Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Rove Downtown

Here is what happens to a bag, from the moment you message us until it is back at the hotel.

1. You pack and book. Put your clothes in one bag and message us on WhatsApp with your name and Rove Downtown.
2. The driver checks the items. He counts and looks at everything with you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.
3. You pay by secure link. We text it right after the check. The link accepts cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No cash or card changes hands in the lobby.
4. We wash and fold. Your clothes are washed, dried and folded by hand at our laundry, away from other customers' items.
5. Your bag comes back to the hotel folded and ready for your suitcase, and delivery is free.

The bag is made for the everyday clothes that you wear, sweat in and wash without fuss. Guests at Rove Downtown tend to send the same kinds of things, and most of them fit with room to spare.

• Tops and tees: t-shirts, casual shirts, vests and polos.
• Bottoms: jeans, shorts, joggers and leggings.
• Sports and pool wear: gym kit, swimwear and cover-ups.
• Basics: socks, underwear and sleepwear.

If it fits in the bag and the bag stays under 6kg, you pay one price. A fuller bag, up to 12kg, has its own price in the table above. Not sure which size you need? Ask us before the driver arrives.

Some pieces should not be washed with the rest, even though they are in your suitcase. Keep these for the other tab, or ask us on WhatsApp first so nothing is washed the wrong way.

• Suits and jackets need cleaning and pressing, and are priced one by one.
• Silk, lace and sequins are delicate and are cleaned on their own.
• Kanduras and abayas are best pressed and hung, not folded.
• Anything marked dry clean only belongs with Clean and Press.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room, so they do not go in the bag. Shoes and handbags are separate services too.

A short stay can use up your clean clothes surprisingly fast. The hotel has an outdoor saltwater pool, a gym that opens round the clock, and The Dubai Mall is under ten minutes away on foot. That means sweat, sun cream and wet swimwear are all part of the trip.

Put swim kit, gym kit and walking-day t-shirts in one bag. Whites and darks are washed apart, and everything comes back folded. If you can, rinse swimwear before packing it, as that helps it come out fresher.

Tell us if anything is delicate, and we will wash it with care. If you are staying a few nights, one bag on the second evening is usually enough to see you through the rest of the trip.

Your bag gets the same steps every time, whether it is half full or packed to the top.

1. Pockets are emptied. A room key card, a receipt or a lip balm left behind can spoil a whole load, so each pocket is checked.
2. Loads are sorted. Whites go with whites and darks with darks, and stretchy sports fabric gets a gentler cycle.
3. The wash follows the label. We use a mild, hypoallergenic detergent and the temperature on the tag, not a default setting.
4. Drying is on low heat. Low heat keeps elastic, prints and sportswear in good shape.
5. Folding is by hand, so your case packs flat and you can unpack in seconds when you reach your next stop.

Most bags are back with you within 24 hours, which makes a next-day laundry service realistic for a short stay if you book early. Same-day laundry service is possible for covered addresses, and we confirm it before you rely on it.

Need it faster? Express laundry delivery takes about 5 hours when you order before 2 PM, and there is no express fee. Cover for Rove Downtown is not confirmed yet, so ask on WhatsApp first and we will answer quickly.

The small bag holds up to 6kg for AED 65. The large bag holds up to 12kg for AED 120.

Staying for a month, or on a long work trip? A monthly plan can be simpler than booking bags one by one, and you only get one bill.

• Essential: AED 250 each month, for lighter use.
• Family: AED 450 each month, with two bags collected every week.
• Single bags: AED 65 each, whenever you need one.

Plans are billed once a month and collected on a set day. Ask on WhatsApp which one suits the length of your stay at Rove Downtown, and we will help you choose, even if that means a single bag is the cheaper way for you.

We keep payment simple and safe. Nobody takes cash or a card at the front desk, and nobody asks you to pay before the items are checked.

• The driver checks your items with you at pickup, so you both see what is in the bag.
• A secure link is texted to you. Open it on your phone and pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Delivery starts once the link is paid.
• If something is lost or damaged, our cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• A piece that is already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at the owner's own risk.

A shirt that spent three days in a suitcase looks it. Send it the evening before your meeting and it comes back crisp, on a hanger, ready for the wardrobe in your room. Booking before 2 PM gives us the whole afternoon to work on it, and it is the simplest way to look sharp on a work trip. Blouses are done the same way, and both are priced one by one.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with care, and each piece has its own price in the table above.

• Kandura or thobe: steamed by hand, then hung.
• Ghutra: pressed so it sits well when worn.
• Abaya: plain or delicate, depending on the fabric and any trim.
• Jalabiya: cleaned and pressed for family gatherings and celebrations.
• Men's kurta: pressed and hung, ready to wear.

Tell us the date of your event and we will plan the return around it. Visitors in town for a wedding or a holiday gathering use this a lot, and a few days' notice makes it easy. Pieces come back on hangers, never folded in a bag, unless you ask for that.

Express suit pressing is a common request before a business meeting or a wedding. A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so the jacket and trousers match in colour and finish. A tie can go with it. Ask us about timing on WhatsApp, because express cover for Rove Downtown is not confirmed yet.

A dress for a wedding or a gala dinner can be hard to pack, and harder to wear after a long flight. We treat each one with care, and we do not rush the delicate ones.

• Basic dresses are cleaned and pressed for the per-piece price.
• Blouses come back pressed and on a hanger.
• Silk, lace and sequins are cleaned on their own, and we check beads and trims first.
• Skirts are priced separately on the list.

If the dress has a stain from the flight or from dinner, point it out when you book and the team will treat it by hand before cleaning.

Some items need different care. Shoes, handbags and leather pieces have their own services and their own prices. Ask us on WhatsApp before you book, and we will explain what is possible for guests at Rove Downtown and how long it takes.

Trips add marks. Coffee on a collar, sun cream on a sleeve and sauce on a lapel are all common. Tell us what caused the mark and where it is, and the team treats it by hand before the main clean. Some marks fade but cannot always be removed completely, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case. Sooner is better, so do not wait until the end of your stay.
