How we handle every bag
Every bag from DAMAC Hills 2 goes through the same steps, whether it holds a week of T-shirts from a townhouse or the washing for a whole villa. A half-empty bag is treated the same as a full one, and the price does not change.
- Sorted: whites and light colours are washed together, and dark denim and black items get their own load. Lace, sheer tops and stretchy fabric wait for a gentler wash.
- Checked: we look at collars, underarms and cuffs for marks before anything goes in. Dubai's summer humidity averages over 90%, so sweat soaks into cotton quickly, and a hot dryer can set a yellow mark.
- Washed: in a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent with a good rinse, so clothes do not come back smelling of perfume.
- Dried gently: a low tumble keeps slim T-shirts the right size and the elastic in joggers firm.
- Folded: each piece is folded by hand, looked over once more and packed for the drive back to your cluster.
Wash and fold does not press clothes, which suits drawers and shelves. For a shirt or kandura that needs a crisp finish, use Clean & Press.
Booking a pickup, step by step
Booking takes a couple of minutes on WhatsApp, and you do not need an app.
- Message us your cluster name, unit number and a location pin.
- Tell us which day and time suit you, and whether you want standard or express.
- Tie up your bag and leave it where the driver can reach it, at your door or at the gate if your cluster has one.
- We confirm the booking in the chat and keep you posted there.
If a gate needs the driver's name or a pass, put that in your first message so nobody is held up. Delivery works the same way in reverse: your folded bag comes back to your door in DAMAC Hills 2, and there is nothing to pay for the trip.
Pickup times are flexible, and you can ask for a different time in the chat if your plans change. Tell us if nobody will be home, and say where the bag will be waiting.
What can go in a wash and fold bag
The bag is for everyday clothes that can take a normal machine wash and a tumble dry.
- T-shirts, jeans, shorts, leggings and joggers
- Pyjamas, underwear and socks
- Gym and sports kit, swimwear and beach cover-ups
- Children's clothes and school wear
- Casual dresses and cotton tops
Swimwear from a day at Malibu Beach is fine, but give it a rinse and keep it away from dry clothes until pickup. Football and cricket kit goes in too. Put heavy items such as jeans at the bottom so the bag is easier to close.
If you are unsure about an item, ask in the chat. A photo of the care label is enough for us to say whether it belongs in the bag.
Children's clothes are welcome. Small items such as socks and vests are easier to keep together in a pillowcase inside the main bag, so none go missing.
What to keep out of the bag
Some things are better sent another way, and a quick check saves a disappointment.
- Silk, wool and anything marked dry clean only: send these with Clean & Press, or ask us in the chat.
- Heavy bedding: duvets, thick blankets and large throws belong in the Bed & Bath tab.
- Leather, suede and fur: these need specialist care, so ask us first.
- Loose beads or sequins: they can come off in a drum. Mention them in the chat and we'll suggest the best option.
Empty your pockets before you tie the bag. Keys, coins and lip balm all cause trouble in a wash.
When something is on the edge, just ask. We would rather answer a question in the chat than have you worry after the driver has gone.
If you have something very precious, such as a baby's first outfit, say so in your first message.
How we sort, wash and dry a load from DAMAC Hills 2
Your laundry is never mixed with another customer's. Each order goes into its own machine, and the drums are sanitised between loads.
- Sorted first: by colour and by fabric, so a red cotton top never tints a white shirt.
- The right temperature: everyday cotton gets a normal wash. Delicate and stretchy items go on a cooler, gentler cycle.
- Commercial-grade detergent: it is also biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it works hard on sweat and leaves little scent behind.
- A thorough rinse: detergent left in cloth can irritate skin, which matters most for babies' clothes.
- Low-heat drying: a gentle tumble avoids shrinking and keeps elastic working.
Once dry, each piece is folded and checked for anything the wash missed. A mark that is still there is not folded away unnoticed.
The order of work is the same for a 6kg bag and a 12kg bag. Nothing is rushed because the load is small, and nothing is skipped because it is big.
If you have an item that might bleed colour, such as a new dark T-shirt, mention it and we will keep it away from your lighter clothes.
Where we collect in DAMAC Hills 2
Standard pickup covers every part of Dubai, so we collect from every cluster in DAMAC Hills 2. That means clusters such as Albizia, Juniper, Vardon and Amargo, and the low-rise apartment blocks, which run from studios to three bedrooms.
The community is reached from Al Qudra Road, and no metro line reaches the area, so a van at your door saves a trip to a drop-off point. If you live in a flat, Dubai's balcony rules mean you can't air laundry outside, so a bag collected from your door keeps things simple.
For a firm answer on express, send your cluster name and unit number on WhatsApp first.
Pickup times are arranged in the chat, so pick the slot that works around your day. If the community gate is staffed, tell us who to ask for. The same goes for delivery.
Weekly bags on a monthly plan
If you send a bag most weeks, a plan is an affordable laundry service and saves you rebooking each time. Plans are billed monthly, with a collection day you choose.
- Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags.
- Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags.
- No plan: a single bag is AED 65 whenever you need one.
Every bag is the same 6kg size and the same price whichever way you book it, and pickup and delivery stay free on a plan. Set it up with one WhatsApp message.
Plans suit a home that always has laundry waiting. If your needs change, message us and we'll talk through the options.
Both plans use the same wash, dry and fold steps as a single bag, so there is no difference in quality.
Return times, 5-hour express and stains
Standard return is 24 hours across most of Dubai, and that is our next-day laundry service.
For something quicker, express can return an order in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Cover is checked per cluster, so send your cluster name and unit number first.
Bulky bedding is the exception. A duvet or thick blanket takes 48 to 72 hours in Dubai because it needs longer to dry.
For stains, tell us what the mark is when you book. Treating it by hand before the wash works better than a hot cycle, which can fix it for good.
You get updates in the same WhatsApp chat you booked in, and the line is open 24/7, so you can ask where your order is at any hour.
If the return time matters, say so when you book, for example a school uniform needed on Sunday morning. We will tell you whether standard or express fits.
Clean and press for DAMAC Hills 2 work wardrobes
Clean and press is for clothes that need to look sharp: work shirts, kanduras, abayas, suits and dresses. Each item has its own price, with a shirt at AED 18 and a kandura at AED 15. We clean it, press it by hand and return it on a hanger, usually within 24 hours across most of Dubai. Collection from your home in DAMAC Hills 2 is free.

What a clean and press price covers
One price covers the whole job for that item, so there is nothing to add at the door.
- Inspection: we check labels, pockets, buttons and marks before cleaning begins.
- Stain treatment: marks are treated by hand before the main cleaning.
- Cool-water cleaning: a gentle process that is kinder to colours and fibres.
- Gentle drying: clothes dry in filtered air rather than a hot blast.
- Hand pressing: shirts, trousers and dresses are steam pressed by hand, one at a time.
- Hanger and bag: everything comes back on a hanger in a breathable bag.
Pickup and delivery to DAMAC Hills 2 are free, and there are no extra charges.
One note on pricing: each price is for the item as listed, so a long coat is priced as a coat and a two-piece suit as one suit. If something is unusual, such as a heavily beaded dress, ask in the chat before the pickup.
Booking clean and press, step by step
Send us your list on WhatsApp and we do the rest.
- Message the items you are sending, such as three shirts, one kandura and a dress.
- Add your cluster, unit number and a location pin.
- Choose a pickup time, and we confirm it in the chat.
- Hand over your clothes on hangers, or folded in a bag.
Please point out any stains you have noticed and anything already marked or damaged, so we know what to check first. If you are not sure an item suits this service, ask in the chat before the driver arrives.
Clothes that suit clean and press
Anything that looks best crisp, or that hangs rather than folds.
- Office shirts and blouses: collars and cuffs come back sharp.
- Kanduras and ghutras: cleaned and pressed full length, so the white stays bright.
- Abayas and jalabiyas: basic and delicate abayas are priced differently, so tell us which you have.
- Suits, blazers and trousers: pressed with a proper crease.
- Dresses and skirts: checked against the label for the right process.
- Kurtas: men's and women's kurtas each have a price in the table above.
It also suits a shirt that is already clean but creased from a suitcase. For that, the pressing page prices pressing with no wash. If a garment has a special trim, mention it in the chat.
Not sure about a garment? Send a photo of the care label in the chat and we'll say whether clean and press is the right choice. Delicate pieces take a gentler process, and we will tell you if one needs longer than the standard 24 hours. Coats and jackets are on the price list too.
Clothes for another service
Not everything needs a hanger. T-shirts, jeans, gym kit and pyjamas cost less in a Wash & Fold bag, where one flat price covers up to 6kg. Duvets, towels and sheets belong in Bed & Bath. Shoes, handbags and rugs have pages of their own. Mixing services in one booking is fine, with one pickup.
If you are not sure which service suits a piece, send us a photo of it and its label, and we'll point you to the right one.
What a care label is telling you
Care labels look like code, but a few symbols cover most of what you need to know.
- A tub with a number or dots: the highest wash temperature. One dot means cool, and more dots allow warmer water.
- A cross through the tub: do not machine wash.
- A circle: dry cleaning is possible. A cross through it means do not dry clean.
- A press symbol with dots: the heat the fabric can take. One dot is a cool press, which suits silk and synthetics.
- A square with a circle inside: tumble drying is allowed.
We read the label on every piece before it goes anywhere. If a label is missing or too faded to read, tell us in the chat and we'll treat the item with extra caution.
When a label shows a symbol you do not recognise, ask in the chat. We read fabric labels all day, and a quick question is better than a guess about silk, linen or a blend.
Pickup from every cluster in DAMAC Hills 2
Clean and press is collected from every cluster in DAMAC Hills 2, from villas and townhouses to the low-rise flats. Standard pickup covers every part of Dubai.
To make the handover easy, write your cluster name and unit number in the chat, add a pin, and keep shirts and dresses on their hangers in a garment bag if you have one. If you don't, a clean bag or pillowcase works.
If the community has a gate, tell us whether the driver needs a name or a pass. Where your building has a reception or front desk, the bag can be left there if you let us know.
Pickup is free whether you send one shirt or a dozen items, though the order total should reach the AED 50 minimum.
Return times, plus 5-hour express delivery
Standard return is 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate pieces may take longer, and we tell you once we have checked them.
Express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask on WhatsApp first, with your cluster and the time you need the clothes by. A shirt for an evening event is a good example of when to ask.
If you need your clothes back faster than 24 hours, say so in your first message, with the day and the hour. That gives us what we need to tell you if express reaches you.
Marks we see on work shirts
Shirts come back from daily wear with the same few problems.
- Collar rings: sweat and sun cream build up on the inside of the collar, so we treat it before washing.
- Underarm yellowing: heat sets this in, which is why we clean in cool water.
- Pen and food marks: tell us what it is and we choose the treatment.
A mark can fade without vanishing completely, especially if the shirt has been washed hot before. Tell us in the chat if you have noticed one.
Cuffs can pick up a grey line from desks and keyboards, and a note in the chat helps us check them closely. Deodorant can also leave a stiff patch under the arm.
Bedding in DAMAC Hills 2, priced by item
Bed and bath is for the bulky things a home washer struggles with. A bed sheet is AED 25, a towel is AED 7 and a duvet is AED 56, each priced on its own. This is a bed linen wash and fold service, so sheets and pillowcases come back clean and neatly folded. Towels, duvets and blankets are washed and dried fully, which makes it bulky item washing without the effort. Pickup and delivery are free.

- Sheets, covers and pillowcases come back folded
- Duvet and comforter laundering, any size to king
- Towels, bathrobes and sofa covers

Bedding and towel prices for DAMAC Hills 2 homes

| Cover for the duvetOne price per cover, not per set | AED 31 |
| Duvet up to king size | AED 56 |
| Quilted comforterFor thick quilted bedding | AED 56 |
| Pillow, each | AED 19 |
| Mattress protector | AED 35 |
| Bedcover | AED 29 |
| Blanket, regularRegular-size blanket | AED 26 |
| Bath towel, each | AED 7 |
| Bathrobe | AED 19 |
| Sofa cover, regularRegular-size covers | AED 46 |
Bedding takes 48 to 72 hours in Dubai because it needs time to dry. Mention the size when you book a duvet or blanket, and ask in the chat about anything not in this table.
What each bedding price covers, item by item
Each price is for one item, from a pillowcase to a duvet, and it covers the whole job: washing, drying, folding and the trip back to your door.
- Checking: we look at care labels, seams and any stains before the wash.
- Washing: a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a long rinse, so bedding feels soft and doesn't smell of perfume.
- Full drying: thick items are dried right through, because damp bedding turns musty fast in a warm room.
- Folding: neat and flat, ready for the cupboard.
A duvet cover is AED 31, counted separately from the duvet inside it. That means you can wash the covers every week and the duvet itself only now and then.
This suits the sets from the main bedroom, the children's rooms and the guest room alike. Send the lot in one collection and it comes back in one delivery.
Bedding worn every night is worth washing regularly. Sheets and pillowcases touch skin and hair, and towels stay damp in a bathroom, so a good wash and a full dry keeps them fresh. If anyone at home has sensitive skin, our detergent is hypoallergenic.
Booking a bedding pickup, step by step
Bedding is bulky, so a little planning helps.
- Message us a list, for example two duvets, six sheets and a pile of towels.
- Give your cluster, unit number and a location pin.
- Pick a time. Bulky items need longer to dry, so book a few days before you need them back.
- Pack bedding in large clean bags, ideally one bag per room.
Duvets are easier to hand over if they are bagged on their own. If a duvet has a stain, say where it is in the chat.
If a duvet is very large or an unusual shape, mention it in the chat so we can confirm the right price before the pickup. The same goes for oversized throws.
Duvet, comforter or blanket: which is which
The three sound alike but are priced separately, so a quick guide helps.
- Duvet: the soft, filled inner that goes inside a cover. It is AED 56, any size up to king.
- Comforter: a thick quilted cover used on its own, with no separate cover. Its price is in the table above.
- Blanket: a single layer of woven or fleece fabric, AED 26 for a regular size.
- Bedcover: the decorative layer on top of a made bed, AED 29.
Duvet and comforter laundering takes longer than everyday linen because of the filling. If you are not sure which one you have, send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll match it to the right price.
A duvet sits inside a cover, so it often looks cleaner than it is. If the inner has a stain, point it out, and mention it if the care label says dry clean only. We will advise on the best route.
Sheets, pillows and everyday bedding
These are the items most beds need regularly.
- A bed sheet is AED 25.
- A pillowcase is AED 9 each.
- A pillow is AED 19.
- A mattress protector is AED 35.
Sheets and pillowcases wash in the same load and come back folded together, so each bed's set stays in one pile. Pillows and mattress protectors take a little longer to dry, so book them with your other bedding rather than at the last minute.
Mattress protectors catch spills and sweat, so they are worth adding to your next bedding order. Pillows go in a separate bag with a note of what they are filled with, so we choose the right cycle. A note is handy if a pillowcase has a zip or button closure too.
Towels, robes and covers for the home
Bathroom and living-room linen is just as easy to send, and our towel laundry service is priced per item.
- Bath towel: AED 7, washed and dried until soft.
- Bathrobe: AED 19 each.
- Sofa cover: AED 46 for a regular-size cover.
- Tablecloth: AED 19, useful after a big meal.
Towels used by the pool or the Malibu Beach lazy river are fine to send. Keep them in a separate bag from your clothes, and hang a damp one to air before you pack it so it doesn't turn musty in the bag.
Sofa covers are quoted at regular size, so tell us in the chat if yours is larger.
Pool and beach towels can pick up sun cream, which leaves a faint oily mark. Say so in the chat if yours have, and we will treat the marks before the wash. Dark towels and light ones are washed separately, so nothing bleeds.
Bathrobes dry more slowly than towels, so book them with the rest of your bath linen.
What to keep out of the bedding bag
A few things should stay out of the bedding order, or need a word with us first.
- Memory foam and foam toppers: these can break up in a wash, so ask before sending.
- Anything marked dry clean only: send it under dry cleaning instead.
- Electric or heated blankets: ask us first.
- Clothing: put it in a wash and fold bag, where the flat bag price is better value.
Please keep valuables and small items out of the bag as well. Check pillowcases and duvet covers for socks and clips, because they can hide inside and tumble about in the drum.
Why bedding takes 48 to 72 hours in Dubai
Bulky bedding takes 48 to 72 hours in Dubai, longer than the 24 hours for clothes. A duvet holds a lot of water after the wash, and the filling has to dry all the way through. Rushing it leaves damp pockets and a stale smell. We would rather give it the proper time, so your bedding is fully dry when it reaches DAMAC Hills 2.
Plan around that if you have guests coming. Book the pickup a few days ahead, and send the smaller items such as sheets and pillowcases in the same collection.
Bedding pickup from every part of DAMAC Hills 2
Standard pickup covers every part of Dubai, including every cluster in DAMAC Hills 2. We collect bedding from villas, townhouses and low-rise flats alike.
A villa may have several beds to strip in one go, and a flat may have one bed and a small cupboard. Both are fine, because the price depends on the items and not on the size of the home.
For the quickest booking, send your cluster, your unit number and a pin, plus a short list of what is going. Delivery is free, and nothing is added at the door.
If you are not sure of your cluster name, a pin on the map works just as well.
Choose a plan for DAMAC Hills 2
- Single bag
Just one bag
Not every week needs a plan. Send one 6kg bag of everyday clothes whenever the basket fills up, pay one flat price, and have it back folded, usually within 24 hours across most of Dubai.
- Essential plan
Essential: four bags a month
Four 6kg bags each month, collected on the weekday you choose and billed monthly. It works for one or two people who wash every week, with nothing to work out.
- Family plan
Family: eight bags a month
Eight 6kg bags each month, for a home that always has washing waiting. That works out at two bags a week, on a regular weekday.

Put it in your wash and fold bag, with the heaviest items at the bottom. Sports kit washes with your everyday clothes, so there is no need to separate it. Tie the bag and message us. If one piece has a bad mark, say so in the chat.
- Shake out loose dirt before you pack, if there is any
- Keep wet kit apart from dry clothes until pickup
- Padel and tennis kit goes in the same bag
Can I dry clothes on a balcony in DAMAC Hills 2?
Not if you live in a flat. Dubai's balcony rules do not allow airing laundry outside. Sending it out avoids the problem, and your clothes come back dry and folded. Dubai's summers are humid, averaging over 90%, so clothes dry slowly even where hanging is allowed. Check your own community's rules before you hang anything outside.
- Everything returns dry and folded
- Ask your building about its own rules
- Free pickup saves you the trip
Will my laundry share a machine with anyone else's?
No. Every customer's laundry goes into its own machine, and the drums are sanitised between loads. We use a commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it is gentle on skin. Colours are sorted before washing, so a dark item does not tint your whites. That holds for a small bag and a 12kg bag alike.
- Your own machine for each order
- Sanitised drums between loads
- Colours sorted before washing
