A wash and fold bag is for everyday clothes that can be machine washed. Most guests at Copthorne Hotel Dubai fill it with much the same things, whether they are in town for two nights or two weeks.

Everything is washed, dried and folded. Hand the driver your own bag or the laundry bag you packed. Up to 6kg fits in one flat-rate bag, and the 12kg bag is there for longer stays or two people sharing.

Book on WhatsApp, then watch for a message from the driver when they arrive. Pickup is from the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.

The driver checks your items with you before leaving. After that you get a secure link by text to pay. We take debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Nobody takes cash or cards in the lobby.

Your clothes go out for delivery as soon as the payment is done. Please keep your phone with you.

Standard wash and fold is usually back within 24 hours. That makes it a next-day laundry service for most orders, so book the evening before you need your clothes.

Leaving tomorrow? Book before 2 PM and ask about express. Urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours if your address is covered.

Our same-day laundry service is not offered on every order, so ask early. Checking out in the morning? Tell us your checkout time in the chat, and choose a delivery time before you leave for the airport.

Please do not put dry-clean-only pieces in the wash bag. If an item has no care label, it is cleaned at your own risk, so ask us first. Dark, bright and white pieces can share a bag, because we sort them for you.

The flat-rate laundry bag price is the full price for washing, drying and folding. There is no extra charge for pickup or delivery.

We handle every piece with care. If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. Tell the driver about anything fragile when they check your items, and mention it again in the chat if you like.

If you notice a problem when your order comes back, message us on WhatsApp with the item and your order details, and we will look into it.

Staying a month, or visiting Dubai often for work? A plan may suit you better than single bags, because the price is fixed for the month.

Shirts and blouses come back on hangers, cleaned and pressed. On a business trip, send the shirts the evening before each meeting, so they are ready when you need them.

Every piece is checked by hand before cleaning. Each price is in the table above, so you can add up your list before you book. A mild, hypoallergenic detergent is used wherever a wash is needed, which suits shirts you wear next to the skin all day.

A suit spends hours folded in a case. Send the jacket and trousers together and they come back cleaned, pressed and on a hanger. For a single jacket, send it alone.

Express suit pressing is available for urgent pieces if you book before 2 PM. Tell us the time of your meeting in the chat, so we plan around it. Pieces you collect the night before are easiest to wear straight from the hanger.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with care. Kandura, ghutra, jalabiya, abaya and kurta each have their own price in the table above.

Guests in Dubai for a wedding or Eid often send these the day before the event. Mention beadwork, embroidery or fine fabric in the chat and the team will handle the piece with extra care.

Each item is cleaned on its own, never mixed into a load, and comes back on a hanger.

Evening dresses and silk blouses are cleaned one at a time and come back on hangers. Tell us about beading, sequins or fragile trim when you book, and send the dress at least a day before the evening, so there is time to spare.

If a dress has no care label, we clean it at your own risk, so please say so first.

Most Clean & Press orders are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you when we collect it.

For something urgent, ask for express when you message us. Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. This is our express laundry delivery for the shirt you need tonight or the suit you need in the morning.

After 2 PM, the normal turnaround applies. A same-day laundry service is not possible for every order, so tell us the time you need your clothes and we will say what we can do.

Message us as early as you can and we will confirm the time. Tell us if you are checking out the same day, so the delivery fits your plans.

Items cleaned at your own risk, such as pieces with no care label, follow the same timing as the rest.

If your clothes are clean but creased from the suitcase, choose pressing only. We steam press them without washing, and they come back on hangers. It suits shirts, trousers, blouses and kanduras, and it is a quick fix before a meeting.
