The bag is for anything you would happily put through a machine at home. A hotel stay makes the pile build up quickly, so it helps to know what belongs in it.

• Daywear: T-shirts, shorts, light trousers, cotton tops and the shirts you do not need pressed.
• Sport: gym kit from the hotel gym, running clothes and swimwear from the pool.
• Travel layers: cardigans, sweatshirts and the jumper that lived at the bottom of the case.
• Small things: pyjamas, underwear and socks. Put them in the same bag.

Hotel towels and robes stay in the room. Everything in your bag is washed, dried right through and folded.

Both bags have one flat price, so the choice is only about how much you have.

• 6kg bag, AED 65: a good fit for one traveller on a short stay, or a couple on a weekend.
• 12kg bag, AED 120: better for a family, a long business trip or a holiday with sandy beach clothes.

Either way, there is no counting pieces and nothing added at the end.

A bag does not have to be treated like every other. A line in the chat changes how your clothes are handled.

• Whites that look dull: ask for them to be washed with whites only.
• Fragrance-free: if you react to scent, say so and it goes on the order.
• Baby clothes: pack them in a small bag inside the big one so they are washed on their own.
• Marks: mention a stain and what caused it, and it is treated before the wash.

Your bag is opened, sorted by colour and fabric, and loaded into a machine that is used only for your order.

• Sorting: darks, lights and colours are washed apart, so a red top does not turn a white shirt pink.
• Washing: a mild, biodegradable detergent at the heat the labels allow.
• Drying: low heat, which is kinder to stretch fabrics and helps them last through a long trip.

Then each piece is folded by hand and packed back into the bag.

Most bags are back within 24 hours, so plan around that when you book.

• Standard: collected one day, usually back within 24 hours.
• Express: book before 2 PM and urgent items can be back in 5 hours, where your address is covered.
• Flights: Dubai Science Park is roughly 30 minutes from the airport, so tell us your departure time and we will plan the return around it.

If your deadline is tight, say so first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Nobody asks for money in the lobby. The steps are short.

• Handover: the driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, and checks your items with you.
• Payment link: a secure link is then texted to you. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.
• Delivery: once the link is paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

There is no cash and no card machine at the hotel.

If you come to Dubai often or stay for weeks, a plan may cost less than separate bags.

• Essential, AED 250 a month: four bags, one a week.
• Family, AED 450 a month: eight bags, two a week.

For a single short stay, one bag at AED 65 is usually simpler. You can change your plan on WhatsApp.

Most orders come back exactly as expected. If something does not, tell us in the chat and we look into it straight away.

• Cover: loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
• Checked at pickup: the driver looks over your items with you, so any marks are noted at the start.

A creased shirt after a flight is the usual reason guests call us. Clean & Press fixes it properly.

• Cleaned first: collar and cuff marks are looked at before the shirt is washed.
• Steamed by hand: flat, with no shine on the fabric.
• On a hanger: each shirt comes back separately, so it can go straight into the wardrobe.

If you only need a shirt freshened for tomorrow, mention your meeting time and we will say whether express fits. Blouses and day dresses are handled the same way.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a pair, so both pieces keep the same shade. A jacket or a tie can be sent alone. Each has its own price on the list above, and everything returns on a hanger. Point out marks on the lapel or tie when the driver collects.

Dubai weddings and gala dinners fill a visit quickly, and the right dress is rarely the one that survived the suitcase.

• Check first: beads, sequins and silk are looked at by hand before cleaning.
• Tell us the date: we plan the return around your event.
• Delicate pieces: these take longer, so give yourself time. We tell you how long at pickup.

The dress comes back on a hanger and covered for the trip. Send it early rather than on the afternoon of the event.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed piece by piece, with its price listed.

• Kandura, AED 15: cleaned and steamed top to bottom.
• Abaya: a plain abaya is AED 18, and delicate abayas have their own price on the list.
• Ghutra, jalabiya and kurta: each has a line in the table above.

All come back on hangers. If a piece has embroidery or a special fabric, say so when you book.

Most pieces are back within 24 hours. Delicate items, such as beaded dresses, take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you when you book. If your deadline is sooner, ask about express when you book before 2 PM.

The simplest way is one message: what you are sending and when you need it. We answer with a realistic time before the driver is sent, so you are never guessing about the wedding, the meeting or the flight.
