Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates

Every bag follows the same routine once the driver has brought it back to our laundry. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is washed with another customer's clothes.

1. Pockets and labels. Pockets are emptied and care labels read, so a forgotten receipt or key card does not end up in the drum.
2. Sorting. Lights, darks and delicate pieces are separated, which keeps white shirts white.
3. Stain check. Collars, cuffs and any marks you told us about are looked at before the wash.
4. A mild wash. We use a commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic detergent, in a machine used for your bag only.
5. Low-heat drying. Gentle drying keeps your clothes the size you packed them.
6. Folded and bagged. Everything is folded flat and returned to you in the bag.

Anything you would put in a normal home wash can go in the bag, and it all travels for one flat price. Here is what most guests send.

• T-shirts and tops from the days you wore them out, which are hard to dry on a bathroom rail.
• Gym kit after a workout, washed on a cool, gentle cycle.
• Jeans and shorts that stay damp for a long time in a hotel bathroom.
• Swimwear after the rooftop pool.
• Shirts that only need a plain wash. For a crisp finish on a hanger, use the Clean & Press tab instead.

The bag takes up to 6kg, so a few days of clothes for one person usually fit with room to spare.

A few things are better handled piece by piece, so we keep them out of the wash bag. It saves you worry and it saves the garment.

• Suits, jackets and ties. These need cleaning and pressing. See the Clean & Press tab.
• Evening dresses and blouses. Fine fabric is cleaned on its own, never washed together with jeans.
• Kanduras, abayas and ghutras. They are priced individually and come back on hangers.
• Anything without a care label. We can clean it, but at your own risk, so tell us before you hand it over.

If you are not sure where something belongs, send us a message and we will tell you.

Guests at the hotel often come back from the rooftop pool, the gym or the mall with damp or sweaty kit. It is all easy to deal with.

• Swimwear. Rinse it if you can, then hand it over in the bag with your other clothes. It is washed and dried properly.
• Gym kit. Washed on a cool, gentle cycle so stretch fabric keeps its shape.
• Ski Dubai layers. Thermals and socks you brought yourself can go in the bag. Hired kit goes back to Ski Dubai.
• Towels. The hotel's own towels and robes stay at the hotel. Only your own things come to us.

Put anything wet in a separate bag, so nothing else gets damp before the driver arrives.

1. Message us. Send a WhatsApp with the hotel name, your check-out day and roughly how many bags you have.
2. Choose a time. We agree a pickup time that suits your plans, and your meeting point in the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates lobby.
3. Hand over the bag. The driver meets you, checks the items with you and takes the bag away.
4. Pay by link. A secure payment link is texted to you after that check. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. No cash or cards are taken in the lobby.
5. Delivery. Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery, usually the next day.

Please give us your check-out day, so the return is not left until after you have gone.

Most of what matters with timing is the day you check out, and what you have on that day.

• Standard return. Within 24 hours across most of Dubai, which suits a stay of two nights or more.
• Express. Urgent pieces can come back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Check with us on WhatsApp first.
• An early flight. Give us your departure time and we will say which day to book the pickup, so nothing is left behind.
• A late arrival. WhatsApp is open day and night, so a message sent from the airport is fine.
• A meeting tomorrow. Send the shirt today with a note about the time, and we will tell you whether it can be ready.

If you are at the hotel for a month or more, a plan can cost less than booking single bags, and it saves you messaging each week. Here are the three ways to pay.

• Essential, AED 250 a month. One bag every week, four bags a month, with pickup on a set day.
• Family, AED 450 a month. Two bags every week, eight bags a month, for families or shared stays.
• One bag, AED 65. A single wash with no commitment, good for a short trip.

Plans are paid once a month. Pickup and delivery are free on all three.

A 6kg bag holds roughly a week of clothes for one person, though it depends on what you pack. Here is how to judge.

• Up to 6kg. The one-bag price in the table covers everything inside, however many pieces there are.
• Up to 12kg. The larger bag has its own flat price, shown in the table. It suits two travellers or a longer trip.
• Heavy items. Jeans and jackets weigh more than you expect, so pack them first and check how full the bag is.

The price you see for a piece is the whole price. It is not split into steps.

It covers a check of the care label and any marks, a clean on the right process for the fabric, and pressing by hand with steam. Your piece is then put on a hanger and covered in a breathable bag.

Pickup and delivery are free, and there is no extra charge for express. If a garment turns out to need a different process, we message you before we go ahead. You see the price in the chat first, and you pay only by the secure link after the driver has checked your items.

Every piece goes through the same short routine.

1. Check. We read each care label and look over every mark.
2. Clean. The piece is cleaned on the right process for its fabric, with a cool-water wash.
3. Dry. It is dried with filtered air.
4. Press. Pieces are steamed by hand, one at a time.
5. Hang. Each one goes on a hanger in a breathable bag.

Three checks along the way make sure nothing is missed.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed every week, so each piece is handled by people who know the fabric. Every piece has its own price in the table above.

• Kanduras: collars and cuffs are checked first, because they mark the most. Tell us if a collar has gone yellow.
• Ghutras: cleaned and pressed flat, so the folds stay sharp.
• Abayas: basic and delicate are priced separately. Tell us if yours has beading or fine fabric.
• Jalabiyas: cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger.
• Kurtas: men's and women's prices are listed separately.

Going to a family event while you travel? Tell us the day and we will plan the return around it, so the piece is ready when you are.

Business trips mean suits, and a suit has to look right the next morning.

• Suits: priced as two pieces, jacket and trousers, and returned on one hanger set.
• Jackets: can be sent on their own if the trousers are fine.
• Ties: send them with the suit, so the whole outfit comes back together.

For a meeting tomorrow, ask about express before 2 PM today.

Weddings, galas and business dinners often bring one good outfit that has to look right on the day. Here is how we treat each type of piece.

• Evening dresses: priced as formal dresses, cleaned on their own and returned on a hanger.
• Day dresses: cleaned and pressed, ready to wear to lunch or a meeting.
• Blouses: silk and crepe are steamed by hand, so they are not flattened.
• Skirts and trousers: priced by the piece, in the table above.

Tell us the date of the event when you message us. We will say whether standard return is enough, or whether express would be the safer choice for you. Do not leave it to the last evening if the dress is delicate.

Take your clothes out of their breathable bags as soon as they arrive, and hang them on the wardrobe rail so they stay crisp. Pack suits last in your suitcase, folded as little as you can, and shake out creases on the morning you wear them. If you are going to a wedding or a meeting the same day, hang the outfit in the bathroom while you shower.

Most pieces are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces such as silk or beaded dresses can take longer, so book them early. We tell you how long at pickup. Tell us your check-out day and we will plan around it.

If you have a special request, such as a particular fold or a note about one garment, put it in your first message and we will pass it on to the team.

Express is for urgent pieces only: 5 hours if booked before 2 PM and your address is covered.

• Payment. A secure link is texted to you after the driver checks your items. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. No cash or cards are taken in the lobby.
• Delivery. Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery back to the hotel.
• Cover. If an item is lost or damaged, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Exceptions. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
