A wash and fold bag is the simplest way to deal with a week of travel clothes. You fill one bag with up to 6kg of everyday pieces and send it with our driver.

We do not charge by the item. The flat price covers the whole bag, so there is nothing to count and nothing to add up on the way out of the hotel door.

Most guests send one bag halfway through a trip, so the second half starts with a full set of clean clothes.

The driver weighs nothing on the doorstep and does not argue about a few grams. If your bag is a little heavy, we tell you in the chat and suggest the 12kg bag, so there are no surprises on the payment link.

A typical trip works like this. You wear your way through the first few days, then fill the bag on the morning you plan a free afternoon. By the time you are back from lunch, the driver has been, and the bag is on its way to be washed. Within a day you are unpacking fresh clothes in your room at Rove City Walk.

Think of the clothes you actually wear on holiday or a business trip. T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, shorts, socks, underwear, pyjamas, sportswear and swimwear all go in the bag.

Please keep the really smart pieces out of the bag. A suit, an evening dress or a silk blouse should go to Clean & Press instead, where each piece is handled by itself and comes back on a hanger.

Packing only clothes helps too: a bag with just clothes is easier to sort and wash well. Sandals, hats and bags should stay out, because they need their own care.

Wet swimwear should go in a separate bag inside the main bag, so the rest of your clothes stay dry until pickup.

For a short stay, the bag may be half full, and that is fine. The price is the same, so add anything else that is wearable: a spare pair of shorts, swimwear from the pool, or the children's play clothes. If you are unsure about a piece, ask first.

Your bag is sorted by colour before it goes into a machine, so whites stay white and dark clothes do not bleed onto lighter ones.

We use hypoallergenic, commercial-grade detergent, which is strong on dirt and still kind to skin. Each load runs on its own machine, and the machine is sanitised afterwards.

We pick the wash by fabric, not by habit. Cotton T-shirts and jeans get a regular cycle, while sportswear and stretchy fabrics get a gentler one.

That is why colours stay bright and sportswear keeps its stretch, even after a long trip with many washes.

After the wash, clothes are dried on a low heat. Low heat is gentler on cotton and stretchy fabrics, and it keeps your T-shirts from shrinking.

Then we fold everything neatly and pack it back into the bag.

Drying too hot is the quickest way to shrink a T-shirt or wear out a pair of jeans. Low heat avoids both, so clothes come back the same size they went out.

After drying, each piece is shaken out, checked for marks and folded neatly. The bag goes back to the hotel sealed and clean, ready to unpack in the room.

A bag of T-shirts, shorts and socks is quick to fold, but the folding is the part guests enjoy most. Instead of a crumpled heap, you get tidy stacks that fit back into the suitcase or the room drawers in a minute.

If you are flying out the next day, tell us, and we will make sure the bag is packed for travel.

Travel is hard on clothes. Coffee on a cuff, sauce from a dinner out or sunscreen on a collar all show up fast. We check each piece for marks, and treat them by hand before the wash.

Tell us in the chat what caused the stain. A coffee mark and a grease mark need different treatment, so a quick note helps a lot.

Some old or set-in stains cannot be removed completely. If a piece is too fragile for a machine, we tell you before we wash it. If a piece arrives already damaged, or without a care label, we clean it but you carry the risk.

A few stains need more than one try, such as red wine, ink or old oil. We do our best and tell you honestly if a mark will not shift.

Sunscreen, make-up and sweat are the three marks we see most from trips. Sunscreen leaves yellow patches on white collars, make-up shows on necklines, and sweat marks sit under the arms. All three respond better to a hand treatment before the wash than to a hot cycle on its own, so we always look first.

Most bags come back within 24 hours, which makes it a next-day laundry service in practice. Send the bag in the morning and have it back the next day, ready for the next leg of your trip.

Need something sooner? Book before 2 PM and urgent items can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. We confirm this in the chat when you book. There is no extra fee for express.

Express depends on the day and on your address, so message us early and we will tell you what is possible.

The 5-hour express round is for items only, not whole bags of washing. It depends on the order time and the address, which is why we confirm it before the driver is sent.

A plain example: your driver collects at 10 AM on Monday. A standard bag is washed and delivered to Rove City Walk, usually within 24 hours. A small urgent item booked before 2 PM can come back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Book early in the day if time is tight.

Most hotel guests only need one bag, at AED 65. If you are in Dubai for a few weeks, a monthly plan can work out cheaper.

You pick a set day each week and we collect on that day. Ask us in the chat if you would like to start a plan during your stay.

Plans are billed monthly. Most guests of Rove City Walk will not need one, but they are there if your trip turns into a long project.

The Family plan is two bags a week, which suits a family on a longer stay or a group sharing one booking. The Essential plan is one bag a week, which suits a solo guest on a long project. Both are paid monthly and both include free pickup and delivery.

The driver collects your bag and checks the items with you. We then text you a secure payment link. You can pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Please do not hand cash or a card to anyone in the lobby. Delivery starts as soon as the payment is done.

Your bag is handled by our own team from collection to delivery. The driver is the person who checks your items at the door, so you can raise any question there and then.

Keep the payment link for your records. It is also proof that your order has been paid.

Clean & Press is our service for clothes that should not go in a bag with the rest. Each piece is checked, cleaned, steamed by hand and put on a hanger.

It is priced per item, so you know the cost of a shirt or a suit before the driver arrives. Prices are in the table above.

This is the guest dry cleaning service to use for anything you wear to a meeting, a wedding or a dinner.

Each price in the table includes free pickup and delivery to the hotel. A shayla has no price listed, so message us and we will quote it in the chat.

Think of it as the service for anything you would hang up, not fold. If you would be upset to see it creased or marked, it belongs here rather than in the bag. Typical pieces are office shirts, trousers, suits, dresses, kanduras and abayas.

Business travellers often pack five shirts for a week and find them creased on arrival. Send them to us after the first day.

We clean each shirt and press the collar, cuffs and sleeves by hand. They come back on hangers, so they can go straight into the wardrobe.

If your shirts are already clean and only creased, choose Pressing only to save money.

We also press T-shirts, polo shirts and trousers the same way. They are listed in the price table with their own price each.

A shirt that has spent three days in a suitcase can look tired, even when it is clean. Pressing brings the collar and front back to a smooth finish, so it looks right for a client meeting or a conference badge. If you pack light, one booking at the start of the week covers all your work shirts.

A suit that has been folded in a suitcase usually needs more than a quick press. We clean it first, then shape and press the jacket and trousers so it hangs the way it should.

Evening dresses and silk blouses get the same attention. We read the care label, choose the right process and press each piece by hand.

Booking before 2 PM gives you the best chance of express suit pressing, if your address is covered, so the suit is back the same day for a wedding, a gala or tomorrow's meeting.

A heavy winter coat is also priced in the table. It is a good fit for guests flying on to a cold city after Dubai, because we return it on a hanger, ready to pack or wear.

For a wedding or a gala you may want a formal dress and a suit cleaned at once. Book them together, tell us the date and time you need them, and we plan the order around it. We would rather know the deadline early than hear about it on the morning.

Sometimes your clothes are clean and just crumpled from the suitcase. Pressing only is for those pieces.

We steam press them without washing, and you pay the lower pressing price.

Pressing only is quick and a smart way to save money. Send in the shirts, trousers or blouses you plan to wear that week, and we steam press each piece on its own.

We return them on hangers, so they stay smooth until you put them on.

This is the best option for a quick refresh. A suitcase can leave a whole week of shirts creased, and pressing takes much less time than a full clean.

Many guests staying at Rove City Walk bring traditional clothes for family events, weddings and Eid visits. These pieces need a gentle hand, and a kandura should look sharp when you walk in.

A kandura is AED 15. A basic abaya, a delicate abaya, a ghutra, a jalabiya and a kurta each have their own price in the table. Pick the right line when you book.

If your abaya has beadwork or fine fabric, tell us. We will treat it as delicate and handle it with extra care.

Kanduras and thobes are pressed with care so the collar and cuffs lie right. If you are not sure which price line your piece belongs to, send a photo in the chat.

Traditional wear matters on occasions such as weddings and family gatherings, so it deserves care. Tell us the date you need your outfit, and we plan your order so it comes back in good time. A ghutra is handled gently so the fabric does not mark.

Before anything is cleaned, we read the care label and look over the fabric. We check every piece at pickup, again before cleaning, and once more before it goes back to you.

A piece with no label, or one that is already damaged, is cleaned at your own risk. We say so before we begin.

If a piece is delicate, or the fabric looks old or weak, we tell you at once and suggest the gentlest option. We never carry on in silence.

Checking a piece three times may sound like a lot, but it catches the problems that matter: a mark that appeared late, a loose thread, or a fabric that reacts to the process. It is how we make sure the piece you get back is the piece you handed over, only cleaner.

Everything comes back on a hanger, inside a protective bag, so it stays fresh until you reach the wardrobe.

We deliver to the hotel after payment, free of charge.

Clothes on hangers can go straight into the wardrobe. Nothing is folded or pushed into a bag with other items, so the finish you paid for stays intact until you wear it.

The driver brings the order to the hotel entrance and hands it over, once the payment link has gone through.

If you need the outfit for the evening, say so when you book and we will plan the return time with you. The driver hands the order to you at the hotel, and you can check the pieces on the spot.

After the driver checks your items, we send a secure payment link by text. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, never in the lobby.

If anything goes missing or comes back damaged, you are covered for up to 10 times what we charged to clean it.

Because cover is tied to the cleaning price, it is worth knowing that suits and evening dresses carry higher limits than shirts. If you travel with something very precious, tell us before we collect it so we can discuss how to handle it.
