Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Nikki Beach Resort Dubai

Wash and Fold is for everyday clothes that you wear and wash again. For a stay at Nikki Beach Resort Dubai, one bag might hold the following.

• Beachwear: swim shorts, bikinis, rash vests and cover-ups, shaken out so the loose sand stays behind.
• Casual clothes: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, light dresses and linen shirts.
• Sports kit: gym tops, leggings and socks from the resort gym or a run on the beach.
• Night clothes and underwear: washed together with everything else.

Pack up to 6kg in one bag. If you have more than that, ask us about the 12kg bag when you book.

Small items such as socks and swim shorts can go in loose. You do not need to count or list anything, because the bag price is flat. Dry-clean-only labels are the one exception, so set those aside for Clean and Press and mention them on WhatsApp.

Some pieces are better handled one at a time, so put these aside for Clean and Press instead of the bag.

• Suits and jackets: these should travel on hangers, not folded in a bag.
• Silk and evening dresses: they need a careful clean and a proper press.
• Kanduras and abayas: each has its own per-piece price, so they do not belong in the flat-rate bag.

If you are not sure, set the piece aside and mention it on WhatsApp. We will tell you which service fits it best before the driver arrives.

Not sure where a piece belongs? Tell us what it is, or send a photo of the care label on WhatsApp before the driver arrives. We answer plainly, and we would rather check than risk a shirt shrinking or losing colour.

Most bags are washed, dried and back with you within 24 hours. Book early in the day and we can often turn it round the same day. That makes it same-day laundry for early orders, a same-day hotel laundry option, and a next-day laundry service otherwise.

• Standard: usually back within 24 hours of collection.
• Express: book before 2 PM and it can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered.
• No express fee: an urgent bag costs the same as a normal one.

We confirm your delivery time on WhatsApp once the order is in.

If your flight leaves in the morning, say so when you book. We note your departure time on the order and plan the delivery to match, as long as your address is covered.

Pickup and delivery are free. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, so you never have to leave the resort.

• Contactless pickup and delivery: hand the bag over, and take it back when it returns.
• A quick check: the driver goes through the items with you before leaving.
• Payment by link: a secure link is texted to you after the check, so there is no cash or card handling in the lobby.

Keep your phone nearby on the day. We message when the driver is close, so you can come down to the lobby. The driver only needs a minute to go through the items with you, and then you are free to carry on with your plans.

Every bag is washed in its own machine, so your clothes are never mixed with anyone else's. That matters when the bag holds swimwear, white shirts and a favourite dress at once.

• Lights and darks apart: whites stay white and colours stay put.
• Mild detergent: hypoallergenic, biodegradable and gentle on skin.
• Low-heat drying: kinder to swimwear and stretch fabrics.
• Folded by hand: returned neat and ready to repack.

Each bag is checked on arrival for things left in pockets, such as coins, hair ties or earbuds. Sorting by colour and fabric happens before anything goes into a drum, so a red top never lands next to a white shirt. Dried clothes are folded by hand and packed so they stay neat on the way back to the hotel.

Swimwear collects salt, sun cream and chlorine over a few beach days. A quick rinse before you bag it helps, but it does not need to be perfect.

• Shake out loose sand: grit is hard on any washing machine and on delicate fabric.
• Tell us about marks: sun cream and tanning oil can stain light colours, so point them out.
• Hotel towels and robes: these stay in the room, and the hotel looks after them.

Your own beach towel is fine to put in the bag with everything else.

If a mark will not shift, we tell you rather than guess. Sun cream and tanning oil are the usual culprits on whites. A quick note on WhatsApp saves time at the stain table.

You do not need a plan, and most guests simply book one bag. For a long stay or a regular visit, there are two plans to choose from.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags.
• Family: AED 450 a month for two bags a week.
• No plan: a single bag for AED 65, whenever you book it.

Plan bags are collected on a set day, so there is nothing to book each week.

Every bag has one flat price, so there is nothing to add up. It is an affordable laundry service for guests who would rather not count socks or price each T-shirt.

Shirts and blouses are checked at the collar and cuffs, cleaned, steamed by hand and hung up. A shirt for tomorrow's meeting should be booked a day ahead, or before 2 PM if you need it back the same day.

• Shirts: long or short sleeves, one price.
• Blouses: silk and fine fabrics are checked before cleaning.
• Hangers: everything comes back ready to wear, not folded.

If a shirt arrives with a mark on the collar or under the arms, tell us what it is. We treat marks by hand before cleaning, and we say so if something will not come out fully. Whites stay white because they are never cleaned with dark colours.

When time is short, book before 2 PM and ask for express. A work shirt costs AED 18, and it can be back in 5 hours if your address is covered.

• No extra fee: express costs the same as standard.
• Hand steaming: lapels and collars keep their shape.
• Tell us the deadline: we start with the urgent piece.

Please send your list on WhatsApp so we can plan the day. Tell us each deadline, such as a lunch at noon or a flight at night, and we do our best to meet it.

• Linen and cotton: light summer suits crease fast in a suitcase, and the steam brings them back.
• Wool: checked for marks before cleaning begins.
• Ties: cleaned and pressed, priced per piece.

Tell us about any spot you have noticed, and what caused it.

Linen suits are the most common request at a beach resort. They crease within an hour of wearing, so steaming is part of every suit. A jacket you only wore for one dinner still gets a full check, because perfume, food and sun cream can leave marks that are hard to see. If the lining looks worn or a seam looks loose, we will tell you before we start.

Day dresses and evening dresses are cleaned by hand on the process that suits the fabric, then pressed and hung. They come back on a hanger.

Please show us any marks, and tell us if a dress has beading, sequins or a lining. We handle those pieces separately and tell you if anything needs extra care, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Traditional wear is part of our daily work, and every piece has its own price.

• Kandura or thobe: collar and cuffs are checked, then the whole piece is steamed by hand.
• Abaya: priced as basic or delicate, depending on the fabric.
• Ghutra: cleaned and pressed flat, so the folds sit properly.
• Jalabiya and kurta: men's and women's pieces are both accepted.

Please tell us about any embroidery or beading when you book.

Embroidered kanduras and abayas with stones are listed as delicate and may take longer. We tell you the return day when we confirm the order, so you can plan around a family event.

Winter coats are cleaned and pressed one piece at a time. Handy before the flight home.

Please tell us about any fur or leather trims first, and we tell you if the coat needs a different process before we start.

If a piece is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. The driver checks everything with you at pickup, so you can point out any weak spots before it leaves.

Each item has a price on this page, so you can see the laundry price per item before you book. A secure payment link is texted to you after the driver has checked your items. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
