• Pack your clothes. Use any bag that closes. Whatever does not fit in 6kg can go in a second bag.
• We collect. The driver comes at your chosen time and picks up from your door.
• We wash. Your order is washed, dried and folded.
• We deliver. It arrives back at your door, usually the next day. Anything that should hang can go as Clean & Press in the same booking.

If your plans change, tell us in the same chat and we will move the pickup to a better time, with no fee.

Almost any washable clothing can go in. These are the things people tend to put in first.

• Tennis and cricket kit: whites, polos and socks, washed in their own load.
• Gym clothes: leggings, shorts and sports tops that need a proper wash after a workout.
• Lagoon-walk clothes: T-shirts and shorts after a hot morning outdoors.
• Swimwear: rinse it first, then it can join the bag.
• School and play clothes: shirts, socks and anything the children have worn all day.
• Pyjamas and loungewear: the soft clothes that make up most of a weekly wash.

Some things need a different kind of care than a machine wash, so please keep them out of the bag.

• Work shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: these are better as Clean & Press, which brings them back on hangers.
• Silk, wool and anything beaded or sequinned: send these for dry cleaning.
• Bath and pool towels: the Bed & Bath tab prices these per item.
• Underwired bras and hand-wash knits: these are best washed by hand at home.
• Rugs, curtains and trainers: each has its own service, so ask us on WhatsApp.

If a piece is not listed here, just ask. We would rather answer a question than damage a favourite.

• Colours: lights and darks are washed in different loads, so whites stay white.
• Weight: a 6kg bag is washed as one load, so the clothes have room to move and rinse well.

• Handover: the bag is left at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one.

If you wash every week, a plan can cost less than ordering a bag each time. Each plan bag is collected on a weekday you choose.

• Essential: a bag every week, four a month, for AED 250 a month.
• Family: two bags a week, eight a month, for AED 450 a month.
• No plan: a single 6kg bag is AED 65 whenever you book.

Most wash and fold orders from Sobha Hartland come back within 24 hours. Express takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM, but only where your address is covered, so ask on WhatsApp first.

• Say what caused the stain: coffee, oil and sweat each need different treatment.
• Mention home remedies: if you have already tried bleach or vinegar, we need to know.
• Dry it before packing: a wet item can leave the whole bag smelling damp.

A short note in the chat is all it takes.

If your order is for a busy weekend, tell us when you need it back and we will say whether it fits.

The price for each piece covers everything we do to it, with no extras.

• Checked first: pockets emptied, care label read, loose buttons noted.
• Stains treated by hand: warm water can fix a stain, so we deal with it first.
• The right wash: cotton goes in cool water so it does not shrink, and fine pieces get specialist cleaning.
• Dried hanging: filtered air, not a tumble dryer, so sleeves stay their length.
• Steamed in order: collar, cuffs and then the body, by hand.

Collars and cuffs get the longest attention, because they show wear and sweat first.

• Make a list. Write down what you are sending.
• Use two bags. One for clothes to hang and one for anything folded.

• Silk, lace, sequins or heavy wool? Choose dry cleaning.
• T-shirts, gym shorts or pyjamas? Use wash and fold, which costs less.

Care labels are small, but they decide how we treat a piece.

• Steam only on dark crepe: some fabrics are marked by a hot iron, so we steam them gently.
• Extra time on collars and cuffs: these show wear first, so we spend longer on them.
• Your crease kept: tell us if you like a crease down trousers or sleeves.
• Covers that breathe: clothes go back in breathable covers, so they do not sweat on the rail.

If a label is missing or unreadable, we treat the piece with extra care and ask you before doing anything risky.

Standard return for Clean & Press is 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate pieces such as beaded abayas can take longer, because they need slower care. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time at pickup.

Express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM, but only where your address is covered. Ask us on WhatsApp before you rely on it.

If you have an event or flight, tell us the date when you book and we will plan the order around it.

Telling us about a stain before pickup helps us treat it in the right way.

• Coffee and food: treated by hand before any wash.
• Yellow collars: sweat and skin oils, which need a targeted treatment.
• Deodorant: white marks under the arms are lifted before cleaning.
• Oud and perfume oils: these can stain silk and light cotton, so tell us.
• Anything else: a line in the chat is enough.

Some marks come out fully and some only fade. We will tell you honestly if a stain is likely to stay.

If you know what caused a mark, say so. It helps us choose the right treatment first time.

One price per item covers pickup from your home, the wash and delivery back. Nothing is added later.

A fresh set of covers is the easiest way to make a bedroom feel clean again. A comforter cover is AED 31.

• Kind detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it is gentle on skin.

Each item is counted and written down when it arrives, then checked again before it goes back. Nothing in your order is mixed with anyone else's, and anything we cannot wash safely, we tell you about before we start.

The names get mixed up, so here is how we use them.

• Duvet: the filled inner, priced at AED 56 for any size up to king.
• Comforter: a thick quilted cover, and slow to dry.
• Blanket: a standard one is AED 26, with larger ones costing more.
• Bedcover: a flat spread for the top of the bed, at AED 29.

Bigger blankets cost more, so tell us the size when you book.

These are the pieces you wash most often, and they are easy to send in one go.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, flat or fitted.
• Pillowcases: AED 9 each, washed and folded.
• Pillows: AED 19 each, washed one at a time.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35 each, dried until fully dry.

Send a full set together and it comes back together.

A full set washed together comes back together, so the bed can be made the same evening. Fitted sheets are folded flat, and pillowcases are returned in a neat stack.

Our towel laundry service suits pool, gym and bath towels alike. Thick towels hold a lot of water, so they take up most of a home machine's capacity. Here they are washed with plenty of room and dried through.

• Towels: AED 7 each, bath or pool.
• Gym towels: washed with the rest, then folded.
• Bathrobes: AED 19 each.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular cover.
• Tablecloths: AED 19 each.

Add them to your bedding order and everything comes back together.

Large items such as sofa covers need more room, so mention them in your booking.

Towels come back soft and fully dry, folded to fit a shelf or a pool bag. Bathrobes are washed alone, so the belts do not tangle with other things.

Pool and gym towels are among the easiest orders to book, since they pile up quickly after a week of swimming and workouts.

A few things should stay out of any washing machine.

• Electric blankets: the wiring and water do not mix.
• Weighted blankets: the beads can shift or damage the machine.
• Memory foam: it breaks down when it gets wet.
• Anything with a crossed-out washtub on the label.

Thick bedding needs time to dry in the middle, and rushing it only leaves damp patches.
