Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Rove La Mer Beach

Whatever you would wash at home can go in: T-shirts, shorts, socks, underwear, gym kit, swimwear and casual trousers. One bag holds up to 6kg, around a week of clothes for one person.

You do not count pieces. A full bag is AED 65, and if you packed more there is a larger bag.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room.

The driver checks your bag at pickup, and we sort it again at the laundry. Whites, lights and darks are washed in separate loads, so nothing runs.

We look at care labels, empty pockets, and set aside anything that needs gentler treatment, such as swimwear or a fine knit.

If an item has no care label or is already damaged, we clean it at your own risk, and we tell you before we start.

We use a mild, biodegradable detergent with a light scent. It is hypoallergenic, so it is suitable for babies and for guests with sensitive skin.

We use commercial-grade detergent in commercial machines, which rinse thoroughly. That means no leftover soap in your T-shirts.

If you have an allergy or prefer no scent, tell us when you book and we note it on your order.

Everything is dried on a low heat to protect colours and stretch. Gym kit and swimwear are dried gently, and anything that could shrink is not over-dried.

Each piece is folded by hand and packed in a clean bag. Your clothes come back ready to go straight into your suitcase.

If you want shirts on hangers instead of folded, add them to a Clean & Press order.

Beach holidays leave marks: sunscreen, sand, coffee and food. We check each item and treat visible stains before the wash.

Tell the driver what caused a stain. A fresh mark usually comes out well, but old or set marks may stay faint, and we tell you honestly if that is likely.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Leaving soon? Book early and tell us your departure time.

For urgent pieces, book before 2 PM and express can bring them back in 5 hours, as long as we cover your address. There is no express fee.

We confirm pickup and return times on WhatsApp, so you can plan around them.

Come to Dubai often? Then a monthly plan may suit you. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month. Compare that with AED 65 for a single bag.

Plans are for people who spend part of the year here or travel in for work. Most hotel guests book one bag.

You pay by a secure link, sent to your phone by text after the driver has checked your items. You can use a debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

We do not take cash, and the driver does not take cards at the lobby.

Once the payment goes through, your clothes go out for delivery to the hotel.

A work shirt is cleaned and steamed by hand, then returned on a hanger. Collars and cuffs get extra attention because that is where marks show first.

If you are at Rove La Mer Beach for a conference or a client visit, send two or three shirts together. They come back the next day, or in 5 hours with express when you book before 2 PM.

Casual shirts can go in the wash and fold bag to save money.

A two-piece suit is priced per piece and pressed to hold its shape. We check pockets, check for marks, and clean it by the care label.

For an urgent suit, express is possible in 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, for covered addresses. Remember that AED 18 is for shirts only.

Hang a freshly pressed suit as soon as you receive it.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas, kurtas and abayas are cleaned every week. A kandura is AED 15. Each piece is priced on its own line in the table above.

For white garments we check the collar and cuffs first. Everything comes back pressed on a hanger and in a cover.

If you are in town for a wedding, send traditional wear a day ahead.

Evening dresses are cleaned gently, with beading and fine fabric checked first. Tell the driver what the dress is made of if you know.

Pieces like these may take longer, so book early for an event. We tell you the time before pickup.

Everyday business clothes are priced per piece. A blouse, a skirt and a pair of trousers each have their own price in the table above, so you can see the total before you book.

They come back steamed and hung. Trousers and chinos are pressed with a crease where needed.

Casual jeans can go in the wash and fold bag, which costs less.

A winter coat is priced per piece. If your next stop is a cold city, send the coat a day early so it comes back clean and ready to pack.

Heavy coats take longer to dry, so allow more time than for a shirt.

The driver looks over every piece with you at pickup: labels, pockets, marks.

Pieces that are already damaged, or carry no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. Anything else is covered for loss or damage up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

The driver collects at Rove La Mer Beach, at the lobby or concierge if the hotel allows it. After checking the items, we text you a secure payment link for card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once you pay, your pressed clothes are delivered back to the hotel on hangers. We do not take cash.
