Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Deira

Whether the bag comes from a small flat or a family home, it gets the same routine.

• Pockets: we check them for keys, coins and tissues. A stray pen can ruin a full load.
• Sorting: whites and light colours wash together, darks and denim separately, and lace and mesh get cooler water.
• Marks: we pre-treat sweat, coffee and sun cream before the wash, because heat from a dryer can set a stain.
• Washing: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a thorough rinse. Clothes come back smelling clean, not perfumed.
• Drying: low heat, so cotton keeps its size and waistbands keep their stretch.
• Folding: done by hand, with a last look at each piece, before the bag heads back to Deira.

2. Pack the bag with everyday clothes, and empty the pockets. Put your name and flat number on it.
3. The driver collects from your door at no charge, or from reception if your building has a desk.
4. We wash and fold everything, sorted and dried on low heat.
5. The bag comes home. You get a WhatsApp message when the driver sets off, and delivery costs nothing.

Have work shirts too? Put them in a second bag for Clean & Press, tell us when you book, and one driver takes both.

A good rule: if you'd put it in your own machine, it can go in ours. Leave out anything marked do not wash or hand wash only. In a Deira bag you'll often find:

• Everyday tops: T-shirts, polos and plain cotton shirts.
• Sports kit: running tops, socks, leggings and shorts.
• Jeans and joggers: turn dark jeans inside out first.
• Summer clothes: cotton and linen get washed a lot when July and August highs pass 43°C.
• Swimwear: rinse out salt or chlorine and let it dry before packing.
• Children's clothes: school uniforms, pyjamas and playwear, with the zips done up.

The bag is for everyday clothes only. Everything below we clean too, each at its own price, and the same driver takes it from your door in Deira.

• Suits, work shirts, abayas, kanduras: Clean & Press, priced per piece and returned hanging.
• Silk, wool, sequins, beads: dry cleaning, because water can harm them.
• Towels: Bed & Bath, with a price for each towel.
• Hand-wash knits, underwired bras: please keep these back. If a label puzzles you, WhatsApp us a photo.
• Curtains, rugs, trainers: each has its own service higher up this page.

Before any load goes in, we sort it. Here's what we check.

• Colour run: new denim and bright cotton may bleed, so they stay clear of whites.
• Rough against soft: jeans and metal zips can scuff thin tops, so heavy pieces get their own load.
• One household per machine: your load is never mixed with someone else's.
• Clean drums: each machine is sanitised between customers.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, with a long rinse to clear sweat and street dust from seams.
• Dryers: too much heat shrinks cotton and slackens elastic, so we dry gently and check waistbands, cuffs and seams are fully dry.
• Final look: if a button is loose or a stain didn't shift, you'll hear from us on WhatsApp.

Deira is on our regular Dubai rounds. Pickup and delivery cost nothing.

• Areas: Naif, Al Ras, Al Dhagaya, Ayal Nasir, Al Murar and Al Baraha are all covered.
• Your address: send the building name, street number and flat. Ayal Nasir and Al Baraha are laid out on numbered streets, so the street number helps the driver find you.
• The handover: we collect at your door, or at the front desk if there is one.

If a bag leaves your Deira home most weeks, a plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold option. The driver comes on the same weekday, so you don't rebook each time, and every plan bag works out cheaper than a one-off bag.

• Essential: four bags a month, one every week, for AED 250. It fits one or two people.
• Family: eight bags a month, two every week, for AED 450. School clothes, sports kit and towels all fit.
• Pay as you go: AED 65 a bag whenever you book.

A bag collected in Deira usually comes back the following day, well inside the 24 hours that apply to most of Dubai.

Need a same-day laundry service? Ask for express laundry delivery when you book before 2 PM. Where express covers your address, the bag is back five hours after pickup. A few addresses sit outside the express area, so ask in the chat before you count on it.

• Show us the stain: sweat on a collar, coffee on a cuff, juice on a child's top. Tell us where it is.
• Tell us what you tried: bleach, stain spray or hot water can set a mark, so please mention it.
• Air damp clothes: sweaty gym kit or wet swimwear shut in a bag turns sour fast in the heat. An hour on a hanger first helps.

The price shown for a shirt is everything. Stain treatment, hangers and covers are not extras.

• On arrival: we empty the pockets, read the care label and note any loose buttons.
• Stains: treated by hand before heat touches the fabric.
• Washing: cotton and cotton blends go in cool water, which stops shrinking. Delicate pieces follow their label.
• Drying: on hangers in filtered air, never in a tumble dryer, so sleeves stay the right length.
• Steaming: collar and cuffs first, then the front, then the back and sleeves.
• Three checks follow before the garment is covered and driven back to Deira.

1. Make a list. Something like "one suit, three office shirts and a kandura", with your building, street number and flat. Say if you want sharp or soft creases.
2. Pack separately. Hanging clothes go in their own bag, not with folded washing.
3. Pickup is free from your door or the building's front desk.
4. Each garment is finished before the next one starts.
5. It comes back on a hanger, normally the next day, in a cover.

Clean and press suits anything that creases after one wear. In a Deira wardrobe that usually means:

• Office shirts: poplin, oxford and twill, steamed from the collar down.
• Linen: shirts and trousers crease the moment you sit, and steam relaxes them again.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose and crepe crease easily, and they hold their shape best on a hanger.
• Suits and chinos: mostly wool or cotton blends. We steam jackets on a form so the lapels lie flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: usually white cotton or poly-cotton, steamed smooth down the front.
• Ghutras: laid out flat and smoothed. You choose how to fold it afterwards.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: georgette and crepe get steam only, so black fabric keeps its matt look. For a shayla price, ask on WhatsApp.
• Kurta sets: top and trousers are kept together under one ticket.

• Washed already and only creased? Pressing takes the creases out without washing it again.
• Silk, lace, heavy wool, sequins or beads? Water can ruin them, so choose dry cleaning.
• T-shirts, socks, swimwear, pyjamas? A Wash & Fold bag is the right place.

Can't tell which one? Send a photo of the care label on WhatsApp and we'll answer before the driver arrives in Deira.

The iron symbol on a care label carries one to three dots. They show the hottest setting the fabric can take, and we keep our steam below it. Three dots, around 200°C, means cotton or linen. Two dots, around 150°C, covers wool, silk and polyester blends. One dot, around 110°C, is for synthetics like acrylic. If the iron is crossed out, we use steam alone.

• Black crepe is kept off the hot plate, because it can go shiny. Black abayas and dark trousers get steam and nothing else.
• Collars and cuffs get longer, since they're what people see first.
• We remember your creases: sharp, soft or none. It's noted for next time.
• Covers breathe: Dubai's summer humidity can average over 90%, and plastic traps damp. Ours let it out on the way back to Deira.

Hanging clothes are collected free across Deira, just like a wash and fold bag.

• What to send: building name, street and flat number, plus a location pin.
• Useful landmarks: your nearest Green Line station, such as Al Ras, Baniyas Square or Gold Souq.
• Close by: we also collect free in Port Saeed.

Clothes collected in Deira are normally back the next day. That's inside the 24 hours that cover most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece. We'll tell you how long when we collect.

Want a shirt back the same day? Book before 2 PM. Where express covers your address, it's ready five hours after pickup. Not every address is covered, so send your building and we'll confirm.

Mention these when you book a pickup in Deira.

• Food and drink: coffee, tea or sauce on a shirt. Say which it was.
• Sun cream: can stain white collars and cuffs yellow-orange. Show us where.
• Collar sweat: summer heat over 43°C turns white collars and kandura necks yellow. The earlier we treat it, the better.
• Deodorant: shows as white streaks on dark cloth and yellow patches on light cloth, and each needs its own treatment.
• Perfume oil and oud: can leave a ring on pale cotton. Show us the ring and name the oil if you know it.

An item's price includes pickup from your Deira home, the cleaning and the delivery back. Under bed linen wash and fold, sheets and pillowcases are washed, dried right through and folded flat. A pillowcase gets as much care as a king duvet. It just dries sooner.

• Hand check: seams, corners and any stain you told us about.
• Machine of its own: sanitised, with bedding alone inside. A duvet needs space to move or the water won't reach its middle.
• Detergent: hypoallergenic and biodegradable, which counts for pillowcases that touch your face all night.
• Drying: the outside of a duvet dries first, so we feel the filling rather than trust a timer.
• Packing: only when completely dry. Damp bedding never goes in a bag.

A duvet cover is AED 31. It comes off the duvet and gets its own wash cycle.

1. Send a list like "two king duvets, eight pillowcases and four bath towels", with your address and a pin.
2. We reply with a pickup slot and your return day.
3. Bag it up: one duvet per bag, rolled tightly. Towels and sheets can share a bag.
4. Pickup is free, from your door or the reception desk if there is one.
5. WhatsApp updates follow until it's delivered.

Messages are answered day and night. Expecting guests this weekend? Book early so the spare-room sheets are fresh.

Duvets and comforters, single to king, are AED 56. They differ in how we clean them.

• Duvet: a soft filling that lives inside a cover. We charge and wash the cover on its own.
• Comforter: stitched into squares, often patterned, and used with no cover. Squares dry at different speeds, so we check each one for damp.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size. Bigger blankets cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It sits on top of the bed and gathers the most dust. Mention beads, tassels or fringes.

Seam split, or stuffing showing? Photograph it before you book and we'll tell you whether it can be washed.

Sheets and pillowcases get washed far more often than duvets in Dubai's heat, so they wear out first.

• Sheets: flat or fitted, AED 25. Send fitted ones inside out, since socks and fluff gather in the corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Face cream and hair oil leave grease spots on cotton, so point them out instead of scrubbing.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. If a pillow is flat and lumpy, washing won't rescue it. Memory foam must stay dry.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Heat can harm the waterproof backing, so send a photo of the label first.

Several bedrooms? Tell us which sets belong where, and you can check each room off when it's back.

A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe AED 19. Leftover soap makes towels scratchy, so each is rinsed twice and dried fully.

• Bath and pool towels: a wet towel left overnight in a closed bag will smell by morning. Hang it up first.
• Gym towels: small ones stay damp. Let them dry before packing.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar dries last, so we check it twice. Pocket the belt so it stays with the robe.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a standard zip-off cover. Brush off pet hair and note which cushion it came from.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. Let a spill dry and tell us what it was: tea, gravy, coffee.

Pack wet towels apart from a duvet. In humid weather the filling takes up damp fast.

Some things aren't safe in a washing machine, so please keep them at home in Deira.

• Electric blankets, or anything with a cable.
• Weighted blankets, which hold glass or plastic beads.
• Memory foam pillows and toppers.
• Anything marked do not wash. Unsure? Send a label photo and we'll reply before the driver comes.

Clothes are a separate booking. Folded items such as tees and jeans go in Wash & Fold, and hanging pieces like shirts and abayas go in Clean & Press. One bag per service, and one driver takes the lot. Our home linen guide has more bedding tips.

For duvet and comforter laundering, drying takes the time. Covers dry quickly, but down, feather and polyester fillings hold water for hours. Even a slightly damp duvet smells musty once it's put away, air conditioning or not.

• 48 to 72 hours: that's how long thick bedding from Deira stays with us, so the middle dries as well as the edges.
• Your return day: we send it in the chat once you've booked.
