Everything is washed, dried right through and folded by hand, then packed back into your bag for the return trip to the hotel.

• Empty the pockets of cards, coins, receipts and your room key card. Keep the key card with you.
• Keep whites together if you want them washed with whites only.
• Put delicate pieces on top and tell us about them on WhatsApp.
• Do not overfill. A bag over 6kg moves up to the 12kg price, so keep the 6kg bag to what you can lift easily.

The driver looks through the bag with you at pickup, so nothing is a surprise later.

Most guests pack on the morning of pickup, so a bag ready by the lobby is no trouble for the driver. If your plans change, message us and we move the time. A tied bag marked with your name keeps things clear at the desk.

Every piece in your bag has a care label, and we read it before the machine starts. Travel clothes are often mixed fabrics, and one wrong setting can shrink a favourite shirt, which is the last thing you want on a business trip.

• Cotton and jersey: washed warm and dried on low heat.
• Synthetic sportswear: washed gently and kept away from high heat.
• Anything marked dry clean only: taken out of the bag and offered as Clean & Press instead.

If a piece has no care label, we tell you, and it is cleaned at your own risk.

Hotel stays often mean a lot of walking between shops, meetings and the pool, so shirts take more punishment than at home. A full wash with a strong detergent lifts what a quick rinse leaves behind, and dryers set to low protect the fabric.

You do not need to leave Holiday Inn Science Park. It works like a doorstep laundry pickup, only the door is the hotel lobby. Send us a message with the hotel name and say where you would like to meet the driver.

• The lobby is the usual meeting point, if the hotel allows it.
• The concierge desk can hold the bag if you arrange it with them first.
• Contactless handover is possible if you prefer not to meet.

The driver checks the items with you, and then a secure payment link arrives by text. We never take cash or cards in the lobby, and your clothes go out for delivery once the link is paid.

If your plans change, message us before the driver is on the way and we move the time. Drivers carry only what is on your order.

For a weekend, one bag is enough. For a month in Dubai on a project, a plan can work out cheaper than paying bag by bag, and you never have to think about it again.

• One bag suits a short trip or a one-off clear-out before you fly home.
• Weekly bags suit a stay of several weeks. Pick a plan and a day, and the driver comes back each week.
• Change anytime by sending a message on WhatsApp, for example if your trip is cut short or goes longer.

Ask us which plan fits your dates and we will tell you honestly, even if one bag is enough.

Plans also work for guests who live in the area for a while, such as a team posted to Dubai Science Park for a project. Pickup and delivery are free all month, and you can pause the plan when you leave.

Tell us about anything unusual in the bag and we will note it on the order before the driver arrives. It is simple on-demand laundry, shaped by what you say.

• A stain: say what it is and which piece. We look at it before the wash.
• Whites: ask for them to be kept apart from coloured items.
• No fragrance: mention it if you have sensitive skin and it goes on the order.

You can send a photo of a mark on WhatsApp before the driver comes.

We also note special requests on the driver's sheet, so the person who washes your bag sees them. That includes cold-wash requests, no-fragrance requests and anything delicate you want kept separate.

Some things are better handled another way, and we will tell you if something should move. A quick message saves a piece from the wrong wash.

• Suits, jackets and ties: these go in Clean & Press, not the bag.
• Evening dresses and silk blouses: cleaned one at a time instead.
• Traditional wear like a kandura or abaya is priced and cleaned as its own item.
• Anything very valuable: keep it with you, and take jewellery and cash out of pockets.

If you are unsure, send a photo and we will say where it should go.

Shoes and handbags are cleaned as separate services, so ask about those on WhatsApp. They can be collected with your laundry in the same visit. Nothing leaves the hotel without being written down on your order first.

Clean and press means a proper clean first and a steam press after, then a hanger. It suits the pieces that must look right when you walk into the room, whether that is a boardroom, a ballroom or a family majlis.

• Business wear: shirts, trousers, suits and jackets.
• Event wear: evening dresses, blouses and ties.
• Traditional wear: kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas.
• Cold-weather wear: a coat that has spent a flight folded in a suitcase.

Each piece is priced on its own, and you can see the price before you book.

Clean and press is the right choice when the label says dry clean only, when you are not sure how a fabric will react, or when the piece matters. It costs more than a bag wash, but you pay only for what you send.

You arrive, open the case and the shirt you planned to wear is creased. Send it to us in the evening and it is back on a hanger the next day. If you booked before 2 PM and your address is covered, express can bring it back in 5 hours.

You do not have to call anyone or visit a counter. A message is enough, and the driver collects it from the lobby.

A suit that has spent a flight in a case needs more than a quick steam. Send it for Clean & Press for a full clean, or pressing only if it is already fresh. Guests staying at Holiday Inn Science Park use express suit pressing most often before a conference or a wedding.

• Book before 2 PM for the 5-hour option, where your address is covered.
• Tell us the event time and we say whether we can make it.
• Returned on a hanger, so it goes straight from the driver to your wardrobe.

For a meeting at nine, it is safest to send the suit the afternoon before.

If the suit has a mark, such as coffee on the lapel or a drop of sauce, tell us what it is and where. We treat it before cleaning. Marks that have dried in for a long time may not lift fully, and we will say so honestly rather than promise a result.

If a piece is already clean and only creased from the suitcase, choose pressing only. It costs less than a full clean and still comes back on a hanger. If the piece has been worn or is marked, Clean & Press is the better choice. A quick photo on WhatsApp helps us to say which is right.

Traditional dress is cleaned and pressed with care for a wedding, a family visit or Friday prayers, and the hotel is a convenient place to hand it over before the event.

• Kandura: cleaned and steamed from collar to cuff, at the price shown above.
• Abaya: basic and delicate abayas have different prices, so tell us which you have.
• Ghutra and jalabiya: priced on their own and returned on a hanger or folded as you ask.

Tell us about any marks on collars and cuffs when you book, so we can treat them first.

Linen kanduras and cotton shirts hold a crisp finish best when they go on a hanger straight away, so we return them that way. Delicate fabrics are checked against their care label first.

Standard return is within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece. Express is 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask on WhatsApp to confirm what is possible on your date, and we will tell you before the driver is sent.

Send urgent requests early in the day. A message before 2 PM gives us the best chance of meeting a deadline.

The driver collects at the Holiday Inn Science Park lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, and checks each item with you. You then get a secure payment link by text. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and no cash is taken in the lobby. Once paid, your clothes go out for delivery on hangers.

If a piece is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. That keeps a mishap with a good shirt from becoming a bigger problem.

• Items already damaged are cleaned at the owner's risk.
• Pieces with no care label are also cleaned at the owner's risk.

The driver notes the condition of each item at pickup, so everything is written down before it leaves the hotel.
