Anything you wear day to day can go in the bag: t-shirts, underwear, socks, shorts, jeans, gym kit, swimwear and any towels you brought in your own luggage. It all travels from Holiday Inn Al Barsha to our machines together.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your location pin and when you want the bag collected. The driver comes to Holiday Inn Al Barsha and meets you at the lobby or the concierge, when the hotel permits it.

Silk, fine beading and very light fabrics are handled slowly and can take longer. How long depends on the piece. We tell you when you book, so you can plan around your checkout or flight.

If you are leaving Holiday Inn Al Barsha tomorrow, send delicate pieces as early as you can.

Make a note of what caused the mark: coffee, sunscreen, make-up or something from dinner. We treat stains by hand before cleaning, using what we know about the cause.
