Fill the bag with the things you wear every day: T-shirts, underwear, socks, shorts, jeans, gym kit and pyjamas. Anything that is fine in a normal wash belongs here.

Suits, silk and evening wear should go to Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned one at a time.

Your clothes are sorted before they go in. Lights and darks are washed apart, and heavy items such as jeans do not share a drum with thin tops. We use commercial-grade detergent that is hypoallergenic and biodegradable.

A 6kg bag is roughly a week of clothes for one person, or a few days for two. If you have more, the 12kg bag is the next size up, and both have a flat price.

Every piece is folded by hand and packed so it can go straight into a drawer or a suitcase. T-shirts, trousers and shorts are folded flat and kept together. Socks and small items are bagged so nothing goes missing.

Many guests use the hotel gym or pool, and the kit comes back from the trip damp and smelling of it. Send it in the same bag as your other clothes and it is washed gently so the fabric keeps its stretch.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room.

One bag can hold white tops, dark jeans and a few soft pieces. We separate them by colour before washing, so a new black T-shirt does not colour your whites.

Pieces with sequins or beads do not go in a wash. Send those for Clean & Press.

If you are staying a month or more, a plan can cost less than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 each month for one bag a week. The Family plan is AED 450 each month for two bags a week. A one-off bag is still AED 65.

Pack your bag in the room and hand it over at the lobby or concierge desk when the driver arrives, if the hotel allows it. Ask your hotel before you book if you are unsure. LPlaundry is independent of the hotel, so we arrange the time with you directly.

Clean & Press is for clothes you want to look sharp: work shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, suits, dresses and traditional wear. Each item has its own price, so you can see the total before the driver arrives.

For a pile of T-shirts and socks, the wash and fold bag costs less.

Book before 2 PM for express suit pressing. Urgent pieces can be back at the hotel in 5 hours, if your address is covered, and there is no express fee. Say in the chat which piece is for the meeting, and we put it first.

A suit spends the flight folded and comes out creased. We read the label, clean each piece on the right process, steam it by hand and put it on a hanger. Jacket and trousers are done together so they match in shade and finish.

Keep suits on hangers and tell us if there is a stain from a dinner or a handshake.

Clean & Press is not always the cheapest choice. For T-shirts, shorts and socks, the wash and fold bag costs less. For shirts that are already clean and only creased, pressing only is quicker. Shoes and handbags have their own care services, and you can add them to the same pickup.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas each have their own price on the table above. Every one is cleaned on the process that suits the fabric and pressed by hand, then hung.

An evening dress is handled on its own, never mixed with other orders. Tell us about sequins, beads, lace or silk when you book, and we choose a process that suits the fabric. It is steamed by hand and comes back on a hanger, ready for the gala or dinner.

The team looks at every piece for stains and the care label before any cleaning starts. If the label says to be careful, we follow it. Items with no label, or that are already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk, so mention weak spots when you book.

Your pieces come back on hangers in breathable bags, delivered to Asiana Hotel Dubai at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Payment is by secure link only, sent after the driver checks your items. Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
