Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at ibis Al Rigga

Start with a WhatsApp message that has your hotel name and a location pin. We then settle on a time, often the same day. Just checked in and want a bag collected before dinner? Say so and we try to fit it.

Our driver comes to the front desk of ibis Dubai Al Rigga, as far as the hotel permits, and counts through the bag with you so both sides know what is inside.

A payment link follows by text. When it is paid, the clothes head back to your hotel.

Most bags are ready within 24 hours, so it also works as a next-day laundry service on a short trip.

Think everyday clothes: T-shirts, underwear, socks, shorts, jeans, gym kit and swimwear. Mix them freely. The bag price holds up to 6kg, which is usually a few days of clothes for one person, with room to spare.

Leave out suits, jackets and evening dresses. Those go to Clean & Press, and return on hangers.

Bring the pool and gym things too. A damp swimsuit and sweaty gym kit are best washed quickly, not left in a suitcase.

Colours are separated before washing. Your white shirts and socks never share a drum with dark jeans or black tops.

That keeps whites bright and stops dye marking pale clothes. It counts on a trip, when you pack light colours for ibis Al Rigga and change twice a day.

Pale linen and cotton shirts are the ones that usually suffer on holiday, so we keep them in a load of their own colour. Anything stretchy, such as gym leggings, goes with similar fabrics.

The detergent is mild, hypoallergenic and biodegradable, with a light scent. Skin tired from a long flight usually copes with it well, and your clothes do not come back smelling of heavy perfume.

It is also commercial-grade, strong enough to lift dirt from a full bag after a week of travel and hot days outdoors.

Your order has its own freshly cleaned drum. Nobody else's clothes go in with yours, so what comes back is what you sent, only clean.

After the wash, everything is dried and folded by hand. T-shirts, shorts and underwear come back in tidy piles instead of one crumpled heap, ready to go straight into your case.

The driver brings the bag to ibis Al Rigga, where you can meet them or leave it with the desk, depending on what the hotel permits. A message tells you when the driver is on the way.

Leaving on the same day? Give us your check-out time. The hotel's check-out is 12:00, so booking the day before is wise. With a late flight, a morning pickup still gets your bag back in time.

Holiday clothes can be fine and stretchy. Mention a delicate piece in the chat and we use a gentle setting. That covers light dresses, thin knits and sports tops.

We follow each care label. A piece with no label, or one that is damaged already, is cleaned at your own risk.

That is why the driver goes through the bag with you at pickup. It is also a good moment to point out a favourite piece that needs extra care.

Some guests stay in Dubai for weeks, on a work contract or between homes. For them a monthly plan can be better value: Essential is AED 250 a month, and Family is AED 450.

Essential gives one bag a week and Family two. A single bag on its own costs AED 65, so you can try that first at ibis Al Rigga and pick a plan later, once you see how fast the clothes pile up.

You pay by secure link only. It is texted to you once the driver has been through your items, and it takes debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash and cards are never handled in the lobby, which keeps things simple for the hotel team as well.

If we lose or damage a piece, you are covered for up to ten times what we charged to clean it.

Items with no care label, or ones already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk. Delivery begins after payment, and you get a message when the driver is on the way.

Landed with creased clothes and an early meeting? Send the shirt, jacket and trousers. All three are cleaned and pressed.

Every piece is checked first, then hung and brought back to ibis Al Rigga. The hotel has a meeting room for up to 35 people, so business guests often need a whole team looking sharp.

If time is short, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It takes five hours in areas we cover. Tell us when the meeting starts and we plan the pickup around it.

Express is for the pieces you need fast. Book before 2 PM and your order can come back within five hours, in areas we cover. No fee is charged for express.

Name the urgent pieces in your message and the driver takes them first. A shirt for a dinner tonight is a common one.

We clean and press kanduras, abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas. A kandura is AED 15, and each piece is hung when it returns.

Guests often need them for a wedding, a family visit or Friday prayers. Send them a day early where you can, so there is no rush before the event.

Say if a piece is embroidered or delicate and we take extra care. An abaya is basic or delicate, so tell us which one you have. If you are not sure, send a photo in the chat.

An evening dress for a wedding party or a gala is cleaned and pressed here too. Mention beads, sequins or lace when you book. It returns on a hanger, ready to wear, so you only need to carry it down to the lobby.

Each piece is looked over before cleaning. We check the pockets, the labels and any marks. A forgotten pen or a room key card in a pocket is easy to miss, so we look.

Suits and jackets are done individually, never piled together. Shirts are steamed by hand and hung up.

If something has a mark, tell us the cause. It helps us choose the right method.

Spots from dinner or coffee are checked by hand before cleaning. Tell us what caused the mark, as fresh ones lift best. Mention it when you book if the stain is more than a day old.
