash and fold is for everyday clothes. A few things belong in another service, and we can collect them on the same visit.

• Suits, silk and evening dresses. They need dry cleaning, which is cleaned one piece at a time.
• Clean shirts that are only creased. Pressing is quicker and costs less than a full wash.
• Trainers and leather shoes. Shoe care cleans them by hand.

If you are staying a while, or live nearby and use the resort often, a plan costs less than single bags and takes planning off your list.

• One-off bag. Book a bag whenever you want one, with no sign-up, at AED 65.
• Essential plan. AED 250 each month buys a bag a week.
• Family plan. AED 450 each month buys two bags a week.

Plans are billed once a month, and you can change anything on WhatsApp.

We are independent of Al Habtoor Polo Resort and its group, so pickup and payment follow our own steps.

• Pickup. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
• Check. The driver goes through the items with you before anything leaves.
• Payment. After the check you get a secure link by text. Pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash and no cards in the lobby.
• Delivery. Your clothes go out for delivery once the link is paid.

Each piece is looked at before it is cleaned, and nothing is treated as part of a pile.

• Label first. The care label decides whether a piece is cleaned with water or steam.
• Marks treated. Stains are treated by hand before cleaning, so tell us what caused them.
• Pressed. Steam and a hand press take out travel creases, and nothing is rushed.
• Hung. Everything comes back on its own hanger, ready for the room or the case.

A shirt creased in a suitcase can be ready the same day. Our same-day laundry service for urgent pieces works like this: book before 2 PM and they can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Shirts come back on hangers, ready for a meeting, a lunch or an event at the resort.

Weddings, galas and business dinners at the resort all need clothes that look right when you walk in.

• Suits are cleaned together, so the jacket and trousers match.
• Evening dresses are priced per piece. Mention sequins or beading when you book, because they decide the process.
• Ties and blouses are cleaned with care and returned on hangers.

Send formal pieces a day ahead if you can. Every piece is checked for stains before it is cleaned.

Clean and press uses water and steam. Guest dry cleaning for wool suits, silk, velvet and sequins uses the dry cleaning process instead. They can travel in the same van, so bag them separately and say so when you book.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with care. Each type has its own price, so you can work out the cost before booking.

• Kandura. AED 15 each, returned on a hanger.
• Plain abaya. AED 18 each. A delicate abaya has its own price on the list.
• Ghutra and jalabiya. Priced per piece, never by weight.

Tell us if a piece has beadwork or embroidery before the driver comes, and bag it on its own. Kanduras for a wedding are best sent a day ahead.

Standard return takes 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, and we tell you the time at pickup. Express means 5 hours for bookings made before 2 PM where we cover your address. Give us the deadline when you message.

Empty every pocket and keep ties, jackets and shirts hung together. Put your room number on the order and say if there is a deadline, so we can plan the time and tell you quickly whether it works.

If an item is lost or damaged, cover goes up to 10 times its cleaning price. A piece that was already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk.
