Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Pullman Creek City Centre

Your bag gets the same steps every time, in the same order. A guest with two shirts and a guest with a full week get the same care.

• Sorted by hand. Whites go together, dark clothes together, and delicate pieces are set aside.
• Checked for marks. We look at collars and cuffs and treat stains before the wash.
• Washed. A mild, hypoallergenic detergent, with the drum sanitised after the last order.
• Dried. Each load is dried fully before it is touched.
• Folded. Clothes come back folded, so you can pack them straight into your case.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your hotel, your name and a time. You do not need an app or an account.
2. Pack the bag. Check the pockets for room keys, coins and cards. Put your name on the bag.
3. Meet the driver. Hand it over at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. The driver checks the items with you.
4. Pay by link. A secure link comes by text after the check. It takes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Nobody takes cash in the lobby.

Read the care label first. A washtub means it can be machine washed, so it is fine for the bag. For a hotel stay that usually means:

• Daily wear: T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear, socks and light trousers.
• Sport kit: running clothes and gym wear from the hotel fitness centre.
• Swimwear: costumes from the pool, rinsed and washed gently.
• Casual clothes: jeans and cotton tops that do not need pressing.

The hotel's own towels and robes stay in the room.

Some things should not go in a normal wash. Most of them can still go with the same driver, as a different service.

• Suits, work shirts and evening wear: send them for Clean & Press. They are priced by the piece and come back on hangers.
• Silk, sequins and anything heavily decorated: these are better dry cleaned. See our dry cleaning page.
• A crossed-out washtub on the label: keep it out of the bag and tell us. We will say which service suits it.

If you are not sure, send a photo on WhatsApp before the driver comes.

Good laundry starts before the machine. These are tthe driver checks we make as soon as we open your bag.

• Colour. New dark clothes can bleed, so lights and darks never share a wash.
• Weight. Heavy items such as jeans are washed apart from thin tops, so soft fabrics do not wear.
• Fabric. Stretchy and thin clothes get a gentler wash.
• Marks. Visible stains are treated by hand first.
• Pockets. Anything left inside is taken out and set aside.

Only then does the first load go in. It is a few extra minutes per bag, and it is how clothes keep their colour and shape.

Our drivers collect from guests at Pullman Creek City Centre and bring the order back to the same place. Pickup and delivery are free.

• At the lobby or concierge: it works like a doorstep laundry pickup, but at the hotel, if the hotel allows it. Tell us your name and room when you book.
• Check, then pay: the driver goes through the items with you, and the payment link is sent to your phone.
• Return: a message tells you when we are on the way back.

Payment by link keeps it a contactless pickup and delivery, with no cash handed over. We are an independent laundry service and not part of the hotel.

If you are staying a few weeks on a project or while you move to Dubai, a monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold choice, costing less per bag than paying each time. You get a regular pickup day and nothing to book every week.

• Essential: four bags a month for AED 250.
• Family: eight bags a month for AED 450.
• Single bag: AED 65 for a one-off visit.

Standard orders work as a next-day laundry service: back within 24 hours of pickup. If your address is outside our usual area, we tell you the return day before you confirm.

• Standard: 24 hours.
• Express: 5 hours, booked before 2 PM.
• Delicate pieces: longer, depending on the piece.

The price on each line is the full cost for that piece. Stain treatment, the hanger and the cover are all included.

• First check: we read the label and empty the pockets.
• Stains first: we treat marks by hand while the piece is dry, before water can set them.
• Cleaned and pressed: each piece is cleaned in the way its fabric needs, then pressed.
• On a hanger: it comes back covered, ready to go into the wardrobe or a garment bag.

1. Send a short list. For example, "four shirts, one suit and a kandura", plus the day you need them.
2. Keep them apart. Put hanging clothes in a separate bag from your wash and fold bag.
3. Hand over at the lobby. The driver checks each piece with you, then you get a payment link by text.
4. Get them back on hangers. They are returned to the hotel within 24 hours.

A simple test: if you would steam it before wearing it, send it here. Typical pieces for a hotel guest:

• Work shirts: cotton and easy-care shirts, long or short sleeved. Collars and cuffs take the most work.
• Blouses and skirts: fabrics that crease in a suitcase.
• Trousers and jeans: pressed with a crease for an evening.
• Suits and jackets: the jacket and trousers of a two-piece are cleaned and pressed together.
• Traditional wear: kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas.
• Coats: priced on the full list.

• Clean and press: the clothes were worn or have marks, so they need both.
• Pressing only: the clothes are already clean and just creased from the suitcase. See pressing.
• Silk, sequins or beading: these may need dry cleaning instead.

The small symbols inside a garment tell us how much heat it can take. One dot means low heat, for acrylic and some synthetics. Two dots mean medium heat, for wool, silk and polyester blends. Three dots mean high heat, for cotton and linen. A cross means no heat at all, and a piece like that is treated with steam only.

• No label: we clean at the owner's risk, so tell us what the fabric is if you know.
• Already damaged: point it out at handover, because damaged pieces are also cleaned at the owner's risk.
• Loss or damage: cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item.

None of this stops you booking. It just tells you what to expect.

Clean and press orders come back on hangers, so think about where they will wait for you.

• At the lobby or concierge: if the hotel accepts them, we can leave them there. Tell us in the booking message.
• Hand to you: choose a time when you will be near the lobby.

A standard order is back within 24 hours of pickup. Very delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you how long when you book.

Need a shirt for tonight? Book express before 2 PM and, if your address is covered, it returns 5 hours later. Check on WhatsApp first.

• Collar marks: sweat and skin oil build up in a white collar. The sooner it is sent, the more we can lift.
• Perfume and oud oil: these leave a dark ring on light cotton. Show us the spot.
• Coffee and tea: sugar and milk set quickly. Mention it at handover.
• Food at dinner: sauce and oil are treated by hand before cleaning.

We cannot promise every mark comes out, but treating it early helps.
