Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Hotel Boulevard

Almost anything you would wear on holiday or a work trip, apart from the smart pieces you want pressed.

• Everyday tops. T-shirts, polos, casual shirts and vests.
• Bottoms. Jeans, shorts, chinos and joggers.
• Active and pool wear. Gym kit, leggings and swimwear.
• Small items. Socks, underwear and pyjamas.

All of it is sorted by colour, washed, dried on a low heat and returned folded. Put delicate or formal pieces in the Clean & Press tab instead.

Your bag is kept apart from everyone else's. Your order has a machine to itself, so your clothes stay yours from start to finish.

• Sorted first. Colours, whites and darks are separated by hand.
• Washed with care. We use a hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent that is kind to skin.
• Low heat to dry. This helps cotton keep its shape.
• Folded by hand. Then the bag is sealed and sent back.

No special bag is needed. Any clean bag that closes will do.

• Check pockets for cards, keys, lip balm and loose change before the handover.
• Keep delicates and suits out, and send those as Clean & Press.
• Tell us in the chat if anything is fragile or marked.

The driver goes through the bag with you, and that list is what we clean.

Most wash and fold orders return within 24 hours, so a bag handed over early is often home by the next day. Check-out at the hotel is listed at 12 noon. If you are leaving that day, put the date and time in your first message.

Need it sooner? Order by 2 PM and ask about express, which turns urgent pieces round in 5 hours in covered areas. We will not promise a time we cannot keep.

Wash and fold works best on clothes that can take a normal wash. Check each label for the symbols, and when in doubt, ask us in the chat.

• Cotton basics. T-shirts, vests, jeans and casual shorts.
• Synthetic sportswear. Gym tops, leggings and running shorts.
• Swimwear. Washed gently with the rest of your bag.
• Nightwear and underwear. Cotton or easy-care fabric.

Anything that says dry clean only, or that you would not put in a washing machine at home, belongs in Clean & Press.

Some fabrics do better outside a mixed bag. Send these as Clean & Press so each gets its own care:

• Silk, satin and fine lace.
• Wool jumpers and smart jackets.
• Anything with sequins or beading.
• Suits, kanduras and abayas.

Not sure? Photograph the care label and send it on WhatsApp, and we will name the right service. Pieces that arrive damaged, or without a label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Staying a month or more? A plan can beat paying bag by bag. Essential is AED 250 a month and covers one bag each week. Family is AED 450 a month and covers two. A one-off bag is AED 65.

Plans are billed monthly and collected on a set day. Ask which one fits your stay.

1. Message your name, Hotel Boulevard and a time you can come down.
2. Meet our driver in the lobby, or at the concierge desk where the hotel permits.
3. Go through the bag together so the list is right.
4. A secure payment link arrives by text. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
5. Your clean bag returns to the hotel after payment.

Nobody asks for cash or card details in the lobby. We are separate from the hotel, so you deal with us directly.

Each piece on your list is handled separately and never tumbled in a mixed load.

• Checked. We look over collars, cuffs and marks, and read the care label.
• Cleaned. The method follows the label, from a cool wash for cotton to something softer for fine cloth.
• Steamed and pressed by hand. Steam goes on in the right order, so collars and fronts come out neat.
• Hung and covered. A breathable cover goes over the hanger before it travels back.

Tell us what you have in a short message, such as 'three shirts, one grey suit, one white kandura'. A photo of anything unusual helps.

Bring the pieces to the lobby in any bag. No hangers are needed. The driver goes through them with you at handover.

• Office shirts. Cotton and easy-care shirts for meetings and events.
• Linen and cotton trousers. They crease quickly in a suitcase and pick up the most from steam.
• Suits and blazers. A two-piece suit has its own price, and jackets can go alone.
• Blouses and skirts. Cotton, viscose and washable crepe.
• Dresses. From a basic dress to an evening formal.
• Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas. Pressed long and straight.
• Abayas. Basic and delicate abayas are priced separately.
• Coats. Cleaned and returned on a hanger.

If you see something you want pressed that is not listed, just ask us.

Clothes that are clean but crushed from the suitcase can be steam pressed without a wash. It is priced per item and you can ask for it when you book. It suits a shirt or dress you need smooth for the evening.

Guests often arrive for a wedding, a gala or a business dinner with an outfit that has spent days folded in a case. Here is how to get it ready.

• Send the suit or dress early and give us the date of the event.
• Mention sequins, beading or silk so we handle it gently.
• On a tight deadline, ask about express suit pressing. Order by 2 PM, and it can be back in 5 hours where our express area covers you.
• The outfit is hung in a cover, ready to wear.

We only promise a return time we are sure we can meet.

A kandura is priced on its own, as are the ghutra, jalabiya and abaya. Abayas come in basic and delicate grades. Tell us which when you book.

Clean and press normally comes back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, since they need more time by hand. We tell you how long at pickup. Express needs an order by 2 PM and an address inside our express area.

Ask us whether Hotel Boulevard is inside it before you plan around it.

When the driver has been through your items, a secure payment link is texted to you. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work. Nothing is paid in cash, or by card, in the lobby.

If we lose or damage a piece, we pay up to ten times what cleaning it would have cost. A piece that arrived damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.
