Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at FIVE Jumeirah Village

Your bag from FIVE Jumeirah Village is handled in the same careful order every time, whether it holds a week of clothes or one evening's worth.

1. Pockets emptied. Coins, keycards and receipts are removed first, because a paper receipt turns to fluff in the drum and sticks to dark clothes.
2. Labels read. Each care label tells us the heat a piece can take, and we sort the load by it.
3. Lights and darks apart. A navy shirt never washes with a white one.
4. Washed alone. Your bag goes into a machine on its own, with a mild hypoallergenic detergent.
5. Dried gently and folded. Low heat, then folded by hand, with socks paired and shirts flat.

If anything in your bag needs special care, mention it in the chat before the driver arrives.

A 6kg bag holds more than most guests expect. For a week away it is usually about this much.

Please leave out valuables, keycards and anything you cannot replace, since they are easy to forget in a pocket.

After the wash, clothes are dried on a gentle heat so cotton does not shrink and stretch fabrics keep their shape.

Everything is then folded by hand, a pile for each kind of clothing, and returned in a clean bag. You unpack it straight into the suitcase or the wardrobe, with no sorting to do.

Delicate items may be held back from the dryer and left to air. If we do that, we say so in the chat, so nothing surprises you when the bag comes back to FIVE Jumeirah Village. A folded bag is also easy to pack if you are flying the next day.

If you have used the gym or the pool, you will have damp, warm clothes by evening. Do not leave them sealed in a bag overnight, because the smell sets in fast in a warm room.

Gym kit and swimwear are both fine in the bag. We wash them on a gentle setting, so Lycra stays stretchy and the colours do not fade.

Rinse chlorine off swimwear if you can. Tell us if a piece is a favourite or a delicate fabric, and we handle it with extra care.

Trainers can go to our shoe care service, collected on the same trip.

Message us with FIVE Jumeirah Village, your room number and a time. The driver arrives at that time and collects from the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.

The driver looks through the bag with you and counts the items. Right after the check, a secure payment link is texted to you. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nobody takes cash or cards in the lobby, which keeps pickup and delivery contactless.

Once the link is paid, the clothes go out for delivery. Keep your phone close by until then, so you see the messages as they come.

If you will be out, tell the driver where to meet you, and we plan around your day.

If you are at FIVE Jumeirah Village for a week or more, you do not have to pack a second suitcase of clean clothes. Hand over a bag every few days and take it back folded.

The first bag can go the day after you arrive, and the next a few days later. Each bag is priced the same, so the cost is easy to plan. It is a budget-friendly wash and fold, and an affordable laundry service for anyone away from home.

If your stay gets extended, just message us. You can start a plan or keep sending single bags, whichever you prefer.

For a long stay or a family, two monthly plans are on offer. The Essential plan costs AED 250 a month. The Family plan costs AED 450 a month and covers two bags each week.

A single 6kg bag is AED 65, so a plan is worth it when you send bags often. You pay once a month and we collect on a set day each week.

Ask on WhatsApp which plan fits your stay, and tell us how long you will be at the hotel.

Both plans come with free pickup and delivery.

Tell us about any allergy, sensitive skin or strong dislike of perfume when you book. We note it on your order, and the same gentle detergent is used for every bag.

Special requests work the same way. If a shirt must be washed cold, or a top is delicate, write it in the chat and we make a note.

Pieces that are already damaged, or have no care label, are washed at your own risk. If something is lost or damaged while in our care, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Tell the driver about anything fragile at pickup.

A shirt that spent three days in a suitcase will not look right under a jacket. Clean & Press fixes that.

We check the collar and cuffs, clean the shirt, then steam it by hand so it sits flat. It comes back on a hanger, ready to wear.

Send it from FIVE Jumeirah Village in the morning and it can be back the next day. For something sooner, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It can return within 5 hours if your address is covered. Our laundry price per item is shown in the table above, so you know the cost before you send it.

Suits are checked pocket by pocket, then cleaned the right way for the fabric. Jackets, trousers and ties can be sent together, so the whole outfit comes back at the same time.

Tell us about a mark and what caused it. Express suit pressing is available when you book before 2 PM, if your address is covered. Your suit returns on a hanger.

A tie is cleaned gently and comes back flat on a hanger beside the suit.

Weddings, galas and dinner parties often mean one dress or one jacket that must be perfect. Hand it over with a note about the occasion and the date, and we plan the timing around it.

Every dress is looked at before cleaning. We read the care label and look for sequins, lace, silk and delicate trims, then pick the process that suits the fabric. Anything beaded or very fine is done by hand.

Dresses and blouses come back steamed, on a hanger, with soft cover over them. If the date is close, say so on WhatsApp when you book, and we tell you whether express can reach your address.

Please tell us if there is a stain from food, drink or make-up, as each one is treated differently.

A kandura, abaya, ghutra, jalabiya or kurta has its own price and is cleaned one at a time. We steam each piece full length and return it on a hanger.

Point out collars with yellow marks, or any beads and lace, when you book. Basic and delicate abayas are priced separately, so tell us which yours is.

Care labels use small symbols, and four of them matter most.

• A tub with a hand: hand wash only, so the piece is not put through a machine.
• A triangle with a cross: no bleach.
• A pressing symbol with one dot: a cool press only.
• A circle: the piece can be dry cleaned. A letter inside tells us which solvent.

No label at all? Tell us when you book. Pieces with no label, or already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.

Express means your item is back in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM. It only applies if your address is covered, so check by sending the hotel name.

This is our same-day hotel laundry for urgent pieces. Tell us which ones matter most. We put them first and send the rest on the normal 24 hour schedule.

Leaving for the airport in the morning? Send your suits and shirts the day before, and they return on hangers, ready to go into a garment bag.

Say your flight time when you book, so we plan the return before you leave the hotel.

Shirts, trousers and dresses come back on hangers, which makes packing quick.

If you leave the hotel early, say so, and we will agree a time with you.

Every item is counted and noted when the driver collects it. If a piece is lost or damaged while in our care, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. Tell the driver about any weak seam or old stain at pickup, and it goes on your order.

Payment is by secure link only. After the driver checks your items, a text arrives with the link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the clothes go out for delivery once it is paid.
