Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Hilton Dubai Creek

If you would wash it at home, it can go into the bag. During a hotel stay that mostly means everyday clothes, gym kit and swimwear. A week by the Creek fills a bag quickly.

Up to 6kg costs AED 65. Up to 12kg costs AED 120. Six kilos is roughly a week of clothes for one person. Two people on a long stay will probably want the bigger bag. The bag price is fixed, so you know the cost before anything leaves your suite.

We weigh the bag at our laundry, so you do not need to guess. If you send more than the bag allows, we tell you before we wash anything.

Your order is washed in its own load, never mixed with another guest's. That keeps your clothes yours, from the drum to the folding table.

Name any stain when you book, such as coffee, sun cream or sauce, and say how long it has been there. We check the mark by hand before the wash and choose a treatment.

Light colours are kept apart from dark ones, so a new black T-shirt cannot stain a white shirt. Old marks can stay put, and we say so rather than promise too much.

Every piece is folded by hand and packed in a clean bag. Socks are paired up, and the bag arrives ready to go straight into a suitcase or a wardrobe.

If a shirt needs to arrive on a hanger for a meeting, put it on the pressing list. The bag itself stays folded. Returns are delivered to Hilton Dubai Creek once your payment has gone through, with contactless pickup and delivery if you prefer not to meet the driver.

A hotel gym and an outdoor pool mean a fast build-up of sweaty kit and wet swimsuits. A plastic bag in the room is not a good place for them.

Put them in the wash bag instead and we wash them gently. Tell us if anything is stretchy or has a special print, and we choose the cycle with care. Swimwear comes back folded and fresh, with the chlorine rinsed out.

Staying a month or longer? A plan may cost less than single bags. Essential is one weekly bag for AED 250 a month. Family is two weekly bags for AED 450 a month.

A one-off 6kg bag is AED 65. Choose whichever suits how often you send clothes. It is on-demand laundry that fits the residences.

At pickup the driver goes through the items with you. After that we send a secure link by text, and you pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is no cash and no paying at reception.

Delivery is arranged as soon as your payment is in. If anything goes missing or comes back damaged, we pay up to 10 times the cleaning price of that piece. Anything that arrived damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.

A work shirt is AED 18. It comes back pressed and on a hanger, so it is ready to wear.

Give us your shirts at breakfast and, with express, you can have them back by the afternoon. That helps on a business trip to Deira, when a creased collar can spoil a morning.

A kandura is AED 15. A basic abaya is AED 18. Both come back on hangers. This is guest dry cleaning for traditional wear.

Tell us about any embroidery or beads when you book, so we can handle them with care.

Suits are cleaned individually and never share a load with other clothes. A two-piece suit has one price for the set, so the jacket and trousers travel together.

Got a wedding, a gala or a conference at Hilton Dubai Creek? Hand the suit over early in the day. With express it can be back before you get dressed for the evening, where your address is covered.

Evening dresses and long gowns are cleaned on their own. Tell us the fabric and any trim when you book, and the dress is back on a hanger.

Urgent pieces need a booking before 2 PM. Where your address is covered, they return within 5 hours. Express costs nothing extra, so the price per item stays the same.

It suits a morning meeting after a late flight, or a dinner you only heard about today. Send a WhatsApp message with your location pin, and we confirm whether Baniyas Road is covered.

Tell us what the mark is and when it happened. We look at it by hand before cleaning, and we say so if an old stain is likely to stay.

Pressed pieces come back on hangers, covered and ready to hang up in the wardrobe of your suite or apartment. They are not folded into a bag with the wash, so they arrive without new creases.

The driver goes through each piece with you before leaving. A secure link then arrives by text, and you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is paid at the front desk.

Hangers go out for delivery after payment. Lost or damaged pieces are covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that piece. Anything already damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.
