Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Wyndham Downtown Dubai

From the moment our driver leaves Wyndham Downtown Dubai, your bag follows the same path, whatever is inside it.

• Checked on arrival: we empty pockets and note anything fragile before it goes near a machine. Coins and receipts are put aside for you.
• Sorted: whites, lights and darks go into separate loads. Your bag is never mixed with another guest's.
• Washed and dried: mild, hypoallergenic detergent, a full rinse and low heat, so cotton does not shrink.
• Folded and bagged: clean clothes come back in neat stacks, ready to go into a drawer or straight back into the suitcase.

You get a message when your bag is on its way back to the hotel.

Everyday clothes are what the bag is for. Up to 6kg is roughly a week of T-shirts, underwear, socks, pyjamas and a few pairs of trousers. You can put it all in without sorting it first.

• Fits well: T-shirts, shorts, leggings, sleepwear, socks, gym kit and swimwear.
• Heavy items: jeans and hoodies use up weight quickly. If your bag will pass 6kg, use the 12kg bag instead.
• Better in Clean & Press: work shirts, suits, dresses, abayas and kanduras, which are priced one by one and come back hung.

A pool, a gym and squash courts mean wet and sweaty clothes by the end of the day, and they can be unpleasant to carry home in a suitcase.

Tie damp swimwear and gym kit in a plastic bag before it goes in your luggage, then drop it into the laundry bag as one item. We wash these on a cool, gentle cycle so colours last and stretch fabric keeps its shape.

Tell us if a piece is a delicate swimsuit or has a printed logo, and we will treat it carefully. Pool chemicals fade fabric, so the sooner it is washed, the better it looks.

Whites and light colours are washed together, and darks and denim go in their own load. Anything bright or new is washed apart, so the dye does not run onto your white shirts.

Knits, thin cotton and mesh get a cooler cycle. If you pack a favourite piece that needs special care, put a note in the bag or message us when you book. We read the care label on everything before it goes in.

Nothing goes into a tumble dryer if its label says it should not.

A bag collected in the evening can be back by the next evening, because most Wash & Fold orders return within 24 hours. That is our next-day laundry service.

If you leave in the morning and need clean clothes before you go, book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. Urgent pieces can be back in about 5 hours, if your address is covered. We do not charge extra for it.

For checkout day, tell us when you book that the hotel's checkout is at 12:00, so we can plan the return around it and the bag is not left waiting.

You never need to wait around. Hand the bag to our driver at the lobby or front desk, if the hotel allows it, or meet them for a moment and go on with your day. That is contactless pickup and delivery: no cash, no signing and no forms.

The driver goes through your pieces with you. A payment link follows by text, so there is nothing to settle in the lobby.

Clean laundry comes back to the same spot, and we message you when the driver is close.

Staying for a month, or visiting Dubai often for work? A plan means a bag collected on the same day each week, so you never have to think about it.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.
• One bag at a time: AED 65, whenever you book.

Payment is by a secure link we text you, once the driver has gone through your pieces with you. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.

• No hidden fees. The price you saw is the price on the link.

If something is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price. A piece that arrived damaged, or with its label missing, is cleaned at your own risk.

Clean and Press is for clothes that go on a hanger, not in a stack. Each piece goes through the same steps, one at a time.

• Care label read: the label decides whether a piece is washed in cool water or dry cleaned.
• Cleaned: marks and stains are treated by hand first.
• Dried in filtered air: gentle on delicate cloth, with no scorching heat.
• Steamed by hand: creases come out and the shape comes back.
• Checked three times: before, during and after the clean.

Shirts, jackets and dresses return on hangers, inside breathable bags. Hang the bag in your room's wardrobe and the clothes stay smooth until you wear them.

A hanger is the best place for a pressed piece, because a suitcase puts the creases straight back. If you are flying out, pack the bag's contents last and lay them flat.

The hotel has three meeting rooms for up to 25 people, so many guests arrive for a working day in a suit. A two-piece suit is cleaned and steamed as two pieces, so the jacket keeps its shoulders and the trousers keep a clean line.

If you need express suit pressing for a morning meeting, book before 2 PM the day before. We steam the jacket and trousers and bring them back on hangers, if your address is covered.

Evening dresses and gowns are checked for beads, sequins and lining first. We tell you if a piece needs the delicate route, which can take longer. We tell you how long at pickup.

Work shirts and silk blouses are cleaned, steamed and returned on hangers. Short or long sleeve costs the same.

Tell us about any mark on a collar or cuff when you book, and we will treat it first. A fresh stain comes out much more easily.

Traditional wear is part of everyday life in Dubai, and each piece has its own price, so there is no guessing.

• Kandura or thobe: AED 15. Cleaned, steamed and hung, so the front stays crisp.
• Abaya: a plain abaya is AED 18. Beaded or sheer ones are handled as delicate.
• Ghutra: pressed flat so the fold lines sit straight.
• Jalabiya and kurta: priced separately, cleaned and returned hung.

Book a day or two before a wedding or Eid dinner, so there is time to spare.
