Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Landmark Grand Hotel

Wash and fold is for the clothes you wear every day. That means T-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, sleepwear, socks, gym kit and swimwear. Everything goes in one bag, up to 6kg, and is washed together by colour and fabric type.

We sort every bag before it goes in the machine, so whites stay white and dark colours do not run. Your bag is washed on its own and never mixed with another customer's clothes.

After washing, your clothes are dried and folded flat. They come back ready to go straight into your suitcase or the wardrobe.

If you are not sure whether something belongs in the bag, ask in the chat before pickup. Silk, wool and anything with a special finish may be better in Clean & Press.

Each bag is checked by hand when it arrives. Marked pieces are pulled out for treatment, then everything is sorted by colour and fabric. The wash uses a mild, hypoallergenic detergent in a sanitised drum.

Clothes are dried on a setting that suits the fabric, so cotton stays soft and stretchy items keep their shape. Then every piece is folded by hand and checked once more before packing.

Nothing is rushed because the bag is small. A guest with one bag gets the same checks as a family with three, and anything left in a pocket is set aside for you.

Use the bag we give you, or any bag that closes. Keep dry cleaning pieces such as suits and kanduras in a separate bag, so they go to Clean & Press.

Empty the pockets and check for anything valuable, like a key card, a passport or cash. Tell the driver if there is a stain you want us to look at.

You do not need to fold anything or worry about neatness, because we sort it all anyway. A second bag is fine if you have more than 6kg.

The driver checks your items with you at the handover, so you both know what is in the bag.

Most wash and fold orders are back within 24 hours of pickup. That suits a stay of two nights or more.

For urgent pieces, express can bring them back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no extra charge for express, so same-day hotel laundry is a real option on a busy trip.

If your flight leaves early, say so when you book. We plan the pickup and delivery so your clothes are back before you pack. Pickup slots run through the day, so there is usually a time that fits.

A bag of up to 6kg costs AED 65. A bag of up to 12kg has its own flat price, shown in the table above. The price is for the whole bag, however many pieces it holds, as long as it stays within the weight.

Pickup and delivery are free on orders of AED 50 or more, and there are no hidden fees. This is budget-friendly wash and fold for anyone who does not want to count items.

If you need cleaning and pressing as well, those pieces are priced one by one in the Clean & Press tab, so you can see the laundry price per item before you book.

The driver checks your items at pickup. After that we text you a secure payment link. You can pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

We do not take cash or cards in the lobby. Your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

The link opens on your phone and shows the total for your order. If something looks wrong, ask in the chat before you pay.

Card details are entered on the secure page only. The driver never takes payment, and there is nothing to sign in the lobby.

If you are staying several weeks, a plan can save you booking each time. Essential is AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. Family is AED 450 for eight bags, two a week.

One bag with no commitment is AED 65.

Plans are booked the same way as a single bag, in the chat. Pickup and delivery stay free, and the price for the month stays flat. A plan is worth it for four weeks or more.

Tell us in the chat about anything that needs extra thought: a known allergy, a delicate fabric, a stain you want looked at, or a piece that is already worn and fragile. A short note is all we need.

Items that are already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. Everything else is covered for loss or damage up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Shoes and handbags are not washed in the bag. They have their own services, and we can collect them in the same pickup. Questions are answered in the chat before the driver arrives.

A work shirt or blouse is cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger. That is the quickest way to arrive at a meeting looking fresh after a long flight.

Pressing is done by hand with steam, so collars, cuffs and fronts sit flat. Shirts are ready to wear the moment you open the bag.

If a shirt is already clean and only creased, choose pressing only. Pressing is quicker and costs less than a full clean.

Send shirts the day before if you can. For urgent pieces, express suit pressing and shirt pressing can have them back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM.

A suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, jacket and trousers together, so the colour stays matched. A jacket on its own can also be sent.

Everything comes back on a hanger with its shape kept, ready for the meeting. Put the suit on your list the day you arrive and it is back before you need it.

A tie can go in the same order.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas are cleaned and pressed with care. A kandura is cleaned, steamed and hung so it holds its shape for a wedding or a meeting.

Abayas come in basic and delicate types. The delicate type is for beading, soft fabrics and sheer panels. Tell us which one you have and we will price it right.

Send a kandura and ghutra together and both come back at once. Pieces are returned on hangers, so there are no new creases on the way back to the hotel.

Evening dresses and formal wear are checked by hand, cleaned on the right process and hung. Complex fabrics need extra care, so tell us the fabric when you book.

Send the dress as soon as you arrive. Give it a full day or more before the wedding, dinner or gala, and keep the cover it comes back in.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Delicate pieces, like silk or beaded wear, need longer. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup. This is a next-day laundry service for most pieces.

If you need a piece the same day, express suit pressing can have it back in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM. Your address must be covered, so check with us in the chat when you book.

There is no extra charge for express. Tell us the time you need it by, and we will plan the delivery around it.

Plan around a meeting: send the suit the evening before and the shirt in the morning, with express for any piece you forgot. Express helps most with same-day jobs, like a shirt for lunch or a dress for tonight.

If your clothes are already clean, choose pressing only. We steam press them without washing, and they come back on hangers.

It suits a shirt that creased in the suitcase, or a kandura that only needs a fresh finish. The price is shown per item.

Each mark is checked by hand before cleaning. Coffee, oil, make-up and sweat are the most common marks on travel clothes, and the right treatment depends on the fabric.

Tell us what caused it and where it is, and we will treat it before the clean. Old marks can be stubborn, so we try the gentlest method first.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item. The driver checks your items with you at pickup, so we both know what we are holding.
