Everyday clothes belong in a wash and fold bag: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, gym kit, socks, underwear and nightwear. If a normal machine wash suits the piece, it can go in.

One bag holds up to 6kg and costs AED 65, whatever the mix inside. Guests staying longer at Sheraton Dubai Creek, or travelling as a family, can use the 12kg bag.

Suits, silk and anything marked dry clean only belong in Clean & Press. If you are not sure, ask the driver, and we help you sort the pile at the handover. A forgotten piece can go into a second order.

Packing takes two minutes. Empty the pockets, and take out cards, coins, chargers and anything you would hate to lose. Close the bag, and bring it down when we message you that the driver has arrived.

If the bag looks too full to close, split it in two. Two smaller bags cost the same as one big one, and the clothes wash better with space in the drum. It is a budget-friendly wash and fold, even for a week away.

Your bag is opened and sorted before anything is washed. Whites and lights go in one load, darks in another, so a new black T-shirt cannot stain a white one.

The wash uses commercial-grade detergent that is gentle on skin and biodegradable. Your clothes go in a freshly cleaned drum, apart from every other customer's, and they are never mixed. After the wash they are dried, checked and folded by hand.

Most wash and fold bags come back within 24 hours. That is the next-day laundry service most guests choose when they have a few days in Dubai, and it keeps the suitcase from filling up with dirty clothes.

Once your clothes are ready, we text you a secure link to pay. After it is paid, your bag goes out for delivery to the hotel, and there is no charge for the driver.

Some clothes are happier with single-piece care. Suits, silk shirts, evening dresses, abayas and kanduras do best in Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned on its own and returned on a hanger.

The wash and fold bag is for clothes that can take a normal machine wash and a gentle tumble. Wool jumpers and delicate lace usually cannot, and leather needs its own care.

If you are unsure, send a message with the item name. We tell you which service is right before the driver comes, so nothing is washed the wrong way and nothing needs a second visit.

Gym kit and swimwear need a wash after every use, and a bag is the easiest way to do it. Sports tops, leggings, shorts and swimsuits all go in together.

Swimwear is washed gently in the same load as other light pieces. A quick rinse at the pool helps, but you do not need to dry it fully before packing.

Both come back folded, so the bag can go straight into your suitcase for the next stop. If a piece smells of chlorine or sweat, tell the driver, and we pay special attention to it.

On a long assignment or an extended stay, a monthly plan can work out cheaper than ordering bag by bag. Essential is AED 250 a month and covers one bag every week.

Family is AED 450 a month and covers two bags every week. If you only need us once, a single bag is AED 65.

Plans are billed monthly and can be changed on WhatsApp. They are an affordable choice for stays of several weeks.

The hotel's check-out time is 12:00, so plan your pickup for the day before if you can. That leaves time to wash, fold and deliver the bag before you leave Sheraton Dubai Creek.

If you are leaving the next morning, book an early pickup and ask us on WhatsApp what time we can return it. Express, where your address is covered, takes 5 hours if booked before 2 PM.

A suit for an important meeting needs to look sharp. We clean jacket and trousers together so the shade matches, then press both and hang them.

Give the suit to the driver at pickup and mention any mark you know about. Express suit pressing is possible where your address is covered, when you book before 2 PM.

For a morning meeting, book the afternoon before. The suit then has time to be cleaned and delivered to Sheraton Dubai Creek without any rush.

Shirts are what hotel guests send us most. Each one is cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger, ready for the wardrobe or a garment bag.

Send a few at a time, or a week's worth. Point out any mark on a collar or cuff, and we treat it first.

Traditional clothes are cleaned separately from a normal wash. A kandura is AED 15, while the ghutra, jalabiya, abaya and kurta each have a price in the table above.

Abayas are steamed, which keeps the fabric matt. Say whether yours is basic or delicate when you book, and mention any beadwork or embroidery.

All of it comes back on hangers. For a family event or a wedding, book at least a day ahead, so there is time to spare.

A plain dress or a formal evening dress is cleaned with the process that suits its fabric, then returned on a hanger.

Mention sequins, lace or beading when you book. For a wedding or gala, send the dress a day early, so it is back well before you need to get ready.

Most clothes carry a small label with symbols. It is worth a glance before you pack, because it tells you how the piece likes to be cleaned.

On the washing symbol, the dots show the water temperature. One dot is cool, and more dots mean warmer water. On the pressing symbol, dots show how hot the press may be, from low to high.

A circle means the piece can be dry cleaned, and a circle with a line through it means it cannot. We read the label on every piece before we choose the process.

No label? We still clean it, but at the owner's risk.

Clean but creased? Pressing only is for clothes that came out of a suitcase looking tired. We steam press them without washing, and send them back on hangers.

It is the quickest way to get a clean shirt or trouser ready for an evening out.

Message us the hotel name first, because cover changes by area. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you plan around it, as part of our on-demand laundry.

Every piece gets a careful check, but things can go wrong. If one of your items is lost or damaged while we have it, we pay up to 10 times what we charged to clean that item.

Some pieces are different. If an item was already damaged when we got it, or it has no care label, we still clean it, but the owner carries the risk. The driver looks over your items with you before leaving, so point out anything fragile at that moment.
