Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Town Square

A bag is priced by its size, not by what is inside. Fill it with anything that needs a plain wash and the price stays put. Here is what happens once the driver has it.

• Look over: pockets are emptied, care labels are read and any mark is spotted before the bag goes near a machine.
• Sort: by colour, so a new red top cannot pink the whites, and by fabric, so stretchy sportswear is not tumbled with heavy denim.
• Wash: every pile gets its own temperature, in a sanitised drum, with a mild detergent that is hypoallergenic and biodegradable.
• Dry: on low heat, so cotton keeps its size and elastic keeps its stretch.
• Fold: tees in squares, socks paired and towels in thirds.

Before it is packed, the bag gets a final check. Then it heads back to your Town Square door.

One red sock can turn a white load pink, so the first job is sorting. This step is slow, and it saves more clothes than any other.

• Whites and lights: white tees, socks and pale cotton are washed as one pile.
• Darks: jeans, black leggings and navy trousers form their own pile, so the dye stays put.
• Delicates: lace, mesh and stretch fabric get a cooler, gentler cycle.
• Towels: kept apart from clothes, since their lint sticks to everything else.

A brand-new dark top is the usual culprit, since the dye often runs in the first few washes. If you have just bought something, say so in the chat, and it goes with the darks on a cool cycle.

Town Square has a park, a splash pad, a skatepark and tennis courts, so wet shorts and sweaty kit are normal in a Town Square bag. Pack them as they are, because nothing needs rinsing first.

• Wet kit: bag it soon, as damp clothes turn sour quickly in the heat.
• Sports kit: washed gently, then dried on low heat to protect the stretch.
• Scuffed knees: grass and grit marks on jeans are looked at before washing.

A quick tip: put wet things in a separate bag inside the main one if you can, so they do not dampen the rest while they wait for the driver.

All of it goes in the same order.

Two sizes cover most homes. The 6kg bag is AED 65 and the 12kg bag is AED 120. You never pay by the item, so there is nothing to count.

• 6kg bag: a good fit for one or two people, or a quick mid-week wash.
• 12kg bag: a better match for a family, or for the pile that builds up after a holiday.
• Two small bags: useful when you want darks and lights kept separate.

Not sure? Fill the 6kg bag until it feels full, then book another bag for what is left. A townhouse with several bedrooms usually fills the bigger bag, while a one-bed flat often needs only the smaller one.

A typical basket here can hold uniforms, work clothes and a few pieces that need a gentler hand. Here is how each kind is handled, so you know what belongs in the bag and what should go to Clean & Press.

• School uniforms: grass stains and playground scuffs are treated first, and polo shirts come back folded.
• Casual work wear: relaxed shirts and trousers are fine in the bag. Smart shirts do better on hangers.
• Delicates: silk tops, lace and fine knits go on a cool, soft cycle.
• Care labels: we read every one, and a dry clean only label sends that piece to Clean & Press.

Dubai summers are hard on clothes. According to Wikipedia, July and August highs go above 43 degrees, and the air stays humid. Sweat dries into fabric, and a damp basket turns sour fast.

• Do not let it sit: a sweaty tee is easier to clean this week than next.
• Keep the bag closed: keep it by the door until the driver arrives.
• Mention marks: underarm marks and sweat rings get treated before the wash.

Wash soon after wearing and the sweat does not have time to set. A bag collected within a day or two keeps even gym kit fresh.

No room to dry a full load at home? In the warm months, handing it to the driver is far easier.

Washing every week? Then a plan may suit you. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week. A single 6kg bag is AED 65.

• Essential: made for one or two people, with a single bag each week.
• Family: suits bigger households with plenty of uniforms and sports kit.
• Booking: message us on WhatsApp to start one, and we fix a pickup day for your Town Square address.

Both plans are billed monthly with free pickup and delivery. A one-off bag is always available on top of a plan.

Booking takes a minute on WhatsApp. There is no app, and we offer contactless pickup and delivery, so you do not need to be at the door when the driver arrives.

• Send: your pin, your building or townhouse name and a time that works.
• Leave: the bag outside your door, or at the front desk if there is one.
• Receive: your laundry within 24 hours across most of Dubai.
• Express: 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and the address is one we cover. Please ask first.

Tell us about building access in your message, such as an entry code or a security desk, so the driver goes straight to your door instead of waiting outside.

Clean and press is for clothes that need to look sharp, not just fresh. Each piece is handled on its own, away from the bag service, so a smart garment gets the attention it needs.

• Check: the care label is read, and we look for stains, loose buttons and delicate trims.
• Clean: a cool-water wash with gentle detergent suits most fabrics.
• Dry: slowly, so nothing shrinks or stiffens.
• Press: steamed by hand, collar to hem, and put on a hanger at once.

Your Town Square order returns covered and hanging, ready for the wardrobe.

If you are unsure whether a piece should be pressed or just washed, ask in the chat before booking and we will say which service fits.

With a shirt, the collar and cuffs show wear first, so we look at those before anything else. A shirt is AED 18 and comes back on a hanger with every button counted.

• Collars: sweat marks get treated before the wash starts.
• Cuffs: pressed flat.

Blouses, trousers and skirts are handled the same way.

Send two shirts or twenty. Each shirt costs the same, so a small order is no dearer per piece. Each shirt comes back on its own hanger, buttoned at the collar, inside a breathable cover.

Traditional wear is a regular part of our work. Every piece is cleaned the way its fabric needs, then steamed and hung. Nothing is folded unless you ask.

• Kandura: AED 15. Mention marks on the collar or cuffs and we deal with them first.
• Ghutra: washed gently and steamed flat.
• Abaya: a basic abaya and a delicate one cost different amounts, so tell us which you have, and flag any beads or embroidery.
• Jalabiya and kurta: hung full length so the line stays clean.

Collars and cuffs on a kandura show wear first, so they get extra attention before the main clean. If a garment has gold thread, beads or sequins, mention it when you book so we can pick the gentlest method.

For anything unusual, send a photo and we will tell you the best way to clean it. A final check comes before it leaves, so collars and hems look right when the cover comes off.

Suits, silk and wool call for a careful hand. We pick the method to suit the fabric, and press each jacket with care around the shoulders and collar so the shape lasts.

• Suits: jacket and trousers are cleaned together so the colour stays matched.
• Silk and wool: checked against the care label first, then cleaned gently.
• Hanging: returned hung in a cover, never folded.

Ask if you have something you are unsure about.

A stain on a favourite piece can often be saved if the right treatment comes before any heat. A few things help us a lot.

• Tell us what it is: coffee, oil, ink and make-up are each treated differently.
• Tell us how long it has been there: a new mark comes out more easily than one that has already been through a wash.
• Do not rub: rubbing drives the mark further into the fabric.
• Keep it away from heat: a hot dryer can set the stain for good.

Perfume, deodorant and food oils are the usual culprits on shirts. They respond best to early treatment, so mention them when you book.

Marks are treated by hand ahead of the main clean. A few old stains never fully lift. If that happens, we say so when the piece comes back.

A pressed shirt can be spoiled on the way home, so the trip matters. Everything from Town Square goes back on a hanger in a breathable cover, never squashed into a bag. Delivery is free to your door, or to the front desk if your building has one.

If you collect from a front desk yourself, the cover makes carrying easy. Unpack and hang everything soon after it arrives.

Across Dubai, most clean and press orders return in 24 hours. Silk, beaded abayas and heavy suits are slower, as they need gentler drying. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

For express, book before 2 PM from an address we cover. Message us from Town Square and we will confirm. Got a wedding or a trip coming up? Book a few days early.

Tell us the date you need the clothes back, and we will say honestly whether that works.

The table shows what people ask about most. We clean plenty more, and some pieces have no listed price.

• Ask first: message a photo and a short description.
• We quote: you hear the price before we collect.
• Examples: a shayla, a scarf, an occasion outfit or a heavy winter jacket.

Some pieces suit a different service, and we will point you to the right one, such as dry cleaning for a structured jacket or carpet cleaning for a rug.

That way, nothing on the bill is a surprise. We would rather quote than guess.

Duvet and comforter laundering is where a Town Square home washer struggles most. Wet, a duvet is heavy and needs plenty of space to dry, and the core may stay damp for days. A duvet cover is AED 31.

• Covers: go in with your sheets, then come back folded.
• Duvets: run through a large machine and dried all the way to the middle.
• Comforters: a quilted one is dried just as slowly so the filling does not clump.
• Time: bulky pieces take 48 to 72 hours in Dubai.

Mention the bed size when you book and we quote the right price. A clean duvet freshens the whole bed, and you notice it the first night.

Dust and sweat build up in a duvet over months, and a wash in a big machine shifts far more than shaking it out would. If a duvet is down-filled or has a special label, tell us when you book.

Sheets get a warm wash, a full dry and then a fold. Pillowcases travel with them, so the set returns together.

• Flat and fitted: priced the same.
• Pillowcases: counted in and counted out.
• Folded: ready for the bed.

Washing sheets often helps them last, as sweat and body oils left in the cloth wear it down. A weekly set is a good habit, and a repeat pickup makes it easy to keep up. You can send the whole set in one go and get it back together.

If you change your sheets every week, a standing pickup keeps the rotation going without effort. Keep two sets in the cupboard and one is always clean while the other is away.

Thick throws and bedcovers dry the slowest, so they are the last to come back. A standard blanket costs AED 26, a bedcover AED 29 and a duvet AED 56. It is bulky item washing, run in large machines.

• Blankets: washed by themselves, cotton or fleece.
• Bedcovers: loose threads and trims are checked first.
• Drying: slow and thorough, which is why bulky bedding takes longer.

Fleece, cotton and knitted throws all need a bit of room. In a home machine they turn into a heavy, wet ball, and the middle stays damp long after the outside feels dry. Ours dry slowly and fully, then the piece is folded and packed.

Bigger blankets cost more, and we confirm the price before collecting. Need them by the weekend? Send them at the start of the week.

After months of use a pillow turns flat and heavy, and a home washer cannot reach the middle. Pillows cost AED 19 each, pillowcases AED 9, mattress protectors AED 35 and bedsheets AED 25.

• Pillows: run in a large machine and dried slowly.
• Mattress protectors: washed softly to protect the backing.
• Together: add them to a sheet order and the whole bed is refreshed in one pickup.

A mattress protector keeps the bed fresh, but it is often forgotten. Wash it every few months, and pillows twice a year if you can. Send everything in one pickup, and tell us the size of the pillows so we quote correctly.

Clean pillows and protectors make the bed feel fresh, even with new sheets.

Towels turn stiff when home washes use too much detergent. Ours are washed on their own and dried well, which keeps them soft and thirsty. Towels cost AED 7 and bathrobes AED 19 each.

• Bath towels: soft, fully dry and folded.
• Bathrobes: washed with the towels.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular size.
• Table cloths: one costs AED 19.

Sofa covers and table cloths often wait until they are really grubby. They fit our big machines easily and come back flat and folded. A corner sofa may cost more, so ask first.

Send as many as you have. Prices are per piece, so you can see the total before you book.

A family's towels fill a home machine several times over. In our machines it is a single load, and you do nothing but hand it over.

Bathrobes are washed with the towels, so they come back soft too. If you have a set of guest towels, send them all together and they return as a matching stack.

Some things are not safe in any machine, so please keep them at home in Town Square.

• Electric blankets and anything with a plug or wiring.
• Weighted blankets filled with beads.
• Memory foam pillows and toppers.
• Anything labelled do not wash.

Not sure about a label? Send us a photo on WhatsApp before the pickup and we will answer. If a duvet or blanket is very heavy, very old or badly stained, send a photo first and we will say whether it can be washed.

Clothes are booked separately. Everyday washing belongs in Wash & Fold, and pressed pieces in Clean & Press. Rugs and carpets have a page of their own.

Towels that spend an afternoon at the Town Square splash pad come home damp, and sometimes with sun cream on them. Both are easy to deal with.

• Damp towels: bag them soon, since a wet towel left in a basket turns musty quickly.
• Sun cream: tell us if a towel has a lot on it and we treat it first.
• Sand: give it a shake outdoors before it goes in the bag.

Hang a damp towel for an hour before bagging if you have somewhere to do it, and it will smell fresher when we collect it. The machine rinses out what is left.

Expecting guests? Send the sheets, covers and towels and get them back clean for the spare bed.
