Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Arjan

Every bag from Arjan goes through the same steps, whatever building it comes from.

• Pockets checked: coins, receipts, cards and pens come out first. A pen left in a pocket can mark a whole load.
• Zips and cords: zips are closed and drawstrings tied, so nothing snags in the drum.
• Sorted by colour: whites and light colours are washed together, darks and denim on their own. Lace and mesh get a cooler wash.
• Marks treated early: coffee, make-up and sweat stains are worked on by hand before washing, because dryer heat can set a stain.
• Washed alone: your bag goes into a machine used only for your order.
• Dried on low heat: this is gentler on elastic, prints and cotton, so clothes keep their size.
• Folded by hand: each item is folded, then the bag is sealed for delivery to your door.

Your bag is only sealed once every item has been folded, so nothing goes back damp or half done.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Send your Arjan building name, flat number and a location pin. There is no app to download.
2. Pack your bag. Only everyday clothes go in. Check the pockets and put your name and flat number on the bag so it can't be mixed up.
3. Pick a time. We reply with a pickup slot and tell you when to expect the bag back.
4. We collect. Leave the bag at your door or at the front desk, if your building has one. Collection is free.
5. We bring it back. We message you when the driver is on the way, and your folded laundry arrives at the same place.

Booking takes about a minute, and you can message at any hour.

Ask yourself one thing: would this go in your own washing machine? If it would, it can go in the bag. Leave out anything marked dry clean only or hand wash only. A typical bag from an Arjan flat might hold:

• Gym kit: leggings, shorts, sports tops and socks.
• Everyday clothes: T-shirts, polo shirts and underwear.
• Weekend wear: jeans, joggers and hoodies. Turn dark jeans inside out.
• Summer clothes: cotton tops, linen shirts and light dresses, which cope well with a warm wash.
• Home textiles: small items such as tea towels.
• Light jackets and cardigans: only if the label allows machine washing.

The bag price covers everything inside, up to 6kg, so there is no counting items.

Some items should not go in a wash and fold bag. Send these to the right service and they will be looked after properly:

• Work shirts and suits: these are better cleaned and hung in Clean & Press.
• Kanduras and abayas: also Clean & Press, where each piece is priced and returned on a hanger.
• Duvets, comforters and blankets: these bulky items are done in Bed & Bath.
• Dry clean only pieces: check the label, and ask us on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
• Shoes and bags: shoe care and bag care have their own pages.

If you are not sure where something belongs, send a photo of the label and we will tell you.

Sorting and drying are where most home laundry goes wrong, so we take care over both.

• Colours apart: whites, lights and darks are washed in separate loads so nothing picks up dye.
• Fabric matters too: towels and jeans are heavy, so they are kept apart from thin tops.
• Cooler for delicates: lace, mesh and fine knits get a cooler cycle.
• Low-heat drying: stretch fabrics, leggings and sportswear are dried gently so the elastic keeps its stretch.
• Room in the dryer: items are not packed tight, so warm air reaches everything and nothing stays damp.
• A touch check: before folding, we feel each item for damp. Anything not fully dry goes back for longer.

Cotton, synthetics and blends each get their own setting, and everything for your Arjan order stays in a machine of its own, start to finish.

We collect from every part of Arjan. It is a mostly apartment area in Dubailand, where Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road meets Umm Suqeim Road, so most pickups are from flats in low-rise and mid-rise buildings.

• Send a pin: a map pin of your building helps the driver find the right entrance.
• Add the details: your building name and flat number make the handover quicker.
• Tell us about access: if your building needs a visitor pass or a gate code, send it with the booking.
• Leave it at the door: or at the front desk, if your building has one.

Pickup and delivery are both free, in every part of Arjan, whichever building you live in.

If you wash every week, a monthly plan is a budget-friendly wash and fold option. You choose a plan, pick a pickup day, and the driver comes on that day each week.

• Essential: one bag a week, AED 250 a month.
• Family: two bags a week, AED 450 a month.
• Single bags: if you only need one now and then, a bag is AED 65.

Pickups and deliveries on a plan are free, and you can change your plan by sending us a WhatsApp message. Prefer to try us first? A single bag needs no sign-up, and you can move to a plan whenever it suits you.

Most Dubai orders are back within 24 hours. If you need clothes sooner, ask about a same-day laundry service on WhatsApp. Express laundry delivery takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your Arjan address is covered.

• Standard: back within 24 hours across most of Dubai.
• Express: 5 hours, booked before 2 PM, where covered. Send your building name and we will check.
• Bulky bedding: duvets and blankets go in Bed & Bath and take 48 to 72 hours.
• Stains: tell us what the mark is when you book. Fresh stains lift more easily.
• Blot, don't rub: if you spill something, press a clean cloth on it and leave the rest to us.
• Sun cream and sweat: collars and underarms are treated before the wash.

We message you on WhatsApp when the driver leaves with your bag.

The price you see for a shirt or kandura is the whole price. Stain treatment, hangers and covers cost nothing extra.

• Checked on arrival: each piece is counted against your list and its care label is read. Loose buttons are noted.
• Stains by hand: marks are treated before any heat touches the fabric.
• Cleaned to the label: cotton shirts get a cool wash. Finer fabrics follow what the label asks for.
• Pressed one by one: we finish each piece before starting the next.
• A last look: before it goes into its cover, each piece is checked again for marks and missing buttons.
• Returned on hangers: in a breathable cover, ready to wear.

Pickup and delivery in Arjan cost nothing extra.

1. Make a list. For example, three suits, six shirts and a kandura. Add your Arjan building and flat number, and say whether you like creases sharp or soft.
2. Use two bags. Hanging clothes go in one bag and folded washing in the other, so nothing gets crushed.
3. Leave them for us. At your door, or at the front desk if your building has one.
4. Get them back on hangers. Usually the next day.

Delicate pieces take a little longer.

A simple rule: if it looks best on a hanger, it belongs in Clean & Press. In an Arjan wardrobe that usually means:

• Work shirts: poplin, oxford and twill cotton. We always start with the collar.
• Linen: shirts and trousers crease as soon as you sit down, and steam smooths them out again.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose and crepe wrinkle quickly and stay neater on a hanger.
• Suits and chinos: usually wool or cotton blends. Jackets are steamed on a form so the lapels lie flat.
• Dresses: plain day dresses and evening wear, checked for beads and zips first.
• Silk and satin: these show every crease and mark, and do best with a gentle hand.
• Outfits for occasions: a wedding or interview outfit that has to look perfect.
• Traditional wear: kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas, each priced on its own.

If you would wear it once and hang it straight up, Clean & Press is the right place for it.

Everyday T-shirts, gym kit and socks are better in a Wash & Fold bag. Duvets, blankets, sheets and towels go to Bed & Bath. Shoes and handbags have their own pages. If a shirt is already clean and only needs smoothing, Pressing only may suit you better. Ask on WhatsApp if you are unsure where something belongs, and we will point you to the right service.

The small symbols on a care label tell you how hot a garment can be pressed. We read them on every piece, but they are handy to know yourself.

• One dot: low heat only. Synthetics such as polyester, acrylic and nylon sit here, and silk too.
• Two dots: medium heat, for wool and polyester blends.
• Three dots: high heat, for cotton and linen.
• A crossed-out pressing symbol: do not press at all. Tell us and we will steam it gently instead.
• A bucket symbol: shows the wash temperature, and a cross through it means do not wash.
• A circle inside a square: this is the tumble dryer, and dots inside it show how hot it may get.
• A triangle: this is about bleach, and a cross through it means none.

If a label is missing or faded, we choose the cooler option.

We collect hanging clothes from every building in Arjan. Leave them at your door, on a hanger or folded over a bag, or at the front desk if your building has one. Pickup is free, and so is the return. Hung items travel back in covers, so they arrive creased as little as possible.

Most Arjan orders are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, so book them early if you need them by a set day.

• Standard: 24 hours across most of Dubai.
• Delicates: longer, depending on the piece. We give you the time at pickup.
• Suits: jackets and trousers are pressed as a set, so they come back together.
• Express: 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.

If you have a deadline, such as an event or an interview, tell us when you book and we will plan around it.

Tell us about stains when you book, and we will plan around them. These are the ones we see often:

• Sweat on collars: treated by hand before cleaning. White collars can turn yellow in the heat if left too long.
• Coffee: blot it, do not rub. Send the shirt the same day if you can.
• Make-up: foundation on a collar or lipstick on a cuff lifts best when it is fresh.
• Sun cream: it can leave pale patches on dark fabric, so mention it.

If a mark does not shift completely, we tell you.

Each item's price includes pickup from your Arjan flat, the wash and the delivery back. With our bed linen wash and fold, sheets and pillowcases come back clean, fully dry and neatly folded. A small pillowcase gets the same care as a big duvet, though it dries much sooner.

• Looked over first: we check seams and corners, and any stain you mentioned when booking.
• A machine for your order only: your bedding is washed on its own. A duvet needs room to move, or the water will not reach the middle.
• Mild detergent: hypoallergenic and biodegradable, so it suits skin that touches bedding all night.
• Dried all the way through: damp bedding smells musty, so we check before we bag it.
• Counted both ways: your list is checked at pickup and again before delivery, so nothing goes missing.
• Returned bagged: folded neatly in a clean bag, ready for the bed.

Cover price and duvet price are separate, because they are washed apart.

1. Send a list. For example, one king duvet, two pillows and six bath towels. Add your Arjan building, flat number and a location pin.
2. Get a time. We reply with a pickup slot and a return day.
3. Pack it. Give each duvet a bag to itself, rolled up tight. Sheets and towels can share another bag.
4. Free collection. From your door, or from the front desk if your building has one.
5. Tell us about allergies. If anyone is sensitive to a product, say so in the booking.
6. Follow it. We keep you updated on WhatsApp until it is delivered.

You can add more items to the list right up until pickup.

A duvet is AED 56 each, any size from single to king. A duvet, a comforter and a blanket are each handled in a slightly different way.

• Duvet: the soft filled layer that sits inside a cover. The cover has its own price and is washed separately.
• Comforter: stitched through in squares and used without a cover. Some squares dry faster than others, so we check every one before bagging.
• Blanket: a standard one is AED 26, and bigger blankets cost more.
• Bedcover: a bedcover or bedspread is AED 29.

All of them need a large drum and a slow dry, so allow 48 to 72 hours. Do not rush them, because a damp duvet smells musty within days.

Sheets, pillowcases and pillows can go in one booking, and they come back together. Each is priced on its own:

• Bed sheet: AED 25, flat or fitted.
• Pillowcase: AED 9.
• Pillow: AED 19, washed and dried on its own so the filling does not clump.
• Mattress protector: AED 35, dried flat until completely dry.
• Dried and checked: pillows are only bagged once the filling is dry.

Sheets and pillowcases fold flat and travel back together. If you want them packed in sets, say so in your booking. Tell us your bed size too, so the driver can bring the right bags.

Fitted sheets cost the same as flat ones, so you do not need to separate them.

Our towel laundry service takes bath towels, gym towels and bathrobes, and it can also do soft covers from the living room.

• Towel: AED 7 each. Towels are washed with towels only, and rinsed twice so they dry soft.
• Gym and beach towels: the same price as bath towels, so one bag covers them all.
• Bathrobe: AED 19 each. Check the pockets and belt before you pack it.
• Sofa cover: a regular zip-off cover is AED 46.
• Table cloth: AED 19 each.
• Bath mats: these are on the UAE price list.

Towels dry fully before they are folded, because a damp towel turns musty in a cupboard. Cushion covers and large sofa covers are on the UAE price list too. Send a photo on WhatsApp if you are not sure about a size.

A few things cannot go through our machines, and it is better to know before you pack.

• Memory foam pillows and toppers: they break up when wet.
• Electric blankets: the wiring cannot be washed.
• Rugs and carpets: these have their own service page.
• Anything marked do not wash: ask us first on WhatsApp.
• Heavily soiled items: tell us before pickup, because some marks cannot be removed.
• Items with no care label: we will ask you before washing.

If you are unsure about an item, send us a photo of the care label and we will tell you before pickup.

Duvet and comforter laundering takes longer than a normal bag, because the filling must dry all the way through. Here is what to expect:

• Sheets, pillowcases and towels: usually back within 24 hours.
• Duvets, comforters and blankets: 48 to 72 hours.
• Express: 5 hours if booked before 2 PM where your address is covered, so ask first.

Plan around the bulky items: a duvet booked on Monday morning is normally back by Thursday. If you need a bed ready by a certain day, say so in your booking.
