The bag is for everyday clothes that can be machine washed:

• T-shirts, shirts you do not need pressed, and polo tops
• Jeans, trousers, shorts and gym kit
• Underwear, socks and pyjamas
• Swimwear from the pool, rinsed first

Everything is weighed when the driver arrives. If your bag is over 6kg, we suggest the larger bag so you do not pay for two.

Clothes are sorted by colour and fabric, then washed with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent. Darks and whites do not share a load. Gym kit and stretchy items are washed on a gentle cycle and dried with care, then folded flat.

Tell us you are at Hilton Garden Inn Muraqabat and we arrange pickup at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Please put your name on the message so the staff know who the driver is meeting.

The bag comes back to the same place, folded.

Standard orders come back within 24 hours. That makes us a handy next-day laundry service if you leave a bag in the morning. Express is 5 hours if booked before 2 PM and your address is covered, which suits an early flight or a late dinner.

Delicate pieces can need longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time at pickup.

Some things are better as single pieces, not in the bag:

• Suits, jackets and ties
• Evening dresses and silk blouses
• Kanduras, abayas and ghutras
• Anything with beading, sequins or embroidery

Send these under Clean & Press. If you are not sure, ask us on WhatsApp and send a photo.

There is nothing to pay at the desk, and no cash or card changes hands. The driver goes through your items with you, then a secure payment link arrives by text. Debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Delivery starts once the payment is made.

If you are staying a month or more, a monthly plan can work out cheaper. The Essential plan is AED 250, and the Family plan is AED 450. A single bag is AED 65 if you only need it once.

The driver goes through each item with you at pickup. Should we lose or damage one, the cover is up to ten times the cleaning price of that item. Pieces that arrive already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. Mention anything precious when you book.

Each piece is cleaned in the way its fabric needs, then steamed and pressed by hand and hung up. Before anything starts we look through the pockets and read the care label. If a piece needs special treatment, we tell you before we go ahead with it.

Send jacket and trousers together and they count as one suit. A lone jacket has its own price. Your tie is cleaned by hand. Everything is returned hung up, so you can walk into the meeting or the wedding without a second look in the mirror.

Evening dresses are cleaned individually, with careful handling for beads, lace and fine fabric. Give us the date of the event when you book, and we plan the return so the dress is back with time to spare. Crepe is steamed by hand and hung.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are cleaned and pressed on hangers. Abayas are priced as basic or delicate. Tell us if yours has embroidery so we use the right one.

Most guests ask about timing. Standard orders return within 24 hours. Delicates can take longer, depending on the piece. If your meeting is soon, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It comes back in 5 hours if your address is covered. Our drivers check every item with you at pickup, so you know exactly what is coming back. For an early flight, give us the time you leave the hotel and we plan the return around it.

Pieces with no care label are cleaned at your own risk. Tell the driver, and we explain what we will do.

Nothing is paid at the desk. We list your pressed pieces at pickup, then text a secure link to your phone. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.

Cover for a lost or damaged piece is up to ten times what we charge to clean it. Because each item is listed at pickup, nobody has to guess what was handed over. Anything already damaged is cleaned at your own risk.
