Fill a 6kg bag with T-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks and gym kit. Jeans and everyday trousers go in too. Everything is washed together by colour, so lights and darks stay apart. Delicate pieces such as silk should be listed under Clean & Press.

A 6kg bag holds roughly a week of casual clothes for one person. If you are travelling as a couple or have a long business trip, ask for the 12kg bag. The bigger bag has its own flat price, shown in the table above.

We weigh the bag when we collect it, and you see the weight in the chat before paying.

We sort by colour and fabric, then wash on the programme that suits each load. Whites are kept apart from darks. Stains are treated by hand first. The detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable with a light scent.

Clothes dry at a low heat to avoid shrinking. Then each piece is folded by hand and packed so it is ready for your suitcase. Nothing is crushed together in a pile.

If you want items hung, switch those pieces to Clean & Press.

Your driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Hand over the sealed bag and the driver checks the items with you. You then get a text with a secure payment link. Once paid, your clothes go out for cleaning. There is no cash and no cards in the lobby.

Standard wash and fold returns within 24 hours. Book in the morning of day one and you are packed by day two. For express laundry delivery, choose express. It takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no express fee. Tell us your checkout time and we plan around it.

For guests who stay often, there are two monthly plans. Essential is AED 250 and Family is AED 450, both paid monthly. A single bag is AED 65. Plans work best at home, so start with one bag during your stay and decide later.

Wash and fold does not cover suits, formal dresses, silk, beaded pieces or coats. These need dry cleaning, so book them under Clean & Press. If you are unsure, add a note in the chat. We would rather ask than risk a good piece.

Shoes and handbags have their own services too.

Shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts and simple dresses are cleaned and pressed one by one. Suits are cleaned as a set, so jacket and trousers stay matched. Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas are cleaned on their own, with a price for each piece.

Everything returns on a hanger in breathable cover.

Pieces get a cool-water wash and are dried in filtered air. Steam is applied by hand, so the fabric keeps its shape.

Each garment is checked three times: when it arrives, after cleaning, and before packing. That includes labels, stains and loose threads we should tell you about. If we find damage that was already there, we tell you in the chat.

Items without a care label are cleaned at your own risk.

Clothes that are clean but creased can use Pressing only. Handbags and trainers have their own services, and delicate pieces such as beaded gowns go through Dry cleaning.

Need a suit or shirt back today? Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. There is no express fee. Say what time you need it and we plan the pickup around that. Delicate items may need longer, and we tell you how long at pickup.

Kanduras and abayas are pressed with care. For a basic abaya the price is fixed, and the delicate option is for beaded or embroidered ones. We steam abayas so they stay matt.

Tell us about starch, folding style, a stain you spotted or a time you need the piece. We note it on your order before the cleaning starts. If something is not possible, we tell you before we begin.

If we lose or damage an item, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that piece. Items that arrive already damaged, or without a care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. We take a quick look at pickup so everyone agrees on the condition. That check also keeps your claim simple.
