Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Dubai Marine Beach Resort

Almost anything you would wash at home goes in the bag. For a hotel stay, that usually means a mix of casual clothes and beachwear, all in one pickup.

• Everyday wear: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, polo shirts and underwear.
• Active wear: gym kit, leggings and sports tops from the resort gym or the tennis court.
• Beachwear: swimwear and cover-ups that still smell of salt and sun cream.
• Nightwear and socks: all the small things that quickly fill a suitcase.

You do not need to count items, because the price is for the bag. Keep suits, silk and anything you want hanging for Clean & Press. Towels and robes from the hotel should stay in your room.

Your bag is handled the same way whether it is a light load or a heavy one, and we do not skip a step when we are busy.

• Pockets: we empty them first, since a stray pen or a coin can ruin a whole load.
• Sorting: light and dark clothes are washed in separate loads, so colours stay true.
• Washing: your load runs alone, in a sanitised machine, with hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent.
• Marks: sun cream and food stains get a look and a hand treatment before the wash.

Nothing else is added to your machine, so your clothes never mix with another guest's.

Heat is what shrinks cotton and wears out stretch, so we keep the drier on a low setting. That keeps T-shirts the size you bought and swimwear snug, even after a few trips through the wash.

• Drying: low heat, and never the hottest cycle.
• Checking: each piece is looked at once more when it comes out of the drier.
• Folding: done by hand, so the stack arrives neat and flat.
• Packing: a clean bag keeps it tidy on the way back to you.

It all fits straight back into your suitcase or the wardrobe in your room, with no sorting left for you to do.

Our driver collects your bag at Dubai Marine Beach Resort and brings it back clean. You choose the pickup time when you book, so it fits around the beach, meetings and meals.

• Where: at the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
• Cost: pickup and delivery are both free.
• Time: most orders come back within 24 hours, and next-day laundry service is the normal choice.
• Contactless: contactless pickup and delivery is available if you prefer not to meet the driver.

If you need your clothes sooner than that, ask about express laundry delivery when you book.

A flight to catch, or a dinner tonight? Book before 2 PM and your express order can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. We will tell you straight away if it is not.

• Speed: 5 hours from pickup to delivery.
• Cut-off: book before 2 PM on the same day.
• Price: the normal price of each item, with no extra fee for express.
• Best for: a few pieces, since a full bag takes longer to wash and dry.

It works as a same-day hotel laundry service when the timing allows. If it does not, we will say so and suggest the next best option.

You do not pay in the lobby, and you do not hand over a card. Payment is by a secure link only, sent to your phone after we have checked the order.

• The check: the driver looks over your items at pickup and confirms what is in the bag.
• The link: we text it to you once the check is done.
• Ways to pay: debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• After paying: your clothes go out for washing, and later for delivery.

No cash is taken at the door, so there is nothing to carry or count.

Staying for weeks, or living at the resort for a while? A monthly plan can work out cheaper than single bags, and it saves you booking again each week.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.
• One-off bag: AED 65, whenever you need it.

For a short break, the single bag is the right choice. For a long stay, compare the plans first.

We take care of every item, but things can go wrong, and we want to be clear about what happens then.

• Cover: if we lose or damage an item, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price.
• Care labels: items with no care label are cleaned at your own risk.
• Existing damage: the same goes for pieces that are already damaged when we collect them.

Tell the driver about anything delicate or valuable before pickup, and keep jewellery and papers in your room, not in the bag.

This is guest dry cleaning for people who travel with good clothes. Each piece is looked at and handled separately, so a silk blouse is never treated like a work shirt.

• Checked first: we look at marks, fabric and trim before we start.
• Cleaned: each piece is cleaned by the process that suits its fabric.
• Pressed: steamed by hand, then hung on a hanger.

You see the price per item before you book, so there are no surprises when the order comes back. That makes the laundry price per item easy to plan around.

A shirt costs AED 18. It comes back with a flat collar and sharp cuffs, on a hanger, so you can wear it straight from the wardrobe to a meeting.

• Order: send it with your pickup and we plan it for the day you need it.
• Colour: white shirts get extra attention at the collar and cuffs.
• Long sleeves: the same price as short sleeves.

If you only need a shirt ready for tonight, ask about express when you book. Plenty of guests send two or three at once.

A suit that has travelled in a suitcase is rarely ready to wear. We offer express suit pressing for a wedding, a conference or a business dinner, and the two-piece suit has one clear price.

• Two-piece suit: jacket and trousers together, priced as one.
• Jacket or trousers alone: send just the piece you need.
• Ties and shirts: cleaned with the suit, so the whole outfit matches.
• Evening dresses: handled one at a time, with extra care for beads and sequins.

Tell us the date of the event and we will aim for it, ideally with a day or two to spare. Everything comes back on hangers.

Need a shirt or a suit today? Book before 2 PM and an express order can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. There is no express fee, so you pay the normal price of each item. Send a short list by WhatsApp and we will confirm.

We clean and press kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas every day of the week. A kandura costs AED 15, and the other pieces each have a price in the table.

• Kandura: collars and cuffs are checked and treated before cleaning.
• Abaya: the plain and delicate versions have different prices, so mention beads or fine stitching when you book.
• Ghutra: pressed flat, so it sits well.
• Jalabiya and kurta: returned on hangers without suitcase creases.

Everything is returned hanging, ready to wear to the next family or business event.

Standard clean and press orders take about 24 hours. Delicate pieces take longer, so allow extra time for fine fabrics, beaded dresses and anything that needs a careful hand. We tell you how long at pickup. Express is available when you book before 2 PM.

The driver checks your pieces at pickup. After that, we text you a secure link to pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash or cards change hands in the lobby.

If we lose or damage something, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price. Items with no care label, or items that were already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.

We clean and press only. There is no mending or alteration service, so please send pieces that are ready to be worn on the day they come back.
