Every bag from the hotel follows one routine, whether it holds a weekend of clothes or a month of them.

• Pockets emptied: coins, key cards and receipts come out first, because a single pen can ruin a load.
• Zips up, strings tied: so nothing catches in the machine.
• Sorted by colour: whites and light colours go together, darks and jeans on their own.
• Marks treated first: sun cream, coffee and sweat get attention by hand before the wash.
• Washed alone: your bag has a machine to itself.
• Dried on low heat: kinder to elastic and prints, so clothes keep their size.
• Folded by hand: each piece is folded and the bag is sealed for delivery.

The bag is sealed only when everything is folded, so nothing goes back damp.

Anything you wear day to day, and that can go through a normal wash, belongs in the bag. Pack it loosely and we do the rest.

• Daily wear: T-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, leggings, jeans and light trousers.
• Underwear and socks: washed with the rest, so there is no need to count them.
• Sport and pool days: gym kit and swimwear go in too.
• Nightwear and loungewear: pyjamas and soft cotton sets.
• Children's clothes: washed with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent.

Leave suits, silk, evening wear and traditional pieces out. They do better in Clean & Press and come back on hangers.

Hotel apartments suit guests who stay longer than a weekend, and laundry builds up at a steady pace. Here is how guests usually plan it.

• A few nights: one bag at the end of the trip is usually enough.
• A week or two: send one bag halfway through, so you never run short of clean clothes.
• A month or longer: a monthly plan keeps the pickup on the same day each week.
• Families: children go through clothes quickly. The Family plan is two bags a week.

Pick whichever matches your stay now, and change it later if your plans change.

Most bags are back within 24 hours of pickup, so a bag collected in the morning can return the next day. Same-day laundry is possible too, in some cases.

• Standard: back within 24 hours across most of Dubai, like a next-day laundry service.
• Express: 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.
• Check-out day: check-out at the hotel is 11:30 AM, so tell us your plans and we will fit the return around them.

If you need clothes back before a flight or a meeting, say so when you book.

The driver comes to the hotel at the time you choose. If the hotel allows it, you can leave the bag at the lobby. Otherwise, meet the driver at the entrance. Either way, it is contactless pickup and delivery with no cash handed over.

• Name on the bag: give us your name and apartment number so the right bag reaches the right guest.
• Check together: the driver looks over the items with you before leaving.
• Payment after the check: we text a secure link. No cash or cards change hands in the lobby.
• Delivery back: we message you when the driver is close.

Please follow the hotel's own rules about who may come into the lobby.

We use a mild, hypoallergenic detergent on every order, so it is gentle on sensitive skin and on baby clothes. Travelling often brings changes in water and air, and some skin reacts to it.

• Biodegradable: it breaks down naturally after washing.
• Very light scent: nothing heavy stays in the fabric.
• Allergies: tell us when you book and we will note it on your order.
• Commercial-grade machines: they rinse thoroughly, which also helps sensitive skin.

Staying several weeks? Pick a plan and a day, and the driver collects on that day every week.

• Essential: one bag a week for AED 250 a month.
• Family: two bags a week for AED 450 a month.
• Single bags: for a bag now and then, it is AED 65.

Plan pickups and deliveries cost nothing. You can switch plans with a message. If you are unsure, send one bag first and decide later.

We take care with every item, and we have clear rules in case something goes wrong.

• Cover: if an item is lost or damaged while with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Items already damaged: a piece that is already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.
• Sealed bags: your bag is closed after folding and delivered to you as it was packed.
• Clear prices: the price you see is the price you pay.

If anything looks wrong when your bag arrives at Pyramisa Hotel Apartments, message us straight away with a photo and we will look into it.

Our rule of thumb: clothes that look best on a hanger belong in Clean & Press. From a suitcase, that usually means:

• Work shirts: cotton shirts for meetings, with the collar done first.
• Linen: it creases as soon as you sit, and steam smooths it out again.
• Blouses and skirts: they crumple in a case and recover on a hanger.
• Suits: the jacket is shaped on a form, so the lapels stay flat.
• Dresses: day and evening dresses, with beads and zips checked first.
• Silk and satin: every crease and mark shows, so they need a light hand.
• Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas: each has its own price.

Need a suit for tomorrow's meeting? Book before 2 PM and, if your address is covered, express suit pressing brings it back in 5 hours. Tell us the time you need it by and we confirm before the driver arrives.

Standard orders come back within 24 hours. A suit is returned on a hanger, jacket and trousers together, so it can go straight into the wardrobe.

Weddings, galas, conferences and business dinners all ask for clothes that look fresh, and a packed suitcase rarely helps. This is where guest dry cleaning earns its place.

• Weddings: evening dresses, suits, kanduras, ghutras and ties.
• Conferences: shirts and jackets for two or three days in a row.
• Dinners: a dress or a jacket you want to wear once, looking perfect.
• Family visits: kanduras, abayas and jalabiyas for a gathering.

Send the pieces two days early if you can. If time is short, ask about express for the one piece that matters most. Tell us the date of the event when you book and we plan the return around it.

Each piece has its own price, and you see it before you book. Shirts are AED 18 and kanduras are AED 15. The table above shows the other pieces.

The laundry price per item is the same for every guest at Pyramisa Hotel Apartments. Pickup and delivery are free.

Each garment is looked at on its own, so a silk blouse is never treated like a cotton shirt. This is the path every piece takes.

• Label read: the care label says how the garment can be cleaned.
• Marks checked: stains are found and treated by hand first.
• Right method: some pieces are washed, some dry cleaned, and delicate ones handled gently.
• Steamed and pressed: jackets are shaped on a form and shirts are pressed flat.
• Hung: every piece returns on a hanger.

A garment with no care label is cleaned at your own risk, and we tell you before we start.

Pieces come back on hangers. If you are flying out soon, tell us your flight day when you book and we will plan the return around it, so everything is back before you pack.

The driver collects the pieces at the hotel and checks each one with you. We then text you a secure payment link, and you pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Nothing is paid in the lobby, and your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made. Delivery back to the hotel is free.

If a piece is lost or damaged while with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
