Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Palace Downtown

Everything you would normally wash at home goes in one bag. We bill the bag, not the pieces, so you do not need to count.

• Daily wear: T-shirts, shorts, trousers, underwear and socks.
• Holiday kit: swimwear, beach cover-ups and light dresses.
• Active clothes: gym tops, leggings and sports socks.
• Nightwear and loungewear: pyjamas, sweatshirts and joggers.
• Children's clothes: if you are travelling with a family.

Things that need pressing on a hanger, such as shirts and suits, are better in Clean & Press.

Book on WhatsApp and say when you will be in the Palace Downtown lobby. The driver takes the bag there, if the hotel allows it, and brings it to our plant.

2. We wash each load in a machine used for your order only.
3. Everything is dried on low heat and folded.
4. The bag comes back to the lobby, usually within 24 hours.

Cotton, polyester, jersey and denim are all fine in a bag. They are the clothes you wear every day on a trip, and they come back soft and folded.

If a piece has a care label that says hand wash only, or it is silk or beaded, set it aside. Put it in with Clean & Press, or message us a photo of the label and we will tell you where it should go.

Some things are better handled one at a time, so keep these out of the bag:

• Suits, jackets and dresses that need a clean and a press.
• Silk, lace and anything with beads or sequins.
• Kanduras, abayas and ghutras, which have their own prices.
• Leather, suede and anything marked dry clean only.
• Towels and sheets that belong to the hotel, which stay in the room for housekeeping.

We read the care labels first. Most everyday clothes go in at the temperature the label allows, usually a cool or warm wash, and we keep dark and light colours apart so nothing runs.

Your bag has a machine to itself, so your clothes are never mixed with someone else's. The detergent is commercial-grade but gentle and hypoallergenic, and it is rinsed out fully.

Drying is on low heat. That keeps cotton from shrinking and elastic from going slack, which matters when you only packed a few favourite pieces.

Each item is then folded by hand, ready to go back in the suitcase.

The driver meets you in the Palace Downtown lobby, if the hotel allows it. Please tell the front desk we are coming, and put your name on the bag so it reaches the right person.

If you would rather leave the bag with the concierge or bell desk, ask them first. We only collect from there with their agreement.

Our drivers do not go up to rooms. When your laundry is ready, it returns to the same lobby, and we message you when the driver is on the way.

If you will be in Dubai for weeks, a monthly plan can be cheaper than single bookings. Your collection falls on a fixed day, so you do not rebook each time.

• Essential: AED 250 a month, suited to one person.
• Family: AED 450 a month, for two or more travellers.
• No plan: a single bag is AED 65, whenever you want one.

Most bags come back within 24 hours. That is our next-day laundry service. If you need it sooner, book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery, which takes 5 hours where your address is covered. That is as close as we get to a same-day laundry service, and we check coverage before you rely on it.

Tell us if there is a stain and what caused it. We treat marks by hand before drying. If you are flying out, put your departure time in the booking. We will say honestly whether it can be done, and we will not promise a time we cannot keep.

Guest dry cleaning here means each piece is looked at on its own. We read the care label, check the collar, cuffs and underarms, and treat any mark by hand.

• Cleaning: done the way the label allows, not in a bag with other clothes.
• Steaming: by hand, to lift creases without a harsh shine.
• Pressing: collars, cuffs and pleats set sharp.
• Hanging: every piece returns on a hanger, in a cover.

The result is something you can wear straight from the hanger in the lobby to a meeting.

This is the service for clothes that should look sharp, not just clean.

Everyday T-shirts, shorts and gym kit do not need pressing. Put them in a Wash & Fold bag. Delicate or dry-clean-only pieces belong on the dry cleaning page.

White kanduras are kept away from colour, and we check the collar and cuffs, where marks collect in the heat. Crepe and nida abayas are washed gently and pressed on low heat with steam, so the black stays deep.

Suit jackets are cleaned as the label says and then shaped on a hanger. Shirts get a sharp collar and cuffs, with the body steamed flat.

Fabrics that mark easily, such as silk, are pressed through a cloth. We read the label of every piece first, and we message you if something looks risky.

The standard return is within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you when you book. For a meeting tomorrow, book as soon as you know about it and put the meeting time in the notes. Express, where your address is covered, takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM.

Tell us about a mark when you book, and what caused it. Wine, sunscreen, coffee and sweat each need a different treatment.

You can ask for a front crease on trousers, a lighter press on a delicate piece, or a particular order for hangers. Leave a note in the chat and we pass it to the team.

If something cannot be fixed, we tell you before the piece goes back to the lobby.
