What fits in a wash and fold bag
Think of the bag as your whole stay in one go. T-shirts, shirts you are happy to have folded, jeans, shorts, gym kit, swimwear and everyday clothes all go in together. You do not sort them or count them.
One 6kg bag costs AED 65. If you have more, a 12kg bag costs AED 120. Both prices include pickup and return at Grand Millennium Dubai.

How we sort your bag
When your bag reaches our laundry, we sort it before anything is washed. Whites, darks and colours are separated, and clothes that need a gentler cycle are set aside.
Your order from Grand Millennium Dubai is washed in its own machine. It is never mixed with another guest's clothes, and the drum is sanitised after each cycle.
If you tell us about a fabric that needs care, we put that on the order.
Gentle washing, commercial-grade results
We use a commercial-grade detergent in large machines. It is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it is kind to skin as well as strong on dirt.
That suits a long flight, a sweaty day of meetings or a week in the Dubai heat. Everything is washed in a way that does not fade your clothes, then rinsed well so no smell is left behind.
Low-heat drying
After washing, your clothes are dried on a low heat. That helps cotton keep its shape and stops knits from shrinking.
We fold each piece by hand and pack your order from Grand Millennium Dubai in a clean bag. Anything that should not go near a dryer, tell us when you book, and we will handle it separately.
Everything comes back dry, folded and ready to go back in your case.
Stains and marks
A bag of travel clothes always has a few marks. Tell us about them on WhatsApp when you book, or write on the order what caused them.
We treat stains by hand before washing. Sauce, oil, coffee and sunscreen each need their own approach, so a short note helps. Some marks will not lift, and we will say so rather than promise.
Pickup and return at the hotel
Book on WhatsApp and our driver comes to Grand Millennium Dubai. We collect at the lobby, or with the concierge if the hotel allows it. Pickup and return are free.
The driver checks your items with you. After that we text you a secure link to pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash at the hotel. Once you pay, your clothes go out for delivery and come back to the same place.
Plans for longer stays
Staying a month or more for work? A monthly plan can save you booking each time. The Essential plan costs AED 250 a month and covers four bags. The Family plan costs AED 450 a month and covers eight bags.

What is better as Clean & Press
Not everything belongs in a wash and fold bag. Suits, jackets, silk blouses, evening dresses, coats and anything with sequins are better cleaned one piece at a time.
Shirts you want on hangers for a meeting also go to Clean & Press. Add them to the same pickup at Grand Millennium Dubai, and we split the order for you, so both services come back together.

For guest dry cleaning, clean and press is for the pieces that have to look right: a suit for a meeting, a shirt for dinner, a kandura or abaya for an event. Each one is cleaned and pressed on its own and returned on a hanger. A shirt costs AED 18 and a kandura costs AED 15. Pickup and return at Grand Millennium Dubai are free, with no hidden fees.

Suits for meetings and events
A suit that spent hours in a case needs more than a quick press. We clean the jacket and trousers together so they stay a matching pair, then press them and return both on hangers.
Hand the suit over at Grand Millennium Dubai before 2 PM and ask about express if you need it back the same day. Express is only offered where your address is covered, and it has no extra fee.
Shirts on hangers
Shirts are cleaned and pressed one at a time and cost AED 18 each. They come back on hangers, so they are ready to wear.

Kandura, abaya and traditional wear
Traditional clothes are cleaned and pressed with the same care as a suit. A kandura costs AED 15. Abayas are priced as plain or delicate, and ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas each have their own price.
If a piece is going to a wedding or a family event, tell us the date when you book and the colour or fabric if it needs special care. Everything is returned on a hanger.
When another service suits better
Not sure Clean & Press is the right one? Gym kit, jeans and everyday T-shirts are cheaper in a wash and fold bag. If a shirt is already clean and just creased, ask for pressing only. We will point you to the right service on WhatsApp.
Evening dresses and blouses
An evening dress for a wedding, a gala or a dinner at the hotel is cleaned and pressed alone and returned on a hanger. Blouses get the same one-at-a-time treatment.
Tell us the fabric and any marks. If you have a ballroom event at Grand Millennium Dubai, give us the date and book as early as you can. Express is possible only where your address is covered, and there is no express fee.
How long it takes
Most Clean & Press orders are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you when you book.
Express takes about 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Need a suit or a shirt for a meeting today? Message us before 2 PM and ask for express suit pressing. If Grand Millennium Dubai is covered, it is back in about 5 hours with no express fee.
If it is not covered, we say so right away.
Checks before we return your order
Before an order leaves our laundry, each piece is checked against its care label and for any marks that are left. Pressed pieces go on hangers and are covered for the trip back to Grand Millennium Dubai.
If something was already damaged or had no care label when we received it, we clean it at the owner's risk. We tell you about this at the pickup.

It helps to ask. Some hotels allow outside drivers at the lobby and some do not, and we cannot speak for Grand Millennium Dubai. Check with the front desk if you can. If the hotel allows it, we collect there. If not, we will suggest another handover point nearby.

How fast can I get my clothes back?
Most orders are back within 24 hours. A same-day hotel laundry order needs express. Express takes about 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Message us first, and we will say whether Grand Millennium Dubai is on today's route.

What if something is lost or damaged?
We cover loss or damage up to ten times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. The driver checks your pieces at pickup, so we both know what went into the bag.
