The bag is a single price for a single job. Everything inside is washed, dried and folded, and nobody counts your T-shirts. A 6kg bag is AED 65. A 12kg bag, for a longer trip, is AED 120.

Most guests fill a bag after three or four days away. If you are not sure about the weight, put in what you have and tell us on WhatsApp. We will say whether it fits.

DoubleTree Port Saeed has an outdoor pool and a rooftop health club, so many guests end up with damp swim things and sweaty kit.

• Send them the same evening, before they sit in a suitcase.
• Swimwear, shorts, gym tops and socks can all go in the same bag.
• Tell us if a piece is very thin or stretchy, and we will wash it gently.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so please leave them there.

Dubai summers are hot and humid, and clothes pick up sweat quickly. That changes how you should treat your laundry on a trip.

• Cool drying. Gentle heat keeps sizes right, so your clothes still fit.

Standard return is 24 hours from pickup, so an evening collection is usually back the next evening.

Express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Tell us the hotel name on WhatsApp first and we will confirm.

Handover is at the lobby or concierge of DoubleTree Port Saeed, if the hotel allows it. The driver checks your items with you, then texts a secure payment link. Clothes go out for delivery once it is paid, so please check your phone.

Clean and press is cleaning and pressing priced per garment. Each piece is cleaned the way its label allows, pressed by hand, then hung so it travels back ready to wear.

• Checked on arrival. The driver goes through every item with you at handover.
• Cleaned to the label. Cool water for most pieces, gentler care for delicate ones.
• Pressed and hung. No folding, so there are no new creases.

Say you have a shirt for a morning meeting.

1. Message us before 2 PM and mention it is for tomorrow.
2. The driver collects it and texts the payment link.
3. It is cleaned, pressed and hung, then delivered back to the hotel.

Traditional wear has its own price for each piece, and each piece gets its own care.

• Kandura: AED 15 each, cleaned white and pressed with a sharp front.
• Abaya: a basic abaya is AED 18. Finer fabrics are priced separately.
• Ghutra, jalabiya and kurta: each is cleaned and pressed as its own piece.

Visiting family in Dubai, or dressing for a wedding? Send them a day before.

A suit creases in a suitcase, even when it is packed well. We clean it and press it, and it comes back on a hanger. Add a tie and a shirt to the same order.

An evening dress is cleaned on its own, never in a bag with other clothes. It is pressed and hung, ready for the night.

• Tell us about any stain, and where it is.
• Mention beads, sequins or silk when you book.
• Allow a day or two for delicate fabrics.

If your event is close, ask about express. It is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Blouses and coats are handled the same way, one piece at a time.

Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. Tell us about them when you book and we will explain what to expect.

Hang pressed pieces up when they arrive and leave a gap between them. Take off the plastic if you will wear them tonight.

Most clean and press orders are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time when you book.

Express laundry delivery is 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered. Ask on WhatsApp with the hotel name first.

Handover is in the lobby or at the concierge desk of DoubleTree Port Saeed, if the hotel allows it. Payment is only by a secure link texted after the driver checks your items, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is no cash and no card taken in the lobby.
