Your clothes are washed alone, never together with another guest's bag. That is what separates a proper laundry from a quick machine wash. The bag returns to the hotel folded and ready to pack, and a message tells you when the driver sets off.

Normal wash and fold works as a next-day laundry service, and most bags are back inside 24 hours. In a hurry? Ask about same-day hotel laundry when you book. Express laundry delivery takes about 5 hours where your address is covered, as long as the booking is in before 2 PM.

Packing takes a minute. Put your clothes in the bag, write your name and room number on a note, and bring it down. This is doorstep laundry pickup, hotel style: the driver meets you at the Hyatt Place Al Rigga lobby or concierge desk if the hotel allows it. Contactless pickup and delivery means there is nothing to sign.

Say so when you book if a piece is stained. Knowing what caused it helps, because coffee, oil, ink and sweat each need their own treatment. We look at every item before washing, and the marks you pointed out are treated by hand first.

Fine fabrics get their own gentler cycle, away from jeans and towels. A care label is always followed. Pieces that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk, so we will say if something looks too fragile to wash.

Keep anything precious out of the bag and send it for clean and press instead, where each piece is handled one at a time.

There is no payment at the desk. When the driver has gone through your items, you get a text with a secure link. Pay there by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The bag is sent back out only after that payment goes through.

For a weekend, one bag is usually enough. Send it on the morning you check out, and it is back the next day. For a week away, send a bag halfway through, so you are not carrying a full week of used clothes home.

Pieces return on hangers, so you can hang them in the room straight away.

Abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas, kurtas and kanduras are each cleaned and pressed by themselves, never in the wash bag, and returned on a hanger. The table above lists every price. Tell us if an abaya has beading or fine embroidery, and we will handle it with extra care.

Good dresses need a plan. Send yours two days before the event if you can, and tell us about beads, sequins, lace or silk.

The dress is looked over by hand and any marks are noted before cleaning. Fine fabrics get a gentler process, then the dress is steam pressed and returned on a hanger. A message tells you when it is on its way back to the hotel.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours, but a complex dress may need longer. Give us the date of your event and we will say plainly whether we can make it, so you are not guessing the night before.

When your clothes are clean but crumpled from the suitcase, pick pressing only. We steam press them and send them back on hangers, with no wash. It costs less than clean and press, and it is quick.

Clean and press orders come back on hangers, covered for the trip to your room. We bring them to the Hyatt Place Al Rigga lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, and you get a message when the driver is on the way. Hang them in the wardrobe and they are ready.

You are covered for up to 10 times the cleaning price of a piece if we lose or damage it. A piece that arrived already damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk.
