One bag is up to 6kg, and it can hold a mix. A typical stay fills it with T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, gym kit and swimwear. You do not have to split the clothes by type, because we sort them for you.

Put the bag together in your room, then hand it to the driver at the lobby or concierge desk of Crowne Plaza Deira, if the hotel is happy with it. Smart pieces such as shirts, suits and dresses are better as separate items on the same pickup, so they come back pressed on hangers.

Everything is sorted by colour before it goes into the machine. We wash light and dark colours separately, so a black T-shirt will not tint a white one.

Your clothes go into a machine of their own, never in a load with another customer's items. We use a gentle, hypoallergenic detergent, treat visible stains by hand first and fold everything when it is dry.

Wash and fold comes back folded by hand. Shirts you want on a hanger should go in as separate Clean and Press items, not in the bag.

If something needs a cooler wash or special care, say so in your WhatsApp message and we will note it on your order.

Long days out leave clothes damp and heavy. Gym kit goes in the bag like anything else, is washed with the rest of your load and comes back fresh and folded.

Swimwear needs a gentle touch to keep its stretch. Put it in the bag or tell us it is delicate, and we wash it kindly.

If a piece is brand new and might run colour, tell us, and we keep it away from your whites.

Hotel laundry pickup is free, and so is delivery. Tell us you are at Crowne Plaza Deira, and the driver comes to the lobby or concierge desk, as far as the hotel allows.

The driver looks the items over with you, then we text the payment link. It takes a minute of your time and you are done.

If the hotel does not allow handovers in the lobby, message us and we will work out another way to meet.

Need clean clothes today? Order before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be home within 5 hours, as long as express reaches your address. Send us your pin and we check it before the driver sets off.

Express suits a handful of items you cannot go without, such as a shirt for an evening meeting or clothes for a late flight. For a full bag of travel clothes, the usual 24 hours is normally plenty.

Express covers an urgent handful, so it helps to tell us what you need most first.

You pay online, never in the lobby. After the driver has checked your items, we text a secure payment link to your phone.

Pay with a debit card, a credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash or cards are taken in the lobby.

Delivery starts once the payment goes through, so pay as soon as the link arrives and your bag is on its way back to Crowne Plaza Deira.

Each payment is for the items the driver checked, so the amount matches the price list on this page.

The link is a secure one. If you do not see it, message us in the same chat and we send it again.

If you are in Dubai for weeks, a plan makes a regular wash easier to plan. Essential is one bag a week for AED 250 a month. Family is two bags a week for AED 450 a month.

One bag costs AED 65. You pay nothing for pickup or delivery whichever you choose. Plans are billed monthly, and you can ask us about them on WhatsApp.

Short stay? A single bag does the job and there is nothing to sign.

Plans suit business travellers on long projects and families on extended holidays.

We take care of every bag, and we are open about what happens if something goes wrong. Cover for loss or damage goes up to ten times what it costs to clean that item.

Anything already damaged, and anything with no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk. Please point these out when the driver checks your bag, so we can note them on your order.

If you notice a problem after delivery, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and your order details. We look into it and answer you there. Keep the WhatsApp chat as your record.

A crumpled shirt after a flight is easy to fix. Give it to the driver, and it comes back cleaned, pressed and on a hanger. A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as one item, jacket and trousers together.

For a meeting tomorrow, book today. For a meeting this evening, ask about express: order before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be home within 5 hours, if express reaches your address.

Tell us the day and time you need your clothes and we plan around it.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed one piece at a time. A kandura, a ghutra, a jalabiya and a kurta each have their own price, and a plain abaya has a basic and a delicate option.

Everything returns on a hanger, so it is ready for a wedding or a family visit. Say so if a piece has beading or fine fabric.

A wedding, a gala or a client dinner usually means one outfit that has to look right. Silk blouses, evening dresses and satin pieces are not for the wash bag. They are cleaned and pressed as single items, after we read the care label.

Send them early and tell us the date of the event. If the dress has a long skirt or lots of layers, say so when you book, so the team handles it with care.

Everything is returned on a hanger. Hang it up as soon as it arrives, and keep it away from damp air until you wear it.

Express laundry delivery and express suit pressing both mean 5 hours if you book before 2 PM, and if your address is covered. It works best for one or two pieces, such as a shirt or a suit for the evening.

Message us your pin first so we can confirm it before the driver is on the way. Express is not for a whole wardrobe, so keep it for what you need.

Every garment has a care label, and the dry cleaning symbol is a circle. We read it before we choose a process.

A plain circle means the item can be dry cleaned. A letter inside the circle, such as P or F, tells the cleaner which solvent is safe. A bar under the circle means a gentler process. A circle with a cross through it means do not dry clean.

Labels for washing look different, with a tub and numbers for the temperature. If there is no label at all, we can still clean the item, but we then clean it at the owner's own risk.

If a shirt, kandura or pair of trousers is already clean and only creased from the suitcase, choose pressing only. Steam pressing without a wash is enough, and the piece returns on a hanger. The price for each item is listed on this page. Hang it up when it arrives.

Have your hanging pieces ready when the driver arrives at the lobby or concierge of Crowne Plaza Deira, if the hotel allows it. The driver checks each item with you and notes anything already marked or damaged.

After that, we text a secure payment link. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a bank card. Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

If we lose or damage a piece, you are covered for up to 10 times what we charge to clean it. That works the same for a shirt, a suit, a dress or a kandura.

A piece that is already damaged or has no care label is cleaned at the owner's risk. Tell the driver about any weak spot when your items are checked at pickup.
