Most guests fill the bag with what they wore during the stay. That means T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, pyjamas, gym kit and swimwear. Anything that can go in a normal wash is fine.

You do not need to sort it. We separate dark and light colours at the laundry, so everything gets the right wash.

Pieces that need pressing, like office shirts, suits and kanduras, are better in a Clean & Press order. Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so please leave them there.

One bag holds up to 6kg. For most people that is about a week of clothes, or a bit more if you travel light. The price is flat, so you are not charged by the item or by the kilo inside the limit.

If you have more, use the 12kg bag instead. It suits a longer stay, or two people sharing one order.

We weigh the bag at the laundry, and you pay the bag price shown on this page. There are no hidden fees.

At the laundry we sort your clothes by colour and fabric. Whites, darks and brights are washed apart so colour does not run from one to another.

Each order has its own machine and its own wash. We use commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic detergent, which is kind to skin and still handles sweat and everyday dirt.

Tell us in the chat if something is sensitive to heat or likely to run, and we will wash it with that in mind.

After the wash, your clothes are dried on a low heat. That keeps cotton from shrinking and protects stretch fabrics like gym leggings and swimwear.

Then each piece is folded by hand and packed into your bag, so you can open it in the room and put things straight in the case or the wardrobe.

Anything marked as air dry only is dried flat and handled separately, so it does not lose its shape.

Some orders cannot wait for tomorrow. You might have an early flight, a dinner tonight or a day of meetings ahead.

Express takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM, if your address is covered. Message us on WhatsApp first, tell us what you need and by when, and we confirm whether we can do it before we send the driver.

Express works best for a small bag or a few key pieces. A full bag is usually fine on the standard 24 hours, so use express for what is urgent and let the rest follow. This is same-day laundry service for guests who are short on time.

Your clothes carry care labels, and we read them before a single item goes in the machine. If a label says gentle, cold or hand wash only, we follow it.

Fine knits, lightweight blouses and anything with decoration are best sent with Clean & Press instead of in the bag. Tell us if you are unsure and we will say where we think it belongs.

Staying a few weeks, or coming back to the hotel often? A monthly plan can work out better than single bags.

The Essential plan covers four bags a month for AED 250. The Family plan covers eight bags a month for AED 450. A single 6kg bag is AED 65.

You choose the time. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, and checks your items with you.

After the check, we text you a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby, and your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

If anything is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Clean and press covers the pieces you want to look sharp: office shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, suits, dresses and coats. It also covers traditional wear such as kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas.

Each item is checked against its care label, cleaned in the way that suits the fabric, and pressed by hand. You get it back on a hanger, ready to wear when you arrive at your event.

Pressed pieces come back on hangers inside a clean cover, so they stay smooth in the lift, the car and the hotel room.

If you are heading to the airport, tell us. We can pack pieces so they fit flat in your case.

If your meeting is tomorrow, a suit pressed and on a hanger is one less thing to worry about. A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so jacket and trousers stay the same shade.

Send it the day before, or book express if it is for today. The hotel has meeting rooms, and plenty of guests are in town for work, so we see a lot of suits.

Tell us the time of your meeting when you book. We aim to have it back well before you need it, which is why guest dry cleaning is best booked early.

Office shirts are cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers. Long or short sleeve, the price is the same. Collars and cuffs get extra attention, and we treat marks before the wash.

Traditional wear needs a careful hand. A kandura keeps its crisp front and collar when it is pressed properly, and a ghutra needs a clean fold.

Abayas come as basic and delicate pieces. Delicate ones with fine fabric or beading are checked by hand first, so tell us which kind you have.

Kanduras and abayas for a wedding or a family event are usually the first thing guests send us. Book a day early if you can, so the piece is ready on its hanger when you are.

Evening dresses often carry sequins, beads or fine fabric. We read the care label and check every trim by hand before cleaning.

If a dress is special, say so when you book. We will tell you how we plan to clean it before the driver comes.

Standard orders return in 24 hours. For a wedding, a dinner or a flight, book a day ahead and you will not need to rush.

If you leave it late, book before 2 PM and ask about express. It takes 5 hours, if your address is covered.
