Every bag from Jumeirah goes through the same steps, whether it is full or half empty. We don't rush a heavy bag and we don't skip the checks on a light one.

• Pockets first: tissues, coins, pens and hair ties come out before the wash. One pen can mark a whole load.
• Sorting: whites go with whites, darks with darks, and anything delicate is washed cooler.
• Stain check: we look at marks before washing, because heat can set them in for good.
• Washing: your load runs alone in a sanitised machine, using hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent and a long rinse.
• Drying: on a low heat, so cotton stays the size you bought and elastic keeps its stretch.
• Folding: by hand, with a last look before the bag is packed for the trip back to Jumeirah.

Sorting is the quiet job that saves your clothes. A red top washed with a white shirt can ruin both, so every bag from Jumeirah is split into groups before it touches water, and each group gets its own wash.

• Whites and lights: T-shirts, socks, underwear and pale cotton go together.
• Darks: jeans, black leggings and navy school kit are washed apart, so the dye stays where it belongs.
• Delicates: lace, mesh and stretch fabrics go on a cooler, softer cycle.
• Towels: washed away from clothes, because their lint clings to everything else.

Tell us in the chat if a piece bleeds colour or has to stay cool. We read your notes before we start, and we'd rather be told than guess.

Jumeirah Beach runs along the edge of Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3, so sandy towels and swimsuits are part of an ordinary wash here. They can all share one bag with your clothes, and we handle each kind the way it needs.

• Towels: shake out the loose sand before you bag them. Whatever is left rinses out in the machine.
• Swimwear: washed on a cool setting, so the stretch lasts and the colours stay bright.
• Gym kit: kept away from rough fabrics, washed gently and dried on low heat.
• Rash vests and cover-ups: go in with the swimwear and get the same cool wash.

Put it all in the bag, leave the sorting to us, and tell us if one piece is especially delicate.

Marks are easier to shift when they are fresh, so point out any you know about when you book. We look at every piece before it goes in the machine, and we treat what we find before the wash.

• Sun cream: can leave orange-yellow patches on white cotton, so we treat it before the clothes meet any heat.
• Sweat: shows at collars and underarms first, so we work on those spots by hand.
• Food and drink: coffee, juice and sauce are best dealt with on the same day, so don't leave them in a hot laundry basket.
• Sand and dust: shaken out first, then washed away in the rinse.

Some stains won't lift completely, especially old ones. If that happens we'll say so plainly in the chat.

Drying decides whether a T-shirt still fits next week. Too much heat shrinks cotton and wears out elastic, so we keep the temperature low and take our time. Nothing is packed until it is completely dry.

• Low heat: cotton keeps its shape and leggings keep their stretch.
• Dry all the way: nothing goes into the bag damp, so clothes don't smell musty when you open the wardrobe.
• Folding by hand: T-shirts are folded flat, trousers in half, and socks paired up where we can.
• Packing: each pile is stacked so it comes out of the bag in order.

Folded clothes go straight into drawers. If you need something crisp, a shirt or a blouse is better in Clean & Press, where it comes back on a hanger.

A bag up to 6kg is a good week's worth of clothes for one or two people. You don't have to weigh it yourself. If it closes and isn't enormous, it's about right, and a bag that's slightly over rarely causes a problem.

• Fits well: T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, gym kit, pyjamas and swimwear.
• Better in Clean & Press: shirts you want on hangers, blouses and traditional wear.
• Better in Bed & Bath: sheets, duvets and thick towels, which take up a lot of room.

Washing every week? A monthly plan makes budget-friendly wash and fold simpler. We collect on one fixed weekday, so there's nothing to rebook, and each bag on a plan costs less than a one-off bag.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one every week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two every week.
• Single bag: AED 65, only in the weeks you need one.

Pick your day and the driver comes to your Jumeirah door then, every week. Setting it up takes one WhatsApp message.

Booking is a short WhatsApp message. Send your address in Jumeirah, a location pin if you can, and the time you'd like us to call. The driver collects from your front door, and delivery uses the same free trip, so there is nothing extra to pay.

Clean & Press is for the clothes you hang up, not fold. Each piece is priced on its own, so you only pay for what you send from Jumeirah.

• Check: we look for stains, loose buttons and trim before anything is cleaned.
• Clean: a cool wash or a gentle clean, depending on the fabric and its care label.
• Steam: every piece is steamed by hand, collars and cuffs included.
• Hang: pieces go back on hangers, covered so they stay fresh on the way home.

Most pieces take 24 hours. Delicates can need longer, depending on the piece. Pieces too delicate for water are cleaned a different way, so ask us about silk or beadwork.

A good shirt shows its age at the collar. We treat the neckband and cuffs first, because that is where sweat and sun cream collect. Then the shirt is cleaned, steamed flat and put on a hanger.

Shirts are the best value in the list at AED 18 each, and long and short sleeves cost the same. Blouses are priced separately, so look at the table above. If a shirt has a stain you know about, tell us where it is.

Send a week's worth together and the driver collects them all in one trip, with no extra charge.

Smart pieces lose their shape when they are rushed. We clean a suit as a pair, so the jacket and trousers age at the same rate and always match. Each piece is checked first for loose buttons, pocket contents and marks.

• Suits: cleaned and steamed, then returned on a hanger with the jacket shape kept.
• Trousers and chinos: pressed along the crease, whether they are wool, cotton or linen.
• Jeans: cleaned here only if you want a crease. For an ordinary wash, put them in your wash and fold bag.
• Skirts and day dresses: steamed with the pleats and lining in mind. Tell us if a piece is lined or beaded.

Please check the pockets before you hand things over. Keys, receipts and lipstick can leave a mark on a cleaned jacket.

Long garments with trim need a gentler hand. Embroidery, beads and fine fabric are checked before cleaning, and we keep the setting low. A plain abaya has one price and a delicate one has another, so mention beading when you book.

Each piece is steamed by hand and returned on a hanger, never folded into a heap.

Standard pieces come back in about 24 hours. Delicate fabrics take longer, so a silk blouse or a heavy dress isn't hurried. How long depends on the piece. Tell us what you're sending when you book, and we'll give you the time.

• 24 hours: shirts, trousers, kanduras, plain abayas and most everyday pieces.
• Longer: silk, beaded work, lace and anything the care label says to treat gently.
• Express: 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, once we've checked your Jumeirah address is covered.

If you need a piece for a particular day, give us the date in your first message. We plan around it where we can, and we'll say so if we can't.

Your clothes come back on hangers and covered, so they stay smooth on the short trip home to Jumeirah. Hang them up as soon as they arrive and let them settle before you wear them. If you'd rather have shirts folded, say so in the chat.

The price for each piece covers the pickup, the cleaning, the steaming, the hanger and the delivery. Nothing is added for the trip to Jumeirah, and the list is the same across Dubai.

Shirts, kanduras and plain abayas are the three most asked about, and you'll find them in the table above next to the rest of the wardrobe. Anything not listed can be asked about on WhatsApp.

One price covers the lot: collection at your door in Jumeirah, the wash, the dry and the return trip. Our bed linen wash and fold handles sheets and pillowcases the same way as every other order, with the same care.

• Hand-checked: corners, seams and anything you pointed out to us.
• A sanitised machine of your own: bedding is never mixed with other customers' laundry.
• Room to move: a thick duvet crammed into a small drum comes out wet in the middle, so we use a big machine.
• Hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent: gentle on pillowcases that touch your face.
• Fully dry before packing: only then does the order head back to Jumeirah.

A comforter cover costs AED 31 and is washed separately from the comforter, so both get a proper wash.

Sheets are quick to wash and quick to dry, so they come back folded flat and ready for the bed. Flat or fitted costs the same, and so does any size.

• Washed properly: a thorough wash for sheets that have seen a summer of sweat and sun cream.
• Pillowcases: washed with the sheets and folded in with them.
• Sets: send the whole set and it comes back as a set, so you can make the bed straight away.

Washing two sets means you can change the bed on the same day the other set goes out.

Duvet and comforter laundering is the job most homes can't do well. A duvet is bulky, soaks up a lot of water and needs real space to dry through. We wash it in a large machine and keep drying until the middle feels like the edges.

• Duvet: AED 56, any size up to king.
• Blanket: AED 26, washed alone, whether it's cotton or fleece.
• Bedcover: AED 29 for a bedspread.

Thick items take longer than sheets, usually 48 to 72 hours, so book them a few days before you need them.

Pillows collect sweat, dust and sun cream over time, and a mattress protector catches the rest. Both go in the wash, each as a separate piece with its own price, and both are dried until the filling is light and even again.

• Pillow: AED 19 each, washed and dried right through.
• Pillowcase: AED 9 each.
• Mattress protector: AED 35, dried until no damp is left.
• Bedsheet: AED 25 for each flat or fitted sheet.

Each piece is priced separately, so you only pay for what you send.

Our towel laundry service covers beach and pool towels as well as bathroom ones. They are thick, they hold water and they dry slowly at home, so we wash them in a big machine and dry them until they come back soft and fully dry.

• Towel: AED 7 each, whether it's a bath or pool towel.
• Bathrobe: AED 19, washed gently so the pile stays soft.
• Sofa cover: AED 46 for a standard one.
• Table cloth: AED 19, laundered flat and folded.

Check the care label on a sofa cover first. If it says dry clean only, tell us and we'll advise you.

Bulky item washing is mostly a question of space. Heavy pieces need room to tumble, or they end up wet in the middle and dry on the outside. That's why we use large machines and large dryers for duvets, blankets and bedspreads.

We keep drying until the thickest part feels dry, then check again before packing. A piece that goes back damp can smell musty within a day, especially in a humid Dubai summer.

If your duvet is very thick, allow a little extra time.
