Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Mamzar

A bag from a studio flat and a bag from a big villa get the same treatment.

• Pockets: we take out keys, coins and tissues. One pen left behind can stain the whole load.
• Colours: whites and pastels wash together. Black clothes and dark denim have their own load, and lace goes in cooler water.
• Marks: we deal with coffee, curry and sweat before the machine, since dryer heat can lock a stain in.
• Washing: a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, rinsed thoroughly. Clothes come back smelling clean, not scented.
• Drying: a cool setting keeps cotton at its size and waistbands firm.

4. We wash, dry and fold everything.
5. Delivery: a WhatsApp tells you when we leave for Al Mamzar, and delivery costs nothing.

Shirts to hang as well? Pack them in a second bag, mention it in your booking and the same driver takes both. They are handled as Clean & Press.

A simple guide: if it can go in your own washing machine, it can go in our bag. Skip anything labelled hand wash only or do not wash. Most bags hold a mix like this:

• Sports gear: training tops, leggings, shorts, socks.
• Casual work clothes: polos and plain tees that you fold rather than hang.
• Weekend wear: jeans, joggers and hoodies, with dark jeans turned inside out.
• After the beach: swimsuits, rash vests and swim shorts. Shake out the sand and rinse them under a tap first.
• Hot-weather clothes: cotton, linen and light dresses.
• Children's clothes: uniforms, pyjamas and play clothes, with the zips closed.

The bag is for everyday clothes. We clean the items below too, each at its own price, and one driver collects them all from your Al Mamzar home.

• Shirts, suits, abayas, kanduras: Clean & Press, priced per piece, returned hanging.
• Silk, wool, sequins, beads: water can harm them, so dry cleaning is the safer choice.
• Bath and pool towels: Bed & Bath, charged per towel.
• Knitwear marked hand wash, and underwired bras: keep these out of the bag. If a label confuses you, WhatsApp a photo.
• Curtains, rugs, trainers: each has its own service higher up the page.

Nothing goes into a machine before it has been sorted. We check for these things.

• Colour run: new jeans and bright cottons may bleed early on, so they are kept away from whites.
• Rough against smooth: zips and heavy denim pill fine fabrics, so they get their own load.
• Your machine: one customer per machine, with no sharing.
• Clean drums: each machine is sanitised between customers.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, rinsed thoroughly because soap left in gym kit itches in the humidity.
• Gentle heat: hot drying shrinks cotton and tires elastic. Waistbands, cuffs and seams are felt for damp before they are folded.
• Final check: a hanging button or a stubborn mark gets a message from us on WhatsApp.

We cover all of Al Mamzar and charge nothing for pickup or delivery.

• Homes: villas and apartment buildings alike. Give us the building or villa name and your number.
• Handover: outside your own front door, or with reception if there is one.
• Locating you: Al Mamzar stretches from the shore to Hor Al Anz, with Al Waheda on one side and Sharjah on the other. Your pin and a nearby landmark such as Century Mall or Al Mamzar Beach Park are the quickest guide.
• Villas with gates: drop the pin at the gate.
• Next door: Hor Al Anz is covered for free pickup as well.

A weekly habit suits a plan, and plans are the budget-friendly wash and fold choice. The driver comes on a set day each week, so there is nothing to rebook, and each bag costs less than a one-off.

• Essential is AED 250 a month for four bags. It fits one or two people.
• Family is AED 450 a month for eight bags, with space for uniforms, gym kit and swimwear.
• No plan: a single bag is AED 65.

Bags from Al Mamzar normally return within 24 hours, in line with the rest of Dubai.

Want a same-day laundry service? Book express laundry delivery before 2 PM. At covered addresses the bag is back five hours after collection. A few addresses fall outside the express area, so ask us first.

• Point to the mark: curry on a cuff, sunscreen on a neckline, juice on a school shirt.
• Say what you used: bleach, hot water and sprays can make a stain stubborn.
• Let damp kit air: sweaty gym clothes shut in a bag turn sour in summer, so give them an hour on a hanger.

The shirt price is the final price. Stain work, hanger and cover are all included.

• On arrival: pockets emptied, label read, loose buttons noted.
• Marks: treated by hand before washing, because heat can set them.
• Cleaning: a cool wash for cotton and cotton mixes to prevent shrinking, and special care for delicate fabrics.
• Drying: on hangers in filtered air, never in a tumble dryer, so sleeves keep their length.
• Steaming: collar and cuffs first, then the front, then the back and sleeves.
• Inspection: three checks, then a cover and the drive back to Al Mamzar.

1. Write a quick list, such as "two kanduras, five shirts, one pair of chinos". Give your building or villa, its number and your crease preference.
2. Pack separately from your folded washing.
3. Hand over at your door or at the front desk if there is one. It is free.
4. We work piece by piece, finishing each garment before starting the next.
5. Everything returns on hangers, usually next day, under breathable covers.

Ask yourself whether it creases after a single wear. If it does, it belongs here. In an Al Mamzar wardrobe that often means:

• Work shirts in poplin, oxford or twill cotton, steamed from the collar down.
• Blouses and skirts in viscose, crepe or fine cotton, which crease fast and prefer a hanger.
• Suits and chinos in wool or cotton mixes. Jackets are steamed on a form to keep lapels flat.
• Kanduras and thobes in white cotton or poly-cotton, steamed smooth at the front.
• Ghutras, smoothed flat on a table and left unfolded.

• School shirts before photo day.

• Clean clothes with creases only? Pressing smooths them with no second wash.
• Delicate silk, lace, heavy wool, sequins or beads: dry cleaning avoids the risk from water.
• Just tees, socks, nightwear, gym shorts? Use a Wash & Fold bag.

If you are unsure, WhatsApp a picture of the label. We will answer before the driver gets to Al Mamzar.

Dots on a label show the highest safe heat, and our steamer stays below it. Three dots means cotton and linen, up to about 200°C. Two dots means wool, silk and polyester blends, about 150°C. One dot means synthetics like acrylic, about 110°C. A crossed-out iron means steam only.

• Dark crepe: a hot plate can shine it, so black abayas and dark trousers only get steam.
• Collars and cuffs: they get extra time, as people look at them first.
• Your crease: sharp, soft, none or a travel fold. We write it down for your next order.
• Covers: plastic holds in the damp of a Dubai summer, so we use covers that breathe.

Pickup is free from anywhere in Al Mamzar, exactly as for a wash and fold bag.

• Send: building or villa name, flat or villa number and a pin.
• Landmarks: Century Mall, Al Mamzar Centre or the beach park help the driver place you.
• Also free nearby: Al Rigga and Al Muraqqabat.

Hanging clothes from Al Mamzar normally return the next day, matching our 24-hour standard for most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time at booking.

For a shirt today, book before 2 PM. Express covers certain addresses and returns the shirt five hours after pickup. Send your building or villa name and we will confirm.

When you book in Al Mamzar, it helps to flag these.

• Spills: tea or ketchup on a shirt, and what it was.
• Yellowing: sweat collects in white collars and kandura necklines during the Dubai summer. Treated early, it lifts more easily.
• Deodorant: white marks on dark fabric and yellow on pale fabric are different problems. Say which you have.
• Oud and perfume oil: can ring light cotton. Point to the place and name the oil.
• Requests: a loose button, a travel fold, or no crease at all.

You pay once per item, and that includes collection from Al Mamzar, the clean and the delivery back. Bed linen wash and fold means sheets and pillowcases are washed, checked for dry seams and folded flat. A pillowcase is cared for like a duvet and just dries sooner.

• Hand check: seams, corners and any stain you pointed out.
• Your own sanitised machine: nobody else's bedding shares it. Duvets need room, since water struggles to reach the middle of a packed drum.
• Detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which matters for pillowcases against your face.
• Full drying: we feel the filling by hand, because the edges dry first and the timer cannot tell us about the centre.
• Dry in the bag: nothing is packed damp.

A duvet cover is AED 31 and is washed on its own.

1. List it: "one king duvet, six pillowcases, the bath towels". Add your building or villa, number and pin.
2. We confirm a pickup slot and the date it returns.
3. Pack: each duvet rolled tightly in its own bag, and sheets with towels in another.
4. Hand over at the door, or at reception if there is one. No charge.
5. Follow it in the WhatsApp chat until delivery.

Messages are answered at any hour, so even a booking the evening before guests arrive is fine.

Duvets and comforters are AED 56 each up to king size, but we handle them differently.

• Duvet: the filled inner that sits inside a cover, which is priced and washed separately.
• Comforter: stitched through, often patterned, used without a cover. Each stitched pocket dries at its own pace, so we check them all.
• Blanket: AED 26 for standard size, more for large ones.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It lies on top, so dust and sand settle on it. Mention beads, tassels or fringe.

If a seam has split or filling is escaping, send a photo and we will say whether it can be washed.

Hot weather means more frequent changes of sheets and pillowcases, so they wear out ahead of the duvet.

• Sheets are AED 25 each, flat or fitted. Turn fitted ones inside out, as socks hide in the corners.
• Pillowcases are AED 9. Face cream and hair oil leave greasy marks on cotton. Show us where, and avoid scrubbing.
• Pillows are AED 19 each. Fold one in half and release it. If it stays folded, the filling is spent. Memory foam must not get wet.
• Mattress protectors are AED 35. Heat can destroy the waterproof layer, so send us the label first.

Clearing every bedroom in a villa? Tell us the sets per room and checking is simple.

Towels cost AED 7 each and bathrobes AED 19. Soap residue makes towels rough, so we rinse twice and dry fully.

• Beach and pool towels: send them soon. One left wet in a bag overnight starts to smell.
• Gym towels: let them air first.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar takes longest, so we check it twice. Keep the belt in a pocket.
• Sofa covers: a zip-off cover is AED 46. Note where each cushion belongs and brush away pet hair.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. Let spills dry and tell us whether it was coffee, gravy or juice.

A wet towel packed against a duvet will soak into the filling, particularly in humid months.

Washing machines are not safe for these items, so keep them at home in Al Mamzar:

• Electric blankets and anything with wires or a plug.
• Weighted blankets holding glass or plastic beads.
• Memory foam toppers and pillows.
• Items labelled "do not wash". If unsure, message us the label and we will reply before pickup.

For duvet and comforter laundering, the wait is nearly all drying. Covers dry quickly. Feather, down and polyester fillings keep moisture for hours, and a slightly damp duvet smells musty even in an air-conditioned bedroom.

• 48 to 72 hours lets the centre dry as thoroughly as the outside.
• Return date: shared in the chat when you book.
