Put in T-shirts, underwear, socks, pyjamas, jeans, shorts, gym kit and swimwear. Anything you can wash in a normal machine fits.

Tell the driver if one piece needs special care. We check the care labels, and items without a label are cleaned at your own risk.

The bag is weighed on collection, so you know if it is under 6kg or needs the larger size.

Each order runs in its own sanitised machine. Nothing is mixed with another customer's clothes.

We use commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Clothes are dried on low heat, then folded by hand and bagged.

Tell the driver about stains such as coffee, food or sunscreen. We treat them by hand before washing, and knowing the cause helps.

Delicate pieces in the bag are washed gently where the label allows. Very fine items are better sent for clean and press.

A bag is for everyday clothes. A suit, an evening dress, a kandura or an abaya belongs in Clean and Press, where it is cleaned and pressed one piece at a time.

If you are unsure, ask on WhatsApp before the driver arrives and we will say which service fits.

The standard turnaround is 24 hours, so this works as a next-day laundry service. If you check out soon, book early in your stay and we will return the bag to Movenpick Al Mamzar before you leave.

For something urgent, express laundry delivery can be 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

We collect from the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, and bring the bag back to the same place. Pickup and delivery are both free.

You do not need to hand over cash or cards in the lobby. Payment is by a secure link we text you after the driver has checked your items.

If you stay for weeks, a monthly plan can be cheaper. Essential is one bag a week at AED 250, and Family is two bags a week at AED 450.

A single bag is AED 65 if you only need it once.

We check your items with you at pickup and again on return. If something is lost or damaged, cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

Shirts are cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers. Business guests often send a few at a time, so the whole week looks fresh.

Give the driver the shirts you need first, and tell us if you need them back before a particular meeting or flight.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas, kurtas and abayas are priced on their own lines. We check the label and the fabric first, then clean and press by hand.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set. Evening dresses, blouses and ties are handled one at a time, and each comes back on a hanger.

If you have an event on the day you arrive, say so when you book. We can plan the timing around it, and express suit pressing can be back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

A coat that has spent a flight in a cold cabin can go in with the rest. We clean it properly and return it on a hanger.

If a shirt is already clean but creased from the suitcase, you can send it for pressing only. It is steamed and returned on a hanger, without a wash.

Pressing only has its own price list, and it is a quick way to fix a creased shirt before a meeting.

Most pieces are back in 24 hours. Delicate pieces such as fine silk or beaded dresses can take longer, so allow time before a flight. We tell you how long at pickup.

You pay by a secure link we text you after the driver checks the items. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and no one takes cash or cards in the lobby.
