All bags follow one routine, whatever is inside. Seven days of shirts and socks get the same care as a single evening's gym kit, and an under-filled bag costs the same as a full one.

• Hand sort: whites and pastels are separated from black leggings and dark jeans. Lace and very stretchy items wait for a cooler wash.
• Close look at marks: collars, cuffs and underarms are inspected first, since warm water can fix a stain in place.
• Wash and rinse: the detergent is commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and the rinse is long enough to leave no heavy scent.
• Dry and fold: a low heat, then careful hand folding into your bag.

No extra items appear on the bill.

1. Write to us. Give the hotel name, room number and a pickup time on WhatsApp. No app is needed, and replies come at any hour.
2. Fill the bag. Check the pockets for coins, key cards and hair ties. Put your room number on the bag so it never gets muddled at the desk.
3. Give it to the desk. The lobby or concierge holds it for the driver, where the hotel permits. The driver counts the items and texts a secure payment link.
4. Settle by link. Use a debit card, a credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The desk never handles cash or cards.
5. Receive it back. After payment the clothes are delivered to the lobby at no cost.

Booking takes about two minutes.

Check the care label, usually stitched inside a side seam, for the small washtub. With the tub drawn, with or without dots, the piece may go in the bag. A tub with a hand, or one with a cross through it, stays out. A typical hotel bag holds the following.

• Daily tops: T-shirts, polos, vests and light cotton shirts for casual days.
• Bottoms: chinos, jeans, shorts and tracksuit trousers, with zips closed so nothing catches.
• Sport and swim: running tops, socks and swimwear, tied together in a small pouch.
• Sleepwear and underwear: washed with the rest and folded flat to pack.

The hotel's own towels and robes stay in the room.

Some pieces are not meant for a standard wash. You can still send them on the same visit under another service, so the driver comes once.

• Work shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: choose Clean & Press. Each piece has a set price and returns on a hanger.
• A label with a crossed tub: silk, wool coats and beaded evening wear go to dry cleaning, where a solvent replaces water.
• Hand-wash knits and delicate underwear: keep them out, or message a label photo and we will advise.

The result is largely settled at the sorting table, before any drum turns. This is what happens in those minutes.

• Shade first. Dark denim that is new can tint a white vest in one cycle, so light and dark loads stay apart.
• Weight second. Thick joggers are washed away from thin jersey, which protects soft T-shirts from pilling.
• A private load. Your clothes never share a machine with another customer's.
• Drum hygiene. Each drum is emptied, cleaned and sanitised once a cycle ends.
• Gentle heat. Cotton tops and stretch sportswear dry slowly, so they hold their shape for the rest of your trip.

• Give details: the hotel name, room number and time let the driver go to the correct entrance.
• Moving on? If you switch to another hotel or a flat later in your trip, send the new address and we check it is covered.
• Not in your room: leave the bag at the desk and let us know. Contactless pickup and delivery works the same way.
• Your car: it stays where it is, because the driver does the collecting.

A long stay suits a plan: one pickup weekday, nothing to rebook, and each bag costs less than booking it alone. That makes it a budget-friendly wash and fold. The driver arrives on the same weekday every week, so your own plans can work around it.

• Essential: AED 250 a month covers four bags, one weekly. It fits a solo traveller on a long work assignment.
• Family: AED 450 a month covers eight bags, two weekly, for a family sharing a suite.
• Pay as you go: one bag is AED 65, with nothing to sign and nothing to cancel.

Bags collected at the hotel normally come back within 24 hours, as they do across Dubai. If your address is an exception, we name the return day before you book, so check-out day holds no surprise.

In a hurry? Book express laundry delivery before 2 PM and, where your address is covered, the order is back 5 hours later. Ask us on WhatsApp first instead of assuming.

• Name the stain. Sun cream, coffee and sauce are each treated differently.
• Say what you tried. Tell us if you used a stain stick or bleach before handing over.
• Extra wishes: shirts folded flat for the suitcase? Put it in your message.

The figure beside a garment is the whole cost. A stain, a hanger or a protective cover never adds a line to the bill.

• First checks: pockets are emptied, the label is read and seams are inspected.
• Dry stain work: a mark is tackled by hand before water, because a warm wash may lock it in.
• Matching process: plain cotton and blends take a cool wash to avoid shrinking, and anything needing specialist cleaning gets it.
• Air drying: shirts and kanduras hang in filtered air, never in a tumble dryer, which keeps collars flat.
• Finish: hand steaming, then a cover for the ride back to the hotel.

• Beads, sequins, silk or lace? Use dry cleaning, which treats delicate cloth more gently than water.

The pressing symbol on a care label uses dots for the top safe temperature. Three dots mean about 200 degrees, for linen and cotton. Two mean about 150, for polyester blends, wool and silk. One dot is the lowest, near 110, for acrylic and some synthetics. A symbol with a cross means steam only, without any hot plate.

• Dark cloth: black crepe and dark trousers get steam instead of pressure, which prevents shine.
• Collars and cuffs: each is worked separately because people look there first.
• Crease choice: sharp, soft or none. Tell us when you book.

Hanging pieces need a safe place to wait if you are out. Pickup stays free, as always, and a few habits help.

• Identify your room: put the hotel name and room number in the chat so the order matches you.
• Use the desk: where the hotel permits, the lobby or concierge can keep your hangers and bag for the driver.
• Two bags help: hang-up pieces in one, fold-only pieces in another.
• Payment: by link, after the driver counts the items, never at the desk.

Shirts and suits from the hotel usually return after 24 hours. Delicate cloth can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time when we collect it.

• Sun cream: pool or beach lotion can leave a yellow patch on white cotton. Say it is sun cream, because it needs a treatment different from food.
• Collar rings: sweat and skin oil leave a grey line on white collars. The earlier we see it, the better it lifts.
• Perfume and oud: on pale cotton it shows as a darker patch. Point to it and name the oil.
