Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah

Your bag is handled the same way whether it is full or half empty. A few days away or a long stay at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah, the steps do not change, and nobody rushes a heavy bag.

• Check: the driver looks through the items with you at pickup, so you both know what is in the bag.
• Pockets: receipts, key cards, coins and pens come out first. One pen can mark a whole load.
• Sorting: whites, darks and delicates are separated before anything is washed.
• Washing: your load runs alone in a sanitised machine with a mild detergent.
• Drying and folding: dried on low heat and folded by hand, then sealed in the bag.

Colours run, especially in new clothes and in a long wash. We keep them apart so your whites come back white and your darks stay dark.

• Whites and light colours go together in one load.
• Darks have their own wash, so they do not tint anything else.
• Delicates and stretch fabrics are washed cooler, so they keep their shape.

You do not need to sort anything yourself. Put everything in one bag, even the damp swimsuit, and we sort it at our end. If one piece is brand new and might bleed, tell the driver and we wash it alone.

Travel is hard on clothes. Coffee, sunscreen, sauce at a late dinner and sweat on a collar are all normal for a hotel stay.

• We look first: every mark is checked before the wash, because heat can set it in for good.
• Tell the driver: a short note on what caused it helps us choose the right treatment.
• Hand treatment: we work on the stain by hand, then wash as usual.

Some old marks never come out completely, and we will tell you honestly if that is the case, rather than promise too much.

We use a commercial-grade detergent that is made for large washers. It is also biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and it does not leave a heavy smell on your clothes. A long rinse follows, so no detergent stays in the fabric.

• One machine per customer: your clothes never share a drum with anyone else's.
• Sanitised drum: we clean it between loads, however small the load is.
• Allergies: tell us before pickup and we note it on your order.

This keeps the wash gentle enough for baby clothes, and for guests with sensitive skin.

Heat shrinks clothes and wears them out, so we dry on a low setting. It takes a little longer, and your clothes last longer too.

• Cotton and jeans: dried fully, so nothing goes back to the hotel damp.
• Stretch fabrics and sportswear: kept on low heat to protect the stretch.
• Swimwear: dried gently and folded.

Everything is completely dry before it is folded. A damp pile in a suitcase soon smells, and a long flight home makes it worse, so we never pack a bag that is not dry.

Every piece is folded by hand and the bag is sealed, ready to go into your suitcase. We bring it back to Crowne Plaza Jumeirah.

• Delivery: free, to the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
• Timing: usually within 24 hours. Tell us if you check out earlier and we plan around it.
• Payment: a secure link comes by text once the driver has checked your items.

Your clothes go out for delivery once the link is paid. Next-day laundry service is normal for a bag booked before noon.

For one trip, a bag is AED 65. On a longer stay, the Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month.

• Plans: paid once a month, with free pickup and delivery.

If you only need us once, a single bag is the best way to start. You can add a plan later if the stay turns longer than you planned.

We check every item at pickup, with you, before it leaves. If we lose or damage something, we cover it up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

• Already damaged: these items are cleaned at the owner's risk.
• No care label: the same applies, because we cannot check the fabric.
• Tell the driver: point out anything fragile before it goes.

It is better to say it early than to wonder about it later. Our driver notes everything down.

Each item is looked at on its own before it goes in. At pickup the driver goes through your pieces with you, so nothing comes as a surprise afterwards.

• Labels: we read the care label first.
• Marks: we look at collars, cuffs and underarms.
• Pockets: emptied before cleaning, every time.

Items with no care label are cleaned at the owner's risk, so tell the driver if you are unsure about a fabric. A quick word at pickup saves a lot of doubt.

A work shirt is AED 18. It is cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger, so it can go from your wardrobe at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah straight into the meeting.

• Long or short sleeves: the same price.
• Collars and cuffs: treated first, because that is where shirts show wear.

Need it urgently? Express suit pressing can be back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Tell us the hotel and the time of your meeting.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas are cleaned on their own and returned on hangers. A kandura is AED 15. Tell us about any mark and we treat it first, before the clean. Yellow marks at the collar are the usual one.

A dress for a wedding, a gala dinner or a night out is cleaned with care. Silk, crepe and beaded fabrics may need extra time, and we tell you how long before pickup.

• Evening dresses: steamed by hand, then hung.
• Blouses and day dresses: priced by the item.
• Coats: cleaned and pressed as one piece.

Please say if a dress is delicate when you book. Delicate pieces can take longer, so plan ahead for a big event, and send the dress early.

Clean & Press is usually back in 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you the time at pickup. Your pickup time sets the clock, so book early if you have a deadline. Tell us the day you leave Crowne Plaza Jumeirah.

Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be home in 5 hours, if your address is covered. This works well for a shirt, a suit or a dress for tonight.

• Best for: one or two urgent pieces, not a full bag.
• How: message us with the hotel name and the pieces.
• After 2 PM: we still collect, and you get the usual 24 hours.

We text you a secure link after the driver has checked your items. You pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and never in cash in the lobby. Clothes go out once the link is paid.

• Loss or damage: covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Already damaged or no label: cleaned at the owner's risk.
