2. Pack the bag. Everyday clothes only, up to 6kg. Empty the pockets first, because coins and keys can hurt a drum. If the bag gets too heavy to lift, ask about the 12kg bag.
3. Hand it over. The driver collects at your villa door, or at the lobby desk if your building has one. Pickup is free.
4. Get it back. Your bag returns washed, dried and folded within 24 hours, and delivery is free too. Express is available if you book before 2 PM.

You can book again whenever the bag fills up. For a regular pickup on a set day, ask about the monthly plans, which are priced in the plans section further down this page.

If it is cotton, polyester or a similar easy-care fabric with a washtub symbol on the label, it can go in. For a home in DAMAC Hills that usually means:

• Daily wear: T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, shorts, pyjamas, socks and underwear. This is the bulk of most bags.
• Sports kit: tennis and football kit, gym leggings, cycling tops and golf shorts. Dry anything soaking wet a little first.
• School clothes: shirts, polo tops and PE kits for the school week, washed together and folded flat.
• Casual home wear: hoodies, joggers, loungewear and cotton dresses that need no pressing.
• A few towels: gym or hand towels are fine if they fit inside the 6kg.

When the bag gets heavy, the 12kg bag is the better choice.

One tip from the counter: put dark and light clothes in the same bag if you like. We separate them at our end, so you don't need to sort them at home first. Folding and sorting is our job, and it saves you the Sunday pile.

The care label tells you what is safe. Leave out anything with a crossed-out washtub or a hand-wash symbol. In a DAMAC Hills wardrobe that usually means:

• Silk and fine knits: better in Clean & Press, where each piece is handled on its own and returned on a hanger.
• Suits and evening dresses: dry cleaning is the safer route for these.
• Bulky bedding: duvets and large blankets belong in Bed & Bath, which has its own timing and its own prices.
• Shirts that must stay crisp: send these as pressed pieces on hangers, not folded in a bag.

A handbag, a rug or a pair of trainers has its own service, and we can collect those in the same pickup. Mention them in your chat message and we will tell you how they are handled.

Here is what happens after the driver leaves your door in DAMAC Hills, in the order it happens.

1. Checked in. Your bag is opened and looked over. Anything unusual is put aside and noted, so we can ask you about it.
2. Sorted. Lights, whites and darks go into separate loads, and heavy denim is kept away from thin T-shirts that it would rub against.
3. Pre-treated. Visible stains are worked on by hand before any water goes near them.
4. Washed. Each load runs in a sanitised machine of its own, using commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic.

Machines are cleaned between loads, and the detergent is made for big machines. It is gentle enough for sensitive skin and breaks down naturally after the wash. That means your clothes aren't sharing a drum with anyone else's, and nothing carries over from the last customer.

A stray sock or a loose button is noticed when the bag is opened, and we will tell you in the chat.

Standard pickup covers every street and building in DAMAC Hills, which sits in Al Hebiah 3, Dubailand. Tell us which kind of home you have so the driver goes to the right place.

• Apartments: Carson, Golf Town, Artesia, Golf Vita and Loreto all have flats listed on Property Finder. Give your tower, block and flat number.
• Villas: Silver Springs, Brookfield, The Park Villas, Picadilly Green and Trump Estates are villa clusters. Give your cluster, road and house number.
• Handover: at your door, or at the lobby desk if your building has one.
• Not DAMAC Hills 2: that is a separate community, so mention which Hills you live in when you book.

The driver works from the location pin you send, so give the exact spot. A pin dropped at the right tower or house beats any written description, and it saves a phone call on the day.

If you move between the apartments and a villa during the year, just send a fresh pin with each booking.

If your bag fills up at the same pace every week, a plan saves you from booking each time. You get the same flat pricing, with the collection day set in advance.

• Essential: four bags a month, one collected each week, at AED 250 a month. A good fit for one or two people.
• Family: eight bags a month, two each week, at AED 450 a month. Made for school uniforms, sports kit and towels.

A single bag on its own is AED 65. Pick a plan if you wash on a set day, or a single bag if your weeks change. Message us any time to swap between them.

Plans suit DAMAC Hills households with a steady rhythm, such as families with school uniforms and sports kit every week. A single bag suits someone who washes only now and then. Either way, pickup and delivery stay free.

Standard: back within 24 hours across most of Dubai, delivered to the same door or desk we collected from.

Express: 5 hours from pickup to return, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. DAMAC Hills is a large community, so send your pin on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you rely on it.

Stains: tell us what caused the mark when you book. Grass, sun cream, coffee and sweat are all treated differently, and a fresh mark is easier to lift than an old one.

Villa gates: if your road has a gate, add your cluster and house number so the driver arrives at the right one.

Reminders: pack the bag before the slot you chose, so the driver doesn't wait. Put anything delicate on top so we see it first, and add a note in the chat if something needs special care.

Changes: need a different time? Message in the same thread and we will move it.

The price next to each garment on the list is the whole price. There is nothing to add for a stain, a hanger or a cover, and pickup and delivery are free, so the list is the total.

• Checked: pockets emptied, label read, and seams and buttons looked over before we start.
• Stains first: marks are worked on by hand before the cleaning begins.
• Cleaned gently: a cool-water wash and careful, filtered-air drying, matched to the fabric.
• Pressed by hand: steam pressing, with extra time on collars, cuffs and plackets.
• Finished: returned on a hanger, in a breathable cover, ready to wear.

If a piece needs something unusual, we will tell you before we go ahead.

That is why a piece comes back looking right: the work is done by hand, one garment at a time. Collars and cuffs get the most time, because that is where marks sit.

1. Send a short list on WhatsApp. For example, "three shirts, a kandura and some work trousers". Add your tower or cluster, and say if you want a crease in the trousers.
2. Keep hanging pieces together. Put jeans and casual clothes in a separate bag, so nothing creases on the way to us.
3. Hand over at the door or the desk. The driver collects free of charge, at the time you chose in the chat.
4. Get them back on hangers. Usually within 24 hours, or 5 hours with express where covered.

Total time from message to doorstep is usually a day. Nothing is charged for the driving, so the order total is the list price and nothing more.

A simple test: if you would want the creases out before you put it on, it belongs here. For a DAMAC Hills wardrobe that usually means:

• Work shirts: cotton and easy-care blends, long or short sleeves. Collars and cuffs take the most work, so we spend the time there.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose, cotton and crepe, pressed gently so thin fabric doesn't shine.

If a piece is not on the price list, send a photo of its label and a line about the fabric, and we will confirm a price before the driver comes.

Some pieces do better with another service, and it is quicker to say so at the start.

• Everyday T-shirts and jeans: use the wash and fold bag, which costs a flat price for up to 6kg.
• Suits and formal dresses: a dry cleaning process may be safer for lined or structured pieces.
• Duvets and blankets: send those through Bed & Bath.

Mixed order? That's fine. One pickup can carry all three.

If a garment is half-and-half, such as a jacket with a lining, say what it is and we will tell you which service suits it best.

A care label carries a washtub, a triangle, a square and a small pressing symbol. We read all of them, and you can learn them too.

• Washtub: shows whether the piece can be machine washed, and how warm the water can be.
• Triangle: tells us what bleach is safe. Usually it says none, and we leave it out.
• Square: covers drying. A crossed-out square means keep the piece away from tumble heat.
• Pressing symbol: the dots show how hot the press can be. One dot is cool, which suits silk and synthetics, and three dots is hot, which cotton and linen can take.

When a label is missing, cut out or faded, we choose the gentler route and tell you what we did.

A fabric that tolerates heat can be pressed hot, and one that doesn't gets a lower setting. Label wording differs by brand, and sometimes the symbol is the only guide, which is why we check it for every piece and never press everything the same way.

Name your building or cluster when you book, so the driver doesn't have to guess which entrance is yours.

• Towers: give the tower, block and flat number. Handover is at your door, or at the lobby desk if your building has one.
• Villas: give your cluster, road and house number. Handover is at the villa door, at the time you picked.
• Gates: if your road has a gate, mention it, so the driver can plan the route.
• Returns: your pressed pieces come back to the same spot, on hangers and in covers.

One hanger per piece keeps the shoulders in shape, and the cover keeps the dust off while it waits. If you are not home, tell us in the chat where the order should be handed over.

Most orders return within 24 hours. Delicate pieces may need a little longer, and we will say so when you book.

Express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. In DAMAC Hills, send your location pin first and we will tell you whether it reaches you today. That helps most when a shirt is needed for tonight.

Complex pieces such as a beaded abaya may take a little longer, and we will say so beforehand.

Warm weather leaves marks on white fabric, and a collar is where they show first. Sweat and sun cream both soak into the cloth and turn yellow with time.

• Tell us early: a mark we hear about at booking can be treated before it sets.
• Send whites together: pressed whites should not travel in a bag with dark clothes.
• Don't wait: the sooner a shirt is cleaned after wearing, the easier it is to lift a mark.
• Oud and perfume: strong scent stays in cloth, so mention it if you want the piece aired out properly.

Each price is for one piece, and it covers the full wash, drying and folding. A duvet cover costs AED 31, and the duvet itself is its own line, so a made-up bed is easy to add up.

• Sheets and cases: washed, dried right to the seams and folded flat.
• Duvets and comforters: washed in a large machine, then dried until the filling is fully dry. This is why bulky bedding takes longer.
• Pillows: washed and dried, then returned plumped up.
• Towels and robes: washed, then dried until soft and folded flat.
• Blankets and throws: priced by size, so a larger blanket costs more.
• Covers: sofa covers and table cloths have their own lines.

We count every piece in and out, so you can check the list against what comes back. Pickup and delivery are free, and there is nothing else to add.

Bath towels and bathrobes are on the same bed and bath list, and sofa covers and table cloths sit on the household linen list. All of it can go in one bundle and one pickup.

2. Bundle it up. Roll each duvet and tie it, and keep towels in a bag of their own, so the driver can load it easily.

4. Get it back. Bulky bedding returns in 48 to 72 hours, washed, dried and folded.

It helps to tell us the bed sizes, such as single, double or king, because bulky pieces are scheduled around them. A pin is enough for the address.

If you can, wrap the duvets in a clean sheet or bag so they stay clean on the way to us.

A duvet is AED 56, from single up to king. A blanket is AED 26, and a bedcover is AED 29. They differ in how they are made, which changes how we handle them.

• Duvet: loose filling inside a plain case, used with a cover. The cover comes off and is priced as its own item.
• Comforter: a quilted piece, stitched through, that is used on its own. It is checked for loose stitching before it goes in. This duvet and comforter laundering is done in a big machine.
• Blanket: priced by size, so larger ones cost more.

Tell us the bed size and we'll check the quote before the driver arrives.

If you aren't sure which one you own, check the care label or send us a photo. A duvet and a comforter get the same price from single up to king, which keeps things simple.

Blankets can be wool, fleece or cotton, and each reacts differently to washing. Label wording is the best guide, and we follow it every time.

A pillow is AED 19, a bed sheet is AED 25, a pillowcase is AED 9 and a mattress protector is AED 35. A full bed set is easy to total.

• Sheets: counted one by one, flat or fitted, then washed and folded flat.
• Pillowcases: counted too, even though they dry quickly, so the numbers match when they come back.
• Pillows: washed and dried until they are fully fluffed again.
• Protectors: washed with care so the waterproof backing isn't damaged. Check the label for the temperature.

Fitted sheets and flat sheets take the same care. If you have a spare set, you can swap the bed the same day, and the clean set comes back folded flat from the laundry.

A mattress protector can be bulky, so it travels well in a bag of its own. Waterproof backings need a lower heat, and we follow the label.

A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe is AED 19. Sofa covers are AED 46 and table cloths are AED 19.

• Bath and hand towels: washed, dried until fluffy and folded flat, ready for the cupboard.
• Pool and gym towels: fine to send, but dry them a little first so they don't sit damp in the bag.
• Robes: washed with the towels and folded neatly.
• Sofa covers: check the care label, and tell us about any mark so we can treat it.
• Table cloths: washed and returned folded, with food stains looked at first.

If you host often, a towel laundry service that takes everything in one pickup saves a lot of small trips.

Table cloths and sofa covers are bigger than they look, and they take up a lot of drum space. A regular sofa cover is a single line on the list, with larger covers costing more.

If you host guests, the pickup can take the whole stack of towels and robes at once, and bring them back together in a single delivery with the rest of the order.

A few things do better elsewhere, or need a word from you first, so check this list before you pack.

• Everyday clothes: pack them in the wash and fold bag, which has a flat price.
• Dry clean only items: if the label says dry clean only, tell us before sending, and we will advise.
• Anything needing repair: torn seams can open further in the machine, so mend or mention them.
• Wet items: let towels from the pool drip dry for a while first.

Please also tell us before sending anything with wet paint, oil or heavy mud, so we can say whether it can be washed safely.

Pillows with a feather filling are best mentioned in your message.

Duvets and thick blankets hold a lot of water. They need a large machine, a long spin and a slow dry, because damp filling smells. Rushing that last step would spoil the result.

So bulky bedding in Dubai takes 48 to 72 hours, while ordinary laundry is 24. Book early in the week if you need the bed made again by the weekend, and send the sheets and pillowcases in the same order.

A tip: if you have two sets of bedding, send one while the other is on the bed. That way there is never a night without clean sheets, and the long dry doesn't leave you waiting. Towels dry faster than duvets, but they arrive in the same order.
