Put in T-shirts, shirts you will not wear to a meeting, underwear, socks, gym kit, jeans, shorts and swimwear. Fill the bag up to 6kg for the single price, or 12kg for the big bag.

Keep suits, abayas, silk and anything with sequins out of it. Those belong in Clean & Press, where each piece is checked on its own. If you are not sure, put it to one side and ask us on WhatsApp.

A hotel guest usually fills one bag over a week of travel. If you only have a few pieces, a single bag is still the simplest way to pay.

When the bag reaches our plant it is opened and sorted. Whites, lights and darks are washed in separate loads, and nothing is mixed with another customer's laundry.

We use mild, biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent. It is made for large commercial machines, so it cleans well without a heavy scent. That suits travellers who share a small room with their own clothes.

If you tell us about an allergy or a sensitive skin issue, we write it on your order and follow it for every load.

Everything is dried on low heat, which is kinder to cotton polos, gym kit and stretchy fabrics. Hot drying shrinks clothes, so we avoid it.

After drying, each piece is folded by hand and stacked in the bag. You open it at the hotel and pack straight into your suitcase or the wardrobe.

If something comes out looking creased for a meeting, send it to Clean & Press next time and it returns on a hanger.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours from the time we collect. That makes a morning pickup a next-day laundry service, with the bag back at the lobby the next day.

For urgent pieces, book before 2 PM and ask for express. If your address is covered, express laundry delivery can bring a small load back in 5 hours.

Tell us your flight or check-out time when you message us. We plan the return around it so you are not waiting at the front desk.

This is doorstep laundry pickup, only your doorstep is the hotel lobby. Tell us where to meet: the lobby, or the concierge desk if the hotel allows it. Our driver arrives at your chosen time and checks the bag with you.

Contactless pickup and delivery works too. Leave the bag with the desk if the hotel agrees, and we collect it from there.

We are not connected to the hotel or its group. We are a separate laundry service that comes to you.

Hotel stays here come with an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and access to a beach club on Palm Jumeirah. That means wet swimwear, damp towels from the beach and sweaty gym kit in a bag by the door.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so only your own clothes go with us. Swimwear, shorts and gym kit can all go in your bag. Wet items should be put in a separate plastic bag for the trip so they do not stain dry clothes.

Most guests need one bag, and one bag costs AED 65. If you return to Jumeirah Village Circle often, such as for work, a monthly plan can be cheaper.

The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week. Both are paid once a month.

Plans are picked up on a set day each week. Ask us on WhatsApp if one fits your visits.

You pay by a secure link sent to your phone after our driver has checked the bag with you. It accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No cash or cards change hands in the lobby.

Once your payment arrives, your clothes go out for delivery.

If an item is lost or damaged by us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

Business trips mean a clean shirt every morning. Send shirts to Clean & Press and they return on hangers, steamed and ready to wear. Prices are per item, so the cost of a week's shirts is easy to work out.

For suits, we clean the whole two-piece together so the colour matches, then press it on a hanger. If you only need a jacket or trousers, send those alone.

Book the day before an important meeting to leave time for the standard turnaround.

Sometimes the suit is needed today. Express suit pressing is for exactly that, a same-day laundry service for one or two key pieces: book before 2 PM, tell us when the suit must be in your hands, and we plan around it.

If your address is covered, express can bring pieces back in 5 hours. That is enough time to get a jacket ready for dinner or a presentation.

Send the message first, not the suit. We confirm the timing, and then the driver collects it from Holiday Inn Dubai JVC.

Traditional wear is cleaned with care, one piece at a time. A kandura is steamed full length so it hangs straight. A ghutra is pressed to hold its shape.

Abayas come in plain and delicate types. Choose the right one when you book. A plain abaya is cleaned by the label. A delicate one gets extra checks before it goes in.

Point out any collar marks when the driver collects, and we treat them first.

Hotel stays often come with an event: a wedding, a gala or a family dinner. Evening dresses, blouses and formal shirts all come in as separate items.

Tell us the date of the event, and we work back from there. For a Friday wedding, send the outfit on Wednesday. That leaves one spare day in case something needs a second look.

Evening dresses with beads or sequins may need special handling. Mention it so we can say so before cleaning starts.

Look for a small circle on the label inside the garment. A circle means the item can be dry cleaned. A circle with a cross through it means do not dry clean. A letter inside the circle tells us which process to use.

A square with a circle inside means tumble drying, and a dot or dots show the heat level. One dot is low, two dots is medium.

If the label is missing, faded or cut out, we clean the item at the owner's risk. We tell you before we begin, so you can choose to pull it out.

If a shirt or trouser is clean but creased from the suitcase, pressing only is cheaper than a full clean. We steam press the item and send it back on a hanger.

It is a good choice for a freshly laundered shirt that spent the flight at the bottom of the bag, or for a kandura that is clean but needs shape.

Tell us when you book that it is pressing only, so we do not wash it.

If there is a stain, show us before we begin. Tell us what caused it, for example coffee, oil or food. Different stains need different treatments.

Every piece is checked at pickup, again at the plant and a third time before it goes out. We look for marks and for fabric that needs gentle care.

Items damaged before we collect them are cleaned at the owner's risk.

After the driver checks your items at the lobby, we text you a secure link. Pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never take cash or cards in the lobby.

Clothes go out for delivery once paid, and return on hangers to Holiday Inn Dubai JVC.

If we lose or damage an item, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. That covers each piece separately, and the cleaning price is the one you saw on the list.
