Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira

Wash & Fold takes the clothes you wear every day. Roughly a week of clothes for one person fits in a 6kg bag. A 12kg bag suits a couple or a family.

• Yes: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, pyjamas, gym kit and swimwear.
• Better in Clean & Press: suits, dresses, silk and anything you want on a hanger.
• Leave out: things that belong to the hotel, such as towels and robes. They stay in your room.

Hand the bag to the lobby or concierge at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, if the hotel allows it. If not, we will tell you where else the driver can meet you. Tell us before you pack if you are unsure about an item, and we will say where it goes.

Before anything goes in a machine, we empty pockets and sort by colour. A forgotten pen or lipstick can mark a whole load, so this step is never skipped.

• Whites with whites, darks with darks, so nothing runs.
• Stains are looked at first. Sunscreen, sauce and sweat marks are treated by hand before the wash, because heat can set them in.
• Tell us the cause of any mark you know about. It helps us choose the right treatment for that fabric.

Anything delicate is washed cooler, and swimwear gets a gentle cycle.

We wash with commercial-grade detergent that is still mild on fabric. It is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it suits sensitive skin and baby clothes.

• Gentle on colours and on stretch fabric such as leggings and swimwear.
• Fully rinsed, so no stiff residue stays in gym kit or cotton.
• Lightly scented, never heavily perfumed.

If you have an allergy, tell us when you book. We note it on your order so the team can see it, and we choose the wash to suit.

Your load is washed alone. We never mix one customer's clothes with another's, whether you send a full bag or only a few things.

• Nothing mixed, not even with the bag of the guest in the next room.

Guests often ask about this when they travel with children or have sensitive skin. It is how every order is done, at no extra cost, so there is nothing special to request. Your bag stays yours from pickup to delivery.

Clothes are dried on a low heat. High heat shrinks cotton and breaks down the elastic in swimwear, so we avoid it.

• Cotton keeps its size, so a T-shirt you packed in your size stays that size.
• Stretch holds, in gym kit, leggings and swimwear.
• No damp smell, because everything is fully dry before it is folded.

Anything that should not be tumble dried is handled by its care label. Tell us if you are unsure about a piece, and we will treat it with extra care.

Each piece is folded by hand and given a last look before the bag is packed. Nothing is stuffed in.

• Folded flat, not thrown in a heap, so your case packs easily.
• Socks matched and underwear folded neatly.
• Sealed bag, so it stays clean on the way back to the hotel.

If you want a piece back on a hanger, such as a shirt for dinner, book it in Clean & Press instead. You can send both in one pickup.

Staying a few weeks, or based nearby? A monthly plan means no rebooking.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one every week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two every week.
• Single bag: AED 65, only in the weeks you need one.

Choose your pickup day and the driver comes then. One WhatsApp message sets it up.

Pickup and delivery to Mandarin Oriental Jumeira are free. Most Wash & Fold orders are back in about 24 hours.

• Check at handover: the driver looks at your items with you.
• Pay by secure link: it is texted to you after that check. We take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Nobody collects cash at the hotel.
• On its way: your clothes head back to you once the payment is made.

Guests at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira usually send a few pieces, not a whole wardrobe. We price each one on its own, so you pay only for what you send and you can see the laundry price per item before you book.

Everything comes back steamed and on a hanger. If you are unsure whether a piece belongs here or in the wash bag, ask and we will tell you.

A shirt creases fast in a suitcase. We treat the collar and cuffs first, where sweat and sunscreen collect. Then the shirt is cleaned, steamed flat and put on a hanger.

Long and short sleeves cost the same, AED 18 each. If you pack five for a conference week, send them together and the driver collects them in a single trip at no extra charge.

Tell us if a shirt has a mark you already know about, and where it is.

A suit, a dinner jacket or an evening dress is cleaned on the right process for its fabric. Each piece is checked for stains, loose beads and lining before we begin.

Packing for a wedding or a gala? Send the outfit a day early. A two-piece suit is cleaned as a pair, so the colour stays matched. A silk tie and an evening dress are each handled separately. Everything is steamed, hung and wrapped in a breathable cover.

Tell us the date of the event, and we will say whether the timing fits. For a close deadline, ask about express suit pressing when you message us.

A kandura is AED 15. We clean the collar and cuffs with extra care, then steam it by hand and hang it. Abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are priced in the table above, and each comes back on a hanger.

Short on time before a meeting, flight or dinner? Book before 2 PM and an urgent piece can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered.

Message us the item and the time you need it. We will tell you straight away if it works, and we will not promise a time we cannot keep.

Express suit pressing is for a few pieces. A full wardrobe is better on the standard 24 hours, and each item costs the same either way.

Three checks happen on every piece: when it arrives, after cleaning and before it leaves us. Then it hangs in a breathable cover, so it travels well.

Standard Clean & Press takes 24 hours. Delicate items like silk and beaded gowns take longer, and the time depends on the piece. Both include free pickup and delivery at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, if the hotel allows it. Flying out soon? Ask us first, and we will say what is possible before you hand anything over.

The driver looks over your items first. After that, a secure payment link is texted to you. Pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nobody collects cash or cards at the hotel.

If something is lost or damaged, cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Anything already damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk.
