Light tops, knitwear, leggings and stretchy sportswear are washed on a gentler setting and dried on low heat. That helps them keep their shape through the rest of your trip.

If a piece is very delicate, say so on WhatsApp and we will suggest Clean & Press instead. We would rather ask first than shrink your favourite top.

Some things do not belong in a wash and fold bag. Suits, jackets, ties, evening dresses and coats are cleaned one at a time, so book them as Clean & Press. Pressing only is for clothes that are already clean but creased from the suitcase.

Your bag is sorted by colour, washed with a mild hypoallergenic detergent, dried and folded by our team. The drum is sanitised after every order, so your clothes never share a wash with someone else's.

A shirt is cleaned and pressed for one fixed price, whatever the sleeve length. Send them in the morning and they can be back in time for a meeting the next day.

Add a blouse or trousers to the same order and they come back together on hangers, ready to put straight into the wardrobe.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, so the jacket and trousers match. You can also send a jacket, a tie, a blouse, a coat or an evening dress on its own.

For a wedding or an event, send everything together and tell us the date so we can plan the return. Express suit pressing is possible if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas are cleaned one at a time and pressed. Abayas with beads or heavy detail are priced as delicate, so tell us what yours has. Everything comes back on a hanger.

Some guests land late and have an early meeting. For those, express laundry delivery brings urgent pieces back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Message us first and we will tell you if the hotel address is in the express area.

Everything else on your list is back in 24 hours, so you can send the rest of the order at the same time. Delicate items can take longer, and we say how long when you book.

Point out any stain when the driver checks your items. We treat it by hand before cleaning. No stain can be promised gone, but each one gets proper attention before the shirt is pressed.

If an item is already damaged, or has no care label, we clean it at your own risk. That is why the driver checks each piece with you at the lobby before it leaves.

Everything else is covered if it goes wrong with us.

You pay by secure link, texted after the driver's check, with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If an item is lost or damaged while with us, cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
