Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah

Wash and Fold is simple. You fill one bag, and we do the rest. There is no counting of pieces and no weighing of single items.

A single bag holds up to 6kg of everyday clothes. That is roughly a week of T-shirts, underwear, shorts and light trousers for one person. If you have more, the bigger bag holds up to 12kg for one flat price.

Staying a week at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah? Most guests send one bag halfway through the trip, so there are clean clothes for the second half and nothing to carry home dirty.

Almost everything you wear day to day goes in: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, gym kit, swimwear, socks and pyjamas.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so only your own things come to us.

Items that need pressing or special care, like shirts for a meeting, suits, silk or traditional wear, are better in the Clean and Press tab. You can send both in one pickup.

When your bag reaches our shop, the driver checks the items with you first. Then we sort the clothes by colour and fabric.

Whites are washed apart from darks. Stretch and sports fabrics get a cool wash. Anything marked as delicate gets its own gentle cycle.

Your bag has a machine to itself, and the drum is sanitised after every load.

After the wash, clothes are dried on a low heat. High heat shrinks cotton and wears out stretch fabric, so we avoid it.

Then each piece is folded by hand, not stuffed into a bag. T-shirts are folded flat, shorts and jeans are folded neatly, and everything goes back in a clean bag.

Your suitcase stays tidy, and you can unpack in seconds when you get home.

We use a commercial-grade detergent that is still mild. It is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, with only a light scent.

That suits children's clothes, baby clothes and anyone with sensitive skin. Hotel stays can already mean new soap, new sheets and new water, so it helps not to add a harsh detergent on top.

If you have an allergy, tell us when you book and we will make a note on your order.

Most bags are home within 24 hours of pickup. That makes it an easy next-day laundry service if you send clothes in the morning.

If you need something back sooner, book before 2 PM and ask for express. Express laundry delivery can have urgent pieces back in 5 hours where we cover your address. There is no extra fee for it.

Tell us your flight time or event time when you book, and we will plan around it.

Staying in Dubai for a month, or based nearby? Two plans save you booking each time. Four bags a month on the Essential plan cost AED 250. The Family plan, with two bags every week, costs AED 450.

Only need us once? That single bag will cost AED 65.

You do not pay in the lobby. After the driver has checked your items, we text a secure payment link. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.

Once the payment goes through, your clothes go out for delivery.

If we lose or damage a piece, you are covered for up to 10 times what we charged to clean it. Pieces that arrive already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

Clean and Press covers anything you want to look sharp. That means shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, dresses, suits, coats and traditional wear like kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas.

Every item has its own price, listed in the table above, so you only pay for what you send. Add them to a Wash and Fold bag in the same pickup if you like.

A crisp shirt is the quickest way to look ready for a meeting. At AED 18 each, it is cheap to send a few.

Book before 2 PM and your shirts can be back the same evening with express. Otherwise they are usually home within 24 hours, so a shirt sent today is ready tomorrow.

They are returned on hangers, so they are ready to wear the moment you open the bag.

Suits, jackets, evening dresses and coats are cleaned separately. Each is checked before it goes in, so we know about any marks, and we treat them first.

A two-piece suit is cleaned together so the jacket and trousers match. Then it is steamed by hand and hung up.

For weddings, galas and business dinners in Dubai, send the formal pieces the day before. That gives us time to clean them well and still get them back before you go.

Traditional wear is part of our week, every week. Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas are cleaned with care and pressed, then returned on hangers.

First we check the care label and look over the piece for marks. Then it is washed in cool water or dry cleaned, depending on the fabric.

It is dried with filtered air, which is kinder to fabric than a hot tumble. Then we steam it by hand, one piece at a time.

Before it leaves us, the piece is checked once more. It travels back to the hotel on a hanger in a breathable bag.

Most pieces are back the next day. Delicate items take longer, and we tell you how long at pickup. For urgent pieces, book before 2 PM and ask for express, if your address is covered.

Tell us when you book if there is a spill or a stain, and what caused it. Sun cream, coffee and make-up are all treated differently. We note it on your order so it is dealt with before the wash.

Our driver checks each piece with you, and then we text a secure payment link. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work. Please do not hand over cash or cards in the lobby.

Cover is the same as for a bag: up to 10 times the cleaning price of the piece, and the owner's risk for anything already damaged or unlabelled.
